Blow Kiss: Those with the cunning attribute would only feel the euphoric flush for one post, as long as they have the attribute in an higher level slot as the user. For example if you had Sexy as a Secondary and Deil had Cunning as a Primary, he would only be flushed for one post. Does that sound good?

Description: After performing several hand-signs the user of this technique will create at their feet or hands a small flame that will rapidly expands and shoots forth according to how the user molds their chakra, since guiding this flames along the ground not only consumes chakra but also requires the user to . This fire will travel in rapidly moving jets which will race towards the target and surround them in a ring of intense flames. While this technique is usually perform on the ground so as to limit the movement of the target, it can also be done in a mid-air spin, forming the fire from the user's limb into a ring that can be shot towards the target. So long as the user maintains the final hand-sign of this technique they will be able to direct this fire anywhere within the range limits of the technique, even splitting the traveling flame into multiple branches form the original source of fire. These fires can easily rise above the height of a normal person even from being created with a very small initial flame, and the addition of more chakra can make the fires rise even higher if needed.

This Genjutsu is activated by eye contact. The C-Ranked variation pushes the perceived attack to a maximum of a foot away from its actual orientation, allowing for a greater margin of error from the opponent. The B-Ranked variation pushes the attack up to three feet away.

Description: In the first post after the initiated of the Genjutsu, the opponent will feel nothing. It will be as if they are not under a Genjutsu at all. In the second post after the initiation of the Genjutsu, the target will begin to feel sleepy, fatigued, tired, and lethargic. In the third post after the initiation, if the Genjutsu is not broken, the opponent will fall asleep for a period of one post which can give the user a powerful chance to either attack or defend. In some highly suggestive individuals, this technique can cause them to enter REM sleep at which time they will usually rest for a maximum of six hours [this ability will only be used for story purposes under the stipulation that all parties involve agree to the terms]. This Genjutsu is rather hard to break as sleep and lethargic individuals are highly unlike to notice they're under a Genjutsu. Or, really, notice anything in particular at all. Initiated through touch or eye-contact.

Breaking the Genjutsu only causes the embers to disappear and does not necessarily give away the position of the user.

Martin Spiralwave Drowning me in applications?! Thanks alot -.- Sai better be a real Boss-level challenge because of these! Chakra Force: If an opposing force greater than or equal to the strength of the attack, like the Augument ability of the medical class, both attacks are nullified (probably in some spectacular explosion of air). A cooldown of at least one post, so the Konaga can't run around punching everyones organs through their back in every post. Also can you give an estimate as to how strong the blow would be, Strength-wise? As in what rank of Strength would the attack be, +2? Chakra Speed: Cooldown of about two posts? I think that's reasonable, if I am correct in assuming that doubling one's speed is equivalent to a +1 rank increase in Speed? Chakra Strength: During the cooldown and one extra post, the user's strength will drop by 1/2 rank? Chakra Blade: It's sharp!...Mabye a little...too sharp. It is because a Konoga's chakra is so naturally refined that I am allowing this, otherwise everybody will want incredibly sharp chakra blades. Chakra Blade is APPROVED! Chakra Sight: What 'certain aspects of everyones chakra signature' can be detected? Any RPC I use is Boss-level by merit of the fact that I'm RPing with them. Chakra Force: I don't like the cooldown. The whole point of the additional effect afterward is to punish consecutive use of the technique. Trust me it balances out in conjunction with the Pain Stress tables. Reducing a Konaga's Stamina puts them in progressively more danger. Also, there is no 'Strength' to the attack. It is delivered at the same strrength as a normal punch, but the damage it produces is as described in the augmentation. Chakra Speed: Actually you assume incorrectly... it doubles all Passive speed bonuses for a post. I also already attached a detriment to the technique's use... so it doesn't need a cooldown. Chakra Strength: Sure, Im good with that. Sounds reasonable to me. Ill make the edit. Chakra Sight: It can see chakra color and allows the user to pick up on little details that can help them identify people by their chakra alone. It can also detect oddities in people's chakra, but nothing specific. So if something. Is unique as compared to normal chakra, they can detect it. ...its a way to evaluate and analyze an opponent before combat. Used mostly as a scouting tool.

