He looked up at her when she reacted like that, through a mouthful of sandwich he watch her reaction with slightly widening eyes, before he choked out a laugh.
"Yeah ya should, s'way good." He told her, patting his chest lightly. "Ya've never have it?"

"No, I don't think so. I-um... don't really change my sandwiches, except for the jelly... and sometimes I change the peanut butter from smooth to crunchy or back..." If it ain't broke, don't fix it, and even if it is broke, if you're more likely to make it worse if you try to fix it, just don't mess with it was more descriptive of Izumi's style of cooking. For all she knew, adding bananas would have messed the whole delicate food balance of the sandwich up and caused it to taste more like everything else she ever made tasted.

"Now ya got something new to try out." He said, taking anther bite from his food, finishing the first half and starting on the second.
He kept his eyes down on the plate when she asked him about his new place. pondering this over as he chewed for a moment before shrugging a shoulder, and glancing back up at her.
"Pretty good, a lot different than I'm used to... pretty busy."

"Oh- Did you move to a different big city? You moved to Sandalwood, didn't you?" Izumi didn't sound too impressed with Sandalwood. A sudden crash interrupted whatever train of thought Izumi had been on. "Oh no! Wheatley!" She whined and dropped her sandwich on the counter, hastily exiting her kitchen, leaving Jerome alone with the new Beldum.
"..." The mechanical humming sound of various electronics was the only sound the creature made as it stared unwavering at Jerome. Maybe it was still broken.

Well, Sandalwood was as good as any really, Jerome HAD always talked about going there with his buds someday to try out parkour there, with all the trees, would have been pretty cool, Jerome had to admit.
He opened his mouth to reply, when the crash drew his attention, and pulled Izumi away as she went over to tend to what mess her pokemon made.
Jerome felt himself being watched, pausing he glanced over to her, staring back at the new Beldum, taking the last bite of his sandwich while wondering if she was okay or not.
"Yo."
Bro appeared before the yellow eyed Beldum for a moment, shrugged and tapped at the top of her eye.

Her eye rotated and narrowed slightly as the mechanical pokemon observed and considered the human male. Glados' shutters closed rapidly twice when the ghost pokemon appeared and poked her. "Beldum..." It turned and floated away from the pair.
Meanwhile, Izumi was dealing with Wheatley, who had decided to help again. This time, he had been watering plants and not only drowned them and dropped the watering bucket, but had knocked the plants he'd been helping with over and spilled all of the dirt turned mud all over the floor. The mechanic sighed loudly from the front room and returned to the kitchen, her arms and beldum being held in them covered in dirt and soggy dirt. "...Wheatley made a mess."

Bro' watched the Beldum go, before he snickered again and blinked out of sight.
PLacing the empty plate on the counter, Jerome pushed himself up, looking over at the mess.
"Sure is" He noticed, eyebrows arching. Poor Beldum liked to help out a bit to much, when it wasn't needed or much wanted it seemed.
"Need any help?"

"No... that's alright. You don't have to." Izumi smiled shyly. "One of the drones will clean up most of it... but I've got to clean up Wheatley... and... umm... my arm..." She glanced down at her mechanical arm, which was not only dirty, but had grease and dirt starting to clump in the divets and grooves.

Jerome shrugged. "Don't mind helpin'" he answered.
After all, being a trainee, he's gotten kinda good at cleaning up s**t. never used to do it before.
walking over to help, seemed the least he could do for the free lunch.

'A-alright. I-if you really don't mind... I guess you could clean up Wheatley? I think just putting him in the tub and rinsing him off with a rag should work... Um... I-I've got to go get some brushes from downstairs though... for this..." Izumi let go of Wheatley and headed down stairs to her workshop to get her arm's cleaning kit.
"Bel...." Wheatley looked down at the floor, disappointed that yet another attempt to help had messed up. "Dum..."

"Alright" Jerome said to her sudgestion, wathcing as she moved off, that moved his gaze over to the downcast Beldum.
Watching the pokemon for a moment, he gave a slight shrug, and gestured with a hand for him to come over.
"s**t happens. C'mon, show me where the tub is."

Wheatley's little eye stared blankly at Jerome for a moment when he spoke to him, "Beldum." he then floated past the human and into a small room that would turn out to be the bathroom.
