The shark kyn saw his moment for an attack and he decided to take it. He dove bak into the water to escape the jets of flame and, using his large body and tail as a whip lashed it against the dragons blind spot

The powerful Eastern's tail caught Luftwaffe in the small of the back and he tumbled to the ground with Keeper, rolling to get her away from the bank. "Aaagh!" He began cursing wildly in Bayrischedeutsch as he climbed off her to face the rampaging shark again.

While sharketsu had left his mark on his opponent, it was clear that the advantages still held. They were not out of his range and he couldn't do anything. The best he could do now, was to slap at the water in a attempt to drench them with water.

keeper lays there for a second in slight shock but then gets up. "i think i have had just about anuff." she starts to chant somthing and the sky fills with dark clouds lightning and thunder can be hird coming closer to them.
( she has 3 books of magic dark, illution, and storm. )

Luftwaffe fired another blast of flame at the water, generating a great deal of searing hot steam. He roared, then looked back to see if Keeper was okay.

The steam did little to sooth the beast nor damage him., and he simple snarled back at the kyn. However his attention was soon drawn to the skies, which had gone dark and were getting stormy... This had set him off, as eletricity did not mix well with a alrge pool of water...

when the kyn was gone keeper stoped chaning. "well that was fun."

well...it could be worse...
poke sat on her table, in the middle of the cave, and wondered exactly...how much water this place could take.
The weather had decided to take a interesting turn, and began to poor down. It hadn't let up for days.
And now...most of the caves were nearly underwater. Which made it very hard to navigate between them.
the table drifted accross the room, while her black kun shiro was making his way accross, though much faster.
"when...is this water...gonna drain!?" he panted. He was replied with a shrug
"dunno, never had this problem before. Could be stuck with it"
he was left to growl, and paddle his way out of the cave. And right after that, a blue and white head rose above the water as kichi surfaced.
"I could get used to this" she commented, not very worried about water as it soothed her skin and kept her boyant.
"If only we had gills" poke said to her, and kichi smilied before submerging.
poke sat there for another 5 minutes, untill she noticed a certain large fin circling her. It appeared sharketsu had found a way into the caves...
"sharketsu..." she warned. "you try to eat me and I'll make you my moring suishi..."

The weather was quite chilly at the den, but not chilly enough that there would be any snow. Still, it had caused most of the kyns that occupied this area to be outside in the sun, warming themselves up and being occupied with their own activities.
Ozzy was busy with kook, who were both occupied in a mock playfight. It was a interestig thing to see two fully grown japanese kyn try to outdo each other by using their size alone, but somewhat dangerour for anyone smaller then them, which was practicly everyone.
"would you Please WATCH WERE YOU ARE GOING?!" Loroth shouted and then had to fly as kook had slammed his foot down on the ground. Having realised he almost quished one of his clanmates, he looked down to see where loroth had gone, only to be pushed back by ozzy who was quick to take advantage of his distraction. "hey, that wasn't fair!" Kook protested, then lowered his head and started pushing his own way forwards.
The aquatic members of the clan were curently snoozing in front of the large lake that was infront of the den. Vith was the only one still in the lake, as she couldn't remain above water for long periods of time.
"I think I'll have to go into town in the next few days, we're running low on supplies.." poke pondered, and kept a watchfull eye on all the other kyn to make sure they weren't about to get squished. She then stood up and called out to them "guys! seriously can't you take it a bit father away from the densite!?"

At Crater Lake, the natural bowl was harlequined in green and patches of riotous red and yellow. Summer was at an end: the chill in the air was testament to that. Apparently oblivious to this, though, Batus sat motionless, like a fearsome, bare-headed penitent, meditating atop the island den. He didn't even turn a feather at the sound of a muffled explosion from within: likely one of Zafly's experiments gone wrong.
The sound did catch the attention of Kiko and Litienn, who were huddled together trying to do something between the two of them with their magic. They paused for a moment, peering into the mouth of the den and the thin tongue of smoke that trickled from the top of the tunnel, before turning back to their work.
Unseen to all at the island, though, was the deep chocolate-colored form of Asani pacing quietly out of the forest towards the lake's edge: it was the nearest place to his own den to drink, even if it did put him closer than he would like to the rest of his flight.

finaly having enough, poke got up from her seat and went towards her room inside the caves. Once there she grabbed her bag and chucked in a few essentials (food, water, rope, compas) and walked back out.
"okay! I feel like going on a journey, so" she pointed towards the distance moutains "who feels like acompaning me in that general direction?"
while ozzy and kook seemed intent on beating each other in their game and her aquatic kyn were still asleep, her two remaing lunars, kameko and Shiro had walked out of their dens when they heard poke was going off somewhere. Being lunar kyns they were more prone to moving accross the plains then being cooped up at the den.
Shiro lazily stretched and then regarded his rider "well then, I suppose a little walk wouldn't be such a bad idea"
"and I don't wanna be left behind" kameko said as well. Nodding in response, poke hopped on kameko's back, and the trio set off on their ride. They didn't get far though when a "wait for me!" was heard. They looked back to see Papilio flying towards them, her butterkyn pip in tow.
"you're lucky you caught us!" Kameko barked at them as they caught up. we almost left without you!"
"thats alright, I'm much faster then you land walkers anyday" pap said back to them with a grin
