Blue held one of his two tokens out, looking at the claw machine intently. His own left claw extended and he moved his hand back and forth in front of him. Red looked at him, puzzled by his actions. "What are you doing?" she asked. With a serious tone and a straight look on his face, he replied with, "Becoming one with the claw". This made Red burst into a fit of laughter, "Dork, just play already" she said in-between laughs. The Sneasel glared at her before retracting his claw and popping the coin in, easily moving the joystick and, without a second thought, confidently pushing the drop button. He knew what he wanted, and he watched as a little capsule was lifted and then dropped into the spot where you are supposed to pick it up. Putting his paw in, he looked at the capsule for a moment before opening it and finding...just what he had hoped for. He looked at Red, her back was turned to him as she was distracted with something else. Smiling, he took a sheet of paper out of his sack and put it on the inside of the capsule, making it so you couldn't see what was inside.

"Hey, fur face, lookit" He said. She turned around to find the Sneasel holding out the capsule to her. She tilted her head, "Waddya get?" she asked. He smiled, "its a secret. And its for you too" he said. He tied the capsule to the collar around her neck, "It's all yours, but only if you promise to not open it until midnight tonight or until I say its okay" he said. Red nodded, "I promise I promise!" she said, a sort of excitement in her voice. She loved surprises!

For now, what was in there would only be known to Blue...but he seemed to be very conent with having gotten a plushie.

Red and blue walked around for awhile, Blue wanting to find a game to play and Red just following along because he was the one holding her tokens. They stopped simultaneously at a weird stall, it was just a wall with five balloons stuck onto it. A Drifloon floated at the front, on of his "arms" tied to a stick coming out of the ground, probably so he didn't accidentally float away. "Hello~ One token gets you one chance, pick a balloon and pop it any way you want to~ One of them has a Red ticket, another has a Blue, another has a green, and a fourth has an apple~ Be careful, because one is always empty~"

Blue looked at the wall and tilted his head. All the balloons were dark purple, with a face painted on to look like a drifloon. The face was painted on pretty badly, but that made it look sort of cuter. The downside was that it made it very hard to see what was inside, so it was very hard to make a choice.

Making up his mind, two little black orbs began to form at the tips of his claws. He then brought his hands together, combining the two into one big Shadow Ball attack aimed right at the second balloon!

The balloon gave a really loud pop! as it was hit, a blue ticket spinning wildly around and floating very ungracefully down. Before it could fall, though, The drifloon had got hit with his free "hand" and put it on the counter, a cheery look on his face. Blue looked at the ticket and shoved it into his bag with the rest, looking over at Red. "Your turn" He told he Vulpix, to which she started running off to the nearest, interesting booth.

Red looked at the little plastic digletts coming out of the holes in the box in awe. "So you just smack them, and depending on how many points you get, you can get a prize?" She asked. The Corphish operating the game nodded, "We used to have a hammer, but not everyone could hold it so now you just bonk them with your paws" He said.

Well, it couldn't hurt to try right? Red gave a token to the pokemon, "Medium" she told him. The Corphish nodded again hit something with his claw, the games lights flashing and blinking. Red began to frantically hit the plastic digletts on the heads, every time she hit one a point was put on the screen. Dang, this was hard!

Blue was about to go back to the carnival when he remembered something, "Purples token!" he called out. He dug his paw into his sack, "He never used it, the games are going to close..."

He pulled out the token, a little note was attached that read "you can have it". Blue looked at it for a moment, "Its for us..." he mumbled. Red's eyes got a little gleam in them, "Don't just stand there! use it already!" She shouted. He looked around, there wasn't anything of interest...until he saw that booth.

A simple and classic one, knock the soda cans down with a ball. Going over, he placed the final token on the booth, "One round please" He told the geodude behind the counter. The pokemon took the token and gave him three balls, gesturing over to the three pyramids of cans behind him.

Taking careful aim, he launched one ball at the center of each and hoped for the best...which wasn't enough, two of the balls only knocking down the can on top and one of them actually bouncing on the wall and hitting him on the forehead. Red burst out in a fit of laughter, Blue just looked very pissed. His ears flattened as he frowned, "lets just get our redeem our tickets already" he said.

Walking away, he and Red left to go redeem what little tickets they had managed to get.
