Was Mac sick? That seemed to be the only possible explanation as to why he was being so nice today. The Baku almost flinched backwards when he brought a hand up--she didn't expect him to hit her, mind, but she hadn't expected for him to pat her on the head either.
This was strange. Very strange.
Still, deciding that she didn't want to shatter this rare peace, Xiu nodded at his suggestion and tried it herself by propping a hand on her hip and raising the other one. Hmmm, yes...this would work quite well, actually. Glancing back to the reaper, she offered a small smile. "I, um...thank you for the help."
When Shun's name was brought up, the ghoul perked up in recognition. "Oh! Shun is...that reaper boil who was at prom! The one who went with Mitsu." This was answer was directed to Charlie, and she turned to scan the hall thoughtfully. She wasn't sure where his room was, but she was certain that they would be able to find him. With newfound courage, she reached out and gave Charlie's sleeve a gentle tug.
"Should we go find him?"

Charlie merely nodded to Xiu. Mitsu... Mitsu... OH he'd stolen her during prom! That was right! So then that would make Shun the boil who was with her.
"Okay! Lets go find him!" Charlie gave the wolf a big smile. "BUT you'll have to lead this time." The demon frowned, "I don't know what room he stays in."

A floor above the demon duo, Shun was just chilling out in his room as per usual. With Prom, he felt the need to just keep to himself for a little while and have some alone time. Such large and crowded social gatherings were draining after all.
Sitting on his bed, he just had his computer resting on his legs as he watched something with it.
Of course, it was something that didn't have subtiles. He hated subtitles.

Honestly, Xiu wasn't entirely sure where to find him either...but that wouldn't be too hard with a bit of...calling around, right? Hopefully they wouldn't disturb anyone by doing so. "Let's start on the floor upstairs," The Baku smiled at Charlie and pointed up before her gaze slowly slid to Mac. With a hint of hesitation, she bowed her head to him politely before leading the other demon up the stairs.
Glancing down the hallway, she frowned thoughtfully. All the doors here looked exactly the same! How were they going to find the poker-faced reaper?
...
"Shun? ...Shun, are you...are you on this floor?"

"No no no," Charlie fanned a long sleeved hand at Xiu, "Thats all wrong if you want to get some ones attention you gotta be loud. Like this."
"HEY MR COOL WITH THE CUTE WHITE HAIRED GHOUL FROM THE PROM WHERE ARE YOU !! SHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!! "
Charlie crossed his arms, satisfied with the job he'd done. Though honestly, it would surprise Charlie if it worked. Charlie just liked being loud because loud was cool. Just ask metal bands.

Shun didn't hear Xiu. However, he definitely heard Charlie. He heard him well over the volume of his show. Twitching, he turned towards the door and begrudgingly set his computer down for the time being. Making his way over, he opened up and peeked into the hall.
There were only two people there, so it had to have been them.
"What the hell do you want?" he grumbled, apparently not too appreciative of Charlie's calls.

Well, um. Shun seemed friendly, didn't he? Xiu didn't know much about him beyond the fact that he was a grumpy reaper, so it was more than a little intimidating to have to practice on him. Hopefully it wouldn't go too badly.
Of course, his welcoming greeting didn't help her confidence one bit.
Looking shaky, the Baku took a few steps forward, stopping right in front of Shun. After staring up at him (with vague terror in her eyes, one must add), took a deep breath and propped her hand on her hip, as Mac had suggested. Okay, so she wasn't supposed to do it too loudly this time.
"YO DUDE, SUP? She had made a conscious effort to tone it down compared to her last attempt.
Xiu raised her free hand for a high five.

Watching as Xiu made her way over, Shun hoped that this was something important. However, she soon took on a weird pose, held her hand up and went 'yo dude, sup?'
He didn't say anything.
The Reaper just stared at the Baku for a moment, glancing from her eyes to her hand and back. Then, without another word, he just closed the door and made his way back to his bed.

Charlies face froze in shock. The rudeness. Not that yelling down a dorm hallway wasn't rude or anything, it totally was. The fact that it was hadn't crossed Charlies mind though.
"W-what? He can't do that." The demon whined. "Thats.. Thats... so..."
Charlie stood there feeling a little bit of defeat. Maybe Xiu just wasn't cut out for this. No. He couldn't give up on his pupil.
"Lets go find some one else," Charlies hand found its way to Xius shoulder.

Xiu wasn't sure how to feel. Angry? Disappointed? Close to tears? Her gaze was lowered and her head was bowed down at the closed door. She didn't move or say anything--at least, not until Charlie rested a hand on her shoulder.
When the ghoul looked up, she was smiling, albeit it was a rather sheepish smile. With a weak laugh, she rubbed the back of her head. "I guess...I messed that one up, huh?" She didn't seem discouraged, though. In fact, Xiu clapped her hands together, the smile on her face growing even more at the other demon's suggestion. "Yes! Let's go find someone else!"
To Shun, or rather his door, she called a, "Sorry to bother you!" before turning back to Charlie. Well...where to next? Maybe...Lizzy?
