Experiment V317 ☆═━━━━━━━━ ♥☢♥ Vextial couldn't help but smile at Leon's order. To think that he wanted her to speak more... "Sure, I'll be so talkative that you'll eventually tell me to shut up", she said with a laugh, as she got comfortable in her seat. After a moment of laughter, her face became serious as she turned her seat so she was facing Leon. "Now to answer your first question, which is about the ship, I find it quite fast and have that 'homey' feeling to it, which I like. As for the people now boarding it... Kinaro is okay, though I haven't gotten a good enough read on him... though I can see that he is sad, about what, I don't know. Whatever happened to him must have been terrible. As for our newer guest... I have no opinion since I don't particularly know them. As for you... you are my friend and I do enjoy your company. Not to mention that you did save me, so I am indebted to you, though I must admit that if the circumstances were different, I'd still be here if you were." After a moment to breathe, Vextial sweeped her arm in the direction of the controls and whatnot and said, "As for my job, I don't mind it. I did do the same thing in the RM, so it doesn't particularly bother me. The only difference is that I don't have to fight as much, which I am thankful for." Standing up from her seat and stretching, Vextial grinned as she said, "Was that good, or do you want to hear me continue rambling?", she finished with a laugh.  ♥☢♥ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━═☆ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━═☆

I don't think of myself as a criminal, you see. Leon Vaelient smiled when Vextial switched from being introverted to extroverted. He chuckled when she said that she would be so talkative, he would eventually shut her up. "You couldn't make me do that, Vextial. You are far too nice to make me say such awful things about me." He was then surprised when she said that she would have stayed with him even if he hadn't saved her life. Did she have feelings for him? He sighed and was about to ask, but thought better of it, for while they were pretty private where they were, it wasn't private enough for him. "Thanks for telling me that." He moved over and gave her a hug with a pat on the back. "You are the best girl any space-jockey from her to the Milky Way could ask for." He then motioned her to follow him as he broke off the hug and headed for the Medi-bay. He opened the door and stepping in with Vextial, closed it behind him. He motioned all of the people to sit and says to him, "Now what we have before us is an interesting situation. We have a mutant who was once human and two descendants of the Celestials who are on the run. Now, while I am generous, I would prefer if my ship and crew weren't endangered by the people on board." He looked at the two people who are on the run and said, "So, I would prefer if you started talking about why you are on the run and from who." There are those among you who persecute me.
I don't feel pity towards those who would kill me.

Luminara "Do you not understand? My friend is DIEING. Do not presume you can stand there and ask me questions as long as she is in danger."
Suddenly the silver eagle on Haaari's chest began to fade.
"Haaari! Haaari, stay with me!"
She ran over to her and feeling helpless. She had no idea how to save her on this strange ship. There was nothing she was familiar with.
She got on her knees by the bed. Haaari was fading fast. Do not ask, I will not tell

Experiment V317 ☆═━━━━━━━━ ♥☢♥ Vextial couldn't help but smile softly when Leon hugged her with a pat on the back. Considering the fact that she was modeled after a cat, she seemed to pick up on the enjoyment of shows of affection, even if it is small. Vextial followed behind Leon as they walked to the medi-bay. Even though Leon seemed to have jumped in a conversation with everyone in the medi-bay, the newly arrived woman complained about not getting medical attention for her companions. Seeing that the being named Haari began to fade, Vextial quickly rushed over to the computer that she'd previously used on Kinaro, and began her mission of keeping Haari alive. From the looks of it, she could very well fade into nothingness, but Vextial was determined to help. The blue light that shown down on Haari turned green as it began to heal her.
Of coarse, this machine was very complex to use, which was why Vextial was the one in charge of using it. Thanks to her mechanic's, only her and other cyborgs with an advanced education on medical technology could use the machine properly.
Even though the machine was trying to heal Haari, it still faded, though at a slower pace. Vextial continued to type at the computer as quickly as possible, but sadly... Haari still faded to complete nothingness. "Sorry, but I couldn't help your friend...", Vextial said with disappointment ringing clearly in her voice. She wanted to help the women's friend, but she only seemed to have prolonged her death... ♥☢♥ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━═☆ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━═☆ (( :Edited x2: ))

Leon Vaelient saw what was happening and tried to help by giving the medical healer more electrical power to work with, but his efforts were for not, because Haaari still faded away, essence fading into the darkness that was space itself. He walked over to Vextial, who had tried to save and hugging her from behind, said, "We tried our best... Don't fret." He then gave her an affectionate squeeze and walked over to where Luminara was sitting. He knelt down next to her. "It's my fault... I should have put your friend's life before anything else and as a captain, I failed..." He hated when he was forced to admit he had been wrong, but in this case, there was no denying it. "If you want to hate me for it..." There are those among you who persecute me.

