Do you have an Azrein? Yes. One and another one on the way
What drew you to the shop? Friends and the love of the staff towards the customers and lurkers.
Do you feel like HoA is friendly? Oh, Hell YES!!!!
Do you feel like the staff is helpful? Yes, very much so
What do you like the most about HoA? The awesome staff who makes me laugh so much.
The least? That is there is no local nut on the staff.. or are there? ninja
What are some things you think we need to improve on? hmm.. We need more laughter!
What would you like to see in the future? More games and flaffles.
Any ideas for future events? Hmm.. Maybe have some events like disney horses event or something. Like Spirit?
Any ideas about the metaplot concerning the war with the Six? o.o;;; Never even heard of that metaplot.
How do you feel about our current lines? They are awesome!
Are there any lineart additions you would like to see in the future? We need fairy wings!!!!
How do you feel about our prices for customs, breedings, and flatsales? Too expensive, inexpensive, or a bit too cheap? They are perfect
How do you feel about the roleplaying aspect? RP Events? Haven't been in one yet.
Think anything could be improved / added to the RP side of the shop? I wouldn't know.
Do you see HoA growing in the next few months? YUSH!!!!!!
What do you think makes HoA unique from other shops? Yes. .They are sooooo cute!!!
Do we have enough flatsales / raffles / games? NEVERRRR!
What do you think of Bunny's free customs to RPers? o.o.. That actually happens?! *Fleeesss to rp* That is awesome!!!
What are some things you'd like to see in the guild? User-run shops? More items? Different RP events? Something like a personal ads or something?
Would you tell your friends about HoA? I dare you not go aweeeee at the lines! Come to the shopppppp!
What's something we could do to bring newbies in? Have a build a HOA event? That is bound to bring newbies in
What is your HONEST opinion about the shop? It is a great shop to make you feel right at home with the staff. They actually care about the customers more than just about the gold.

Do you feel like HoA is friendly? NO! YES!
Do you feel like the staff is helpful? Yesssssssssss
What do you like the most about HoA? The atmosphere
The least? The fact that I don't have enough azriens yet XD
What are some things you think we need to improve on? Concept carry outs (for example, the beaks on Articuno, Moltres and etc looks not natural)
What would you like to see in the future? This shop being successful, more people in here, more azriens being loved and rped. More species perhaps. FAMILIARS PLZ!
Any ideas for future events? Gemstones, Flowers, Halloween, Autumn themed, and so on forth

What's something we could do to bring newbies in? Pretty much, try to do a newbie-orientied event liek free customs, or raffles/flatsales that is just for newbies. Make the regulars bring them in by whipping us (just a warning, some of us MIGHT like it *eyes Kiana* )
What is your HONEST opinion about the shop? I love this shop to death. I can see it succeeding <3
Any other comments? Bunny... Bunny, you need to give me like 5 or 10 free customs for keeping you entertained and for being a fellow /b/tard *shot'd*
