Description: Sadly; I'm taking out the Tatsuka Clan... I feel it was too OPed for my tastes, and so I'm scrapping it and going through a new idea. Anyone who has learned a jutsu from it, in the clan, may use that towards any jutsu of the SAME rank or lower. Thank you. :3

Description: A lot is happening, the guild bingo book is up, checks have expired unfortunately for those who have not returned. Some movement of forums is required seeing as we dont have a nation for the Cloud Village. I will be re-situating and moving village forums for a few minutes, so if you are role playing and something goes missing its just been moved up a forum likely. Dont Panic! The work is going fast so the Arc Summary should be posted up tonight so pay attention guys. Captain out!