Martin Spiralwave Mind Sight: While projecting the images, the user will be almost completely detached from their connection to the real world. Also can you give me a range for this technique?
Also, for the user to be able to cloak their chakra signature while using the technique requires the user's strength in Genjutsu to be at least one rank higher than those they are transmitting to. If the genjutsu resistance is above the actual genjutsu's level I'd have it say that the attack did not have any affect. I'd say one post after the initiation post would be the maximum before damage to the vision begins to occur. So, second post after the jutsu was used; slight blur, third; unable to see details, fourth; trees look like people, fifth, temporary blindness for three posts. sixth post blind for the day. How does that sound? Mind Sight: The genjutsu has no offensive or real defensive measures, it's more like a projection of what the user is thinking. I don't think complete detachment is really required for this one. An example of its use would be explaining the armor of the enemy, and the user projects an image of the armor as they talk. If the user can at least be able to communicate effectively (though be restricted from sensing what is actually going around them) I would be happy! A range I suggest would be around... 20 meters? How about the chakra is cloaked to those whose genjutsu ability is of equal or under the level the user?

Mind Sight: Actually I realize making you unaware of your surroundings is far to harsh. It is fine without any penalty but that range is pretty far, could you cut it down some more :/
And a sensor ninja of equal rank or a Dojutsu-user will be able to detect you if you are both equal rank. Both types of ninja are adept at detecting chakra.

Jutsu Description: The user looses a wild kick either straight upwards or on a raising horizontal arc.
Additional Effects: When someone who is hit by this technique is attracted to the gender of the user they will feel as if their skin has suddenly become very warm as if they were blushing, their breathing will also become ragged (regardless of damage inflicted and where) for 1 post after the attack hits. If their Cunning attribute is of a higher rank then the user's Sexy (ie. Primary Cunning Vs. Tertiary Sexy) then this effect is negated completely.

...what do the claws so? How strong are they? How large are they? The ability to freeze Suiton ninjutsu C-rank below is interesting though, however OP for a C-rank jutsu. I would bump it up to B-rank Hyouton jutsu.

Crossbow method: Instead of placing an arrow to fire in the crossbow, the user charges the crossbow with healing chakra. When the user pulls the trigger of the crossbow an arrow formed from this healing chakra is shot and upon 'piercing' a living target the chakra washes over their bodies healing one injury with the strength of Chiyute no Jutsu (Healing Hands Technique). If it hits an inanimate object the chakra simply dissipates and the cost of the jutsu is stilled paid in full. This jutsu does not differentiate between friend and foe.
Bow method: Instead of readying an arrow the user pulls back on the bowstring gathering healing chakra in their fingertips and extending a thin thread of it to the body of bow. When the bow string is pulled back fully the healing chakra arrow takes form and when the string is released the arrow flies forward like a normal arrow. Upon 'piercing' a living target the chakra washes over their bodies healing one injury with the strength of Chiyute no Jutsu (Healing Hands Technique). If it hits an inanimate object the chakra simply dissipates and the cost of the jutsu is stilled paid in full. This jutsu does not differentiate between friend and foe.

Jutsu Description: By locking lips with someone of a gender the user is attracted to they can transfer 10 Stamina from themselves (the user) to another (the recipient). This jutsu cannot be used in reverse to steal Stamina. Tongue makes the process better.

Chakra Guard: I am hesitant to allow a B-rank technique completely nullify an A rank technique. Say you Chakra Guard your arm and are hit with a large fireball, only your hand would be protected right? This is assuming the fireball is larger than the human body and your 'Guarded' arm is extended towards it. Chakra Purge: What if the poison has already had time to spread throughout the body or has activated without the Konaga knowing. Would attempting this technique still provide a defense against the poison/toxin/pathogen. Also a Purge to the head should at least seriously hamper mental functions along with dizziness and double vision. I mean it can render an entire limb limp, I would think an application to the head would be very serious and debillitating. Chakra Shift: If chakra is also circulating through the brain and nervous system, I would consider allowing the Konaga to see everything in Bulletime. However, to me it reads like someone using a Sharingan and the Speed Combat ability while the user is at Jounin rank, allowing them to cross a great distance in an instant. I mean, if used properly a Stealthed Assassin Konaga could use this to instantly close the distance to a Sensor (or an ordinary non-sensor) and kill them on the spot, especially if they Sensor is preoccupied. However the penalty makes it a little more bearable. Let me have some more time to think this one over. Chakra Overload: Would shinobi with the Strong-Will, Endurance, or Toughness attribute have a better chance of 'ignoring' the pain, thus allowing them to post where pain would immobilize them. Also how much would the pain effect their concentration and skills during the first post and after the third post? Mind Sight: Approved Love Shot: Approved, I can't find anything wrong with the technique. Libido Touch: I'm not sure if TUP has a policy against transferring Stamina (I don't think we do?) so I'd have to say denied becase tongue isn't mandatory...
