Jase wondered why he was being asked such a question. It sounded like it was a rhetorical question to him. However, for all he knew it could be serious. "They do their job and follow orders to the letter. Why do you ask," Jase responded.

 Neo Yakamotol Medical l Hokage l Neo smirked a little to Jase's comment as he looked up to the man, "Well you see... There is an opening for the ANBU operatives. I can tell, that thought you could be a great Sifu, it isn't totally your passion. Though, putting you in a place that will challenge you daily, may." Neo took another large sip of his medicine before sighing in relief to his calmed heart, "Instead of having you be a Sifu... Why not simply have you as an ANBU op. With your skill and those talented eyes, I'm sure you will be a great addition to the operatives. For your first mission will be to find this Uchiha whose haunting those poor girls."

Jase smirked as he wanted to laugh. So, he was being chosen for a possibly suicide mission. For, it had sounded like that this Uchiha fellow had been a Genjutsu specialist. More often than not, Genjutsu specialists had the upper hand. Even with his Byakugan, all he would be able to tell was that nothing was real. That didn't mean the Genjutsu wouldn't affect. Then again, he didn't know what would happen. There has never been a fight between Hyuuga and Uchiha before. Well, not one recorded anyways. In theory, his Byakugan should be able to see through the deception of the Sharingan. In theory only. Jase really didn't want to test that theory. Well, he'd rather not. "If that is your wish then I will do so. It is above my position to disagree with you," Jase commented. It was true. If the hokage wanted him to join the ANBU then it was Jase's duty to join. The only problem Jase might have would be if the mission would harm anyone of the village. Although, it was extremely unlikely that this man would ever do such a thing.

Neo Yakamotol Medical l Hokage l Neo knew the dangers this mission posed. For the powers, outside of this mysterious man possibly being the wielder of Genjutsu which in fusion with the sharingan is a highly dangerous combination, is the only known factor. To face an unknown enemy such as he, things could create major complications for Jase, but at the same time, who is to say this mysterious man wasn't ready to fight the might of the Byakugan? If Jase was ready, and had a strong heart and mind to take this man, Neo is certain that he will prevail; for you need such things when fighting a person who finds euphoria in manipulating and twisting the mind.
Letting a soft sigh as he finished off his medicine in one last remaining gulp, Neo placed it to the side and stood up. It took him a small moment to get used to the feeling of his medicine working through his veins before he was able to speak with confidence. Not wanting his friend to falter due to the faltering of his voice," I am sure you will do well on this mission. As the circumstances stand, I will even push this mission to be that of an S-Rank. I want the man captured live. I do not believe he deserves execution, but he does in fact need to be brought in for questioning. We are not a village that smiles lightly to higher ranked shinobi hurting or bullying our youth." There was a bit of coldness in his tone to those last words, not too fond of betrayal and even more not fond of those that dwell in chaos and bring it upon his village. He didn't survive the shinobi wars, only to have a single man bring back fear upon the hearts of his people.

Jase bowed in response. He completely agreed with the hokage that no shinobi should ever dare to mess with anyone in their village. In this they thought the same. "Any idea of this man's whereabouts? Can't exactly bring him in without knowing where he is. However, I don't think I need to be ANBU to do this. In fact, I think I could even be able to take a team of genin with me. Might be a good idea to show them what they need to shoot for in terms of skill," Jase commented as began to smile with the look of a great idea.

Avaro Uchiha, The Chemical Shinobi
[Sannin] [Ninjutsu Class] [Madara's Mangekyou Sharingan] [120 CP] [Master of Suiton]
"So what's this I here about an S-Ranked mission, my friend?" said a man whom had just appeared at the door, walking in. It was Avaro Uchiha, one of the strongest of the Uchiha. He was a middle-aged man. He had silky, brown hair and wore glasses. He always dressed in a nice, brown suit. It made him look classy and sophisticated. But the latter was probably more accurate, just not in a good way. Avaro was also the Chief of Medicine in the Leaf Village. On top of that, he was the village's Sannin, as well. The man had many titles, but he did have the ability needed to back them up. He was respected out of fear and admiration throughout all of the nations for his abilities and unique fighting style.
Avaro walked up next to Jase and stood with his hand crossed behind his back. "I couldn't help but overhear the conversation and I felt like I needed to say something. Maybe I could be of assistance to you? I haven't seen much combat lately because of my work with the hospital. As you may know, running something large like the hospital, or in your case, the village, takes up a large amount of time. Now, I would probably not be on this mission to do anything besides observe. However, my presence would be great assurance of protection to the team sent to take on this enemy."
Avaro turned to Jase and looked him over, analyzing his physical characteristics. He was well trained and seemed capable of leading this mission. "I'm glad to see that the youth of this village are so capable! It's good that we have people like you around to lead the village's Genin to a successful future as Shinobi. Though, I'd like to see what you're capable of soon. How about we have a friendly sparring match in the near future? Just a friendly competition is all. Nothing too hardcore; just some easy sparring and no intend to harm each badly." Avaro smiled charmingly at Jase before turning back to the Hokage, awaiting a response to the proposition Avaro had brought up.