Kinaro placed a hand on the examination table where Haaari used to be. For some reason he could feel the life drifting away, which saddened him greatly. "I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm sure Haaari was a valued companion and friend. May she rest in peace." he prayed for Haaari. He didn't know what else to say since he didn't personally know them. He saw the guilt in Leon and Vextial's eyes "Don't blame yourselves...you both tried your hardest to save a complete stranger...like you did for me." He went back to his seat and thought about it. "How can I feel these things? I don't understand it..." he said quietly to himself as he went back to his thoughts.

Luminara Luminara did not say a word, she just picked up Haaari's body. She carried her down to the loading dock and laid her out, closing her eyes and making sure her body was completely straight. Then she sat in front of her on her knees. Her whole body began to shake and she called out to the heaven's in a forgotten language of anguish and loss. She moved her upper body in a strange dance and continued to wail out the verses of her strange song, and with every verse, ice began to coat Haaari's body, but it was not normal ice, this ice was literally a frozen rainbow. It sparkled and glittered, and was unbelievably beautiful. Unknown to most people, it was harder than the hardest substance, and could never be broken, nor would it ever melt.
She continued on with her strange song and dance, centimeter by centimeter covering her beloved friend.
Trahir sat behind her, respectfully watching the ceremony, adding his own wails to her's at times. Tears stained his fur, but not Luminara's face. She would not neglect her duty by crying.Do not ask, I will not tell

Experiment V317 ☆═━━━━━━━━ ♥☢♥ Vextial was grateful for the words of comfort, though she was more concerned about Luminara. Following behind her as she carried the body of Haaari away, Vextial kept her head bowed in respect. Watching as Luminara put the body down and began singing, Vextial sat down on the other side of the room, and put her hands together and prayed as she listened to the woman's voice. Vextial wasn't exactly the religious type, but when ever she came upon the dead, she always prayed like her brother and parents had taught her. ♥☢♥ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━═☆ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━═☆ (( OOC: I apologize for I seem to have a case of writers block DX I'll be sure to make up for it in my next post. ))

I don't think of myself as a criminal, you see. Leon Vaelient saw Vextial starting to pray for the dead and began to feel that he must show his own sign of respect. He bowed his head in silence for a moment before raising it and stepping forward, began to speak. "To you, those who have departed us, we honor your presence and promise in our hearts to eternally remember the great deeds that you have done." He then stepped back and smiled, for it was a good pray. In retrospect, he would come to realize that it was a pray to all that had passed before them and that he didn't know the dead personally, but caught up with the moment, he felt that it was appropriate. There are those among you who persecute me.
I don't feel pity towards those who would kill me.

As soon as the prayers were finished, Kinaro walked up to Leon "Hey Leon...do you have a spare room? Today has been too much for me and I have a lot on my mind right now." he said. The day's events really were taxing on his mind and he really needed to get some rest. "Oh...also, I need to ask you about something later. It involves the celestials you mentioned earlier. I'd like to know more about them when you get the chance to tell me. Right now though...I just want to be alone."

Luminara Luminara ignored the people behind her. It would take her a day and a half at the least to cover her friend properly. By that time her whole body would be weak and her voice would be all but gone, but she had to.
She continued on, keeping her rhythm perfectly. Trahir turned back to the others and walked over.
I will have to ask that you leave Luminara alone. This is one of our customs, and it will take some time to be complete. In the meantime, I thank you for allowing us to stay aboard this ship. I will be happy to answer any questions you have right now, but I must get back to the ceremony soon so please be quick about it.Do not ask, I will not tell