Neo Yakamotol Medical l Hokage l Neo returned with a bow back to Jase so that he may give respect to the shinobi that looked up to him. It was somewhat of a thing that his father, who previously was the ANBU Captain, taught him. In order to truly gain respect, confidence, and honor from those that follow you, you have to make sure that you give them the same amount of respect, honor, and confidence they give you plus some. It was a learned lesson that had indeed helped him serve the first term and become the first Hokage of Konoha successfully. He could only hope that it would last or rather, with a touch to his irregularly beating heart, live long enough to see the fruits of his kindly ruling.
"Hmm... Well the thing is, I don't know much about the man." Neo said simply, as he slowly sat back down and took a deep breath, trying his best not to show that he was becoming a bit winded just from the brief moment of standing up, despite the fact that once more his skin tone turned a little pale. "I I like you, have only just heard of the news of this man. Anything more about him, is unknown. I will have to do some research on the archives we have and see if there is anything on him. With the village truly only just starting, I don't believe it will be too hard to at least make an assumption on who he is." Neo said softly, continuing to control his breathing until his heart could once more take a pace that he could relax a little in. When he felt he could continue with strength back in his voice, Neo leaned back in the chair and turned back over towards the village, "I am promoting you to ANBU for other reasons. There is a major opening within the operatives that must be filled soon. There are others that could be promoted to that position but I wish to give you a chance at it first with this mission. Plus," Neo had somewhat of a playful smirk as he looked back to Jase, " Last I recall, you weren't very fond of being a Sifu just yet. Which is quite fine, and knowing you, the challenges of an ANBU will surely keep you quite busy especially with the position that I am thinking of." Neo turned around in his chair so that he may face his desk that held the Uchiha sister's profiles and picked one of them up, "But don't fret. I believe you will still have a student by the end of it all."
Though just as he placed the envelope down to see what Jase would say about his rather mysterious ambitions for his friend, those sky blue eyes looked towards his door as when it was opened, and quite a familiar voice hit his ears. The voice belonged to a rather familiar Uchiha of his home, named Avaro. A man who, at first, Neo somewhat hated to see. Well, not now of course as he rather enjoyed his friend's company, but when Neo was nothing more than a small little child of 8, he hated seeing that man's face and more so everyone and everything related to the hospital; and why not? While other kids were going to the Academy, playing shinobi, eatnig junk food and learning to become powerful nin, Neo was in the hospital taking exams, chowing down on hospital food and rather in his mind, rotting. For it was quite a saddening sight to see that the ANBU Captain's son, was unable to become a shinobi because of heinous defect in his system. Though Neo at his present state of life, was rather glad they did hold him back, as he probably wouldn't be seated in the chair he was in now, or rather any chair if they didn't. He had a rather unique disease that made him unnaturally frail. weak, and worse yet cough up blood. Though he was sharp as tack, holding quite a bit of intellect and wisdom for such a little one, he couldn't even fit the description of a tactician because his body just couldn't take the strain of it all. What makes things worse is Neo's fighting capabilities, at least at that time, made the child have a permanent death stone above his head if he even came into a physical altercation. With him just battling another Academy student, Neo was completely in the most blatant terms, massacred. With one hit to his chest area, he was coughing up blood the rest of the fight, and Avaro along with other doctors were the ones that diagnosed him to not become a shinobi and simply take it easy; or rather live to see another day. But there was one thing that no one expected to be possible; for rather, it has never been seen in the any of the years of they had seen so far, and only very few in the village knows the true power their Hokage holds. Something that after witnessing, Avaro proposed that the impossible happen to destroy and rather counter-act the disease that plagued the child. A union of an abomination and plague to the world that just may help him, and with his abilities, conquer the power of that abomination to the point that he might just become a true ultimate weapon. But ever since Neo 'defeated' the beast, that 'cure' never returned to Konoha since. Which though is good for his village, remained not so good for him.
So in short, the man before him sort of was the sort reason that Neo became a medical shinobi. One reason, was to find at least a temporary agent to suppress his illness, and another was because of the mighty power he saw within the power of the medical arts. Neo had even somewhat surpassed him in the medical field due to him making it more of his primary field, though with Avaro being his Sifu in a sense, there was still much for him to learn; for years do make up for talent after all. "Ah... Avaro-Qianbei... It is nice for you to join us. More so, because it would mean the hospital is O.K enough that you can leave it." Neo said with a bit of delight in his tone before continuing, "For you to attend this mission would be quite an honor. For if this man does get roughed up a little, I'm sure you can keep him in stable enough condition to keep him alive until I question him." He tried to think of, if he'd allow Avaro into the mission, what would be the best combination of people before continuing back to what he was speaking of before Avaro entered, "I have a woman, that will be joining you and to observe you, during this mission." Neo said, putting emphasis on 'you' when as he directed it towards Jase. "She will fight, but only to back you up. You will be the leader of this squadron." Neo scooted back in the chair and dove into his desk vriefly to grab him some parchment and placed it upon the desk before taking him a pen and beginning to write upon it. On the paper he wrote:

Weight: Unknown
Abilities: Possessor and Clan member of the Uchiha Clan. Is a Sharingan user geared towards the way of Genjutsu.
Crime: Assault on a Clan member. Though the reasoning for it seems deeper than that.
When Neo finished he handed it to Jase and sighed, "This is all I have. I will be sending you information from here when I can, as I study up on the man. I want you to travel first to the Uchiha sister's home and question them about the information that is unknown. See if she can be a little more descriptive of the man. Then ask some of the Uchiha's that live in the residences and see if they know anything about him. There is another that is positioned at the Gates who is another Uchiha that I am familiar with. Question him as well. Next, we will go from there in trying to make a capture of him." Neo made a light hesitant scratch through his hair before looking to Avaro, "Sifu are you quite sure that you wish to leave on this mission? The man may be dangerous but I doubt we need to put that much massive force against him. Jase and the woman I am sending would be quite enough. They are one of the top notch Jounin under our village. Putting a Sannin against the man, would make it seem like he's destroyed our village or worse murdered." He wasn't trying to permit Avaro from going but... sending so much fire power against one man seems a bit over the top. Then again on the flip side, Neo knew little to nothing about the man. There was so much about him that was a mystery, as he didn't know truly how extensive his Genjutsu was. So much to think about and so many possibilities were laid out before him. With Jase and his abilities, he can cancel out and completely shut the man down if he gets in close... if he gets close. But the woman he was sending with him, was able to rather fight in all areas of range. Providing a perfect back up for Jase. To send Avaro, would make it just a tad too much fire power leaving his village for one man. At least until he learns more about this person, Neo doesn't feel like he needs to send so much out just yet. With a sigh, Neo shook his head and came to a decision, "I'm not fully against you leaving, just I don't feel we need to completely go all out on this man just yet. I rather don't see the reason to do such a thing at the moment, but if more information shows he's dangerous enough to do such a thing, I will have you first on the list. Does this some adequate?" If the situation was different, Neo would probably laugh to this moment. Speaking in such a manner to the man who taught him how to rather run things and become a successful shinobi.

Jase tilted his head slightly in acknowledgment of Avaro's arrival. Jase had been given the opportunity several times to become an ANBU. He just didn't care to join them. Jase would rather go on a mission by himself. This way he wouldn't have to worry about protecting anyone. Now, he has been ordered by the hokage to lead a team to capture this rogue. "Lord Hokage, I agree that he should come with my team. We do need a medic. Now who is to be my fourth member?" Jase said in repsonse.

Neo Yakamotol Medical l Hokage l Now that things started to get settled and concrete Neo nodded when Jase stated that he'd like to keep Avaro on squad. A medical nin would be beneficial, as the woman he had in mind could possibly hold some medical techniques, but having one with more medical expertise will have him sleep a little better at night. "Very well then. Avaro you shall go... But for now, I don't believe we will need a fourth member. The level of people that are going now should be handle this perpetrator quite easily. But... anymore information I find out about the man, I will send to you. Avaro... do you have anything else to add?"

"No, my dear friend, I have nothing to add. But I will say this, I am not what I once was in my youth. Although I am still a fierce opponent, I fear that this Uchiha, if he is whom I think it to be, may prove to be quite the difficult battle. However, with the squad being sent, I believe that we shouldn't have great difficulty gathering information. But this Uchiha may be too strong for us to defeat altogether until I have regained my powers."
Avaro sighed. He had lost some of his great strength from his youth and he hasn't perfected any of his new techniques just yet. But once he has, then this Uchiha would be just some little chump compared to Avaro's superior abilities over Ninjutsu.

Neo Yakamotol Medical l Hokage l Neo was about to address another issue until he heard a small little knock upon the door. He raised his hand to silence everyone to ensure that what was spoken doesn't hit the ears of those that doesn't really concern them; no need to alert the village with this information just yet. "Come in. I may have a mission that you can do." He announced to her, wondering if he was speaking to a really small child with how tiny and delicate the voice was.

Jase leaned against the wall. He was right next to the window and it was as if he was waiting to leave. He wondered what else the Hokage had to say.

Neo Yakamotol Medical l Hokage l After some time waiting for the child to enter, Neo decided he'd just go ahead and send Jase and his squad off, "Never mind. I will inform you by eagle, the information that I receive and find out. To keep you hear longer will hinder the trail, if any, that is left of this man. Go now, and find out any information you have on this man and capture him." He said, dismissing Jase and Avaro to go on to the mission as he awaited for the child from earlier to enter.

Jase jumped out the window almost instantly. He had decided to make his usual rounds around the gates of Konoha. It paid to be cautious. He decided to check the main gate first. This was where the two chuunin were doing the watch just now.
