Status: Victorious! / Fáreryniel Courtroom

One of the Elder Wisemen, seeming to be the Oldest of the group, Stood from his chair and lifted his wrinkled at them.
"You May Rise" He spoke, His words booming throughout the hallways but not with anger nor frustration.
Zmarah stood back to her feet and she nodded her head to the Wisemen. However before she could speak, Avalon and marched up to her, being only inches away from her face. Zmarah had to take a step back before the Senator would break her ears.
"You were told specifically not to bring the Humans and, Escora, Further into Fáreryniel!" He declared, "For what reason have you to bring them, not ONLY deeper into our home, but in the Courtroom itself?!"

"A Proposal." Zmarah stated, her back straight and her chest a little puffed out as if she were to intimidate Avalon. Her eyes turned from the grumpy Senator, to Escora and Talon, and then to the Wisemen. "Wise ones; The humans' set destination was to meet at Gaea with their unknown supplies. Their intentions are good and convenient as this is where I must take the Senators of Fáreryniel to meet with the other Nations."
Her arm stretched out to where Talon and Escora were standing
"As an addition, Because Escora has been banished from ever setting foot here, I will bring her with me to Gaea, where she may reservoir there instead of here. With both the humans and Escora out of our hands, we may return to our business, and continue to take actions on the Gaea incidents that Ranger Iris have been reporting."
Zmarah stared up to the Wisemen, as they seemed to gaze her down, as if they were reading her, though she did not pry from the truth at all.
Avalon's cheeks seem to have turned red and puffed out like some sort of balloon.
"Take them all with?! Have you Lost your mind??" He flared, his arms restraining hard from flailing in the air and physically attacking her, though if that were to ever happen, he would regret it for the rest of his life.
"Firstly , we no idea what these Humans carry with them unless we are exposed to their unknown cargo. Secondly, Escora should take in punishment for returning to this place without proper permission!"

"But we nothing to do with the humans! If they are on their way to Gaea, they will have something to do with Iris, and what they carry is of no importance to us. " Zmarah sent her arm racing down at the ground, pointing to the floor they stood on as she continued her argument with the Senator.
"And with Escora at Gaea, she will have no possible way of ever returning here! Airships are rarely stay landed long enough for anyone from the wildlife to board. She may reside with Iris and maybe even work for her underneath her conditions. Does that not solve her banishment?"
This was insane. Zmarah never remembered standing up and speaking for other people, that she did not really even know for that matter. But her heart and gut told her that these people were good, and they needed her help, and that one day they would even return the favor if needed. That thought always made Zmarah laugh because she never needed help. Her thoughts went back to the debate as Avalon puffed up once more.
They continued their argument, Back and forth about Being convenient to take them with or Escora must be punished and the Humans must be responsible for the incidents at Gaea
Finally, after it seemed like an eternity, the Eldest's voice echoed throughout the Courtroom. "Enough!" He said, telling the 'children' to stop their arguing and to listen.
His grey eyes loomed over to Zmarah as he sat back down and tied his fingers together in front of his face, though his voice was still loud and clear.
"Is this what you feel is best, Zmarah The Guardian?" He asked her, his eyes reading right through her, as did all of the other Elders.

"It is, Sir." Zmarah said, her voice almost going, soft, "The Humans accepted their mess and apologize for it; As does Escora. With them traveling with me and my crew, it will be much more convenient, for everyone, and at the same time easier for us to keep an eye on them."
The Eldest rose again and closed his eyes. "It will be done then." He said. His eyes opened and stared at the Human and Escora. "This will be told to the Lord himself. However, " His finger raised again, pointing at the guests. "Understand that the Human and his crew, along with the... with Escora, Are not allowed to return to Fáreryniel without the proper requirements. " His eyes stayed on Escora, reading down on her with his blank eyes. He knew about her, but would not say anything.

"Understood o' Wise One." Zmarah said, her head bowing down.
Avalon's eyes widened from Zmarah to the Eldest, and he ran to the Eldest to protest, "But This is Una-"
It Is Done!"
The Eldest claimed once more, not hearing another word out of Avalon that says differently. "The Sooner they are gone; The better." He said, as he and the rest of the Wisemen stood and left their seats. Avalon bowed his head and nodded. "Yes my Masters." He said with almost some sort of sorrow or pity in his voice.
Zmarah looked at Talon and Escora. She grew a smile on her face as she walked past them
"Whew.. Was 'fraid that wouldnt end well." She said, socially, which almost took her by surprise. Was she really warming up to these two already? It felt like it.

"You loved me for something I'm not."
"For that, I cannot accept you anymore."

[[ OOC;; Sorry its so long~ xD]]

Escora looked at Zmarah as she smiled. She did still not understand why she could remain calm. Well, Zmarah wasn't the one who was in huge trouble, was she? She had blanked off for a moment before she noticed Zmarahs eyes were on her. The womans eyes gazed at her, but she quickly moved her head back to her front, moving one of her hands to the back of her head, rubbing it very slightly. She did NOT like eye contact. With anyone. She looked back at Zmarah, only moving her eyes and seen her smile had grown. She smiled softly back, revealing her teeth, some of them actually fanged, but she was slowly getting over her insecurity of the taller woman elf and short human male. Before Zmarahs head could tilt, her eyes directed towards the sky, her ears twitching lightly as if they heard something. "Mm.." She let out a light, uncomfortable sound before moving her head back down to look ahead of her, her arms crossed and folded across her helmet that she was still holding. Although, being sort of out of it, she could still hear Zmarah clearly. She agreed at heart, it would be best to leave as fast as possible. After all, it would cause less stress for the people of this beautiful land. Escoras presence was just not wanted, and she understood that, just didn't know why. Escora jumped as they had started to move again, seeing as she was slightly behind them. She began to jog behind Zmarah until she got up behind her, but still a bit of a distance. She was still insecure about all this, and didn't know if even Zmarah appreciated her existence. She walked silently towards the tower, looking about as her ears slowly lowered. She felt the eyes of the inhabitants looking at her with fear, hate, or just laughing at her appearance. Although, she ignored it. It was not the time to get down about such trivial things, and just accept it for once. They arrived to the tower, Escora looking up at it in awe of such a magnificent structure. Her eyes lowered back down. She saw some of the guards guarding the doorway of the tower, and admired how Zmarah was respected by them. She only wished she could have some of that kind of respect, but she accepted it either way. As they continued to walk inside, The blonde woman had shivers up her spine from the aura of this area. It frightened her. She walked down the hallway, following the taller elf,Zmarah, looking around the hall of the old wisemen and Lords, some of the faces making her disgusted, as she had recognized some of them. Her arms clutched tighter around her helmet as they walked forward, she continued to stay completely silent. She had kept her eyes on her own feet, and not noticed Zmarah had stopped. She bumped into Zmarahs back, flinched and immediately jumping backwards. She raised her head and noticed the room she was last in before banishment; The courtroom. Her ears somewhat raised as she could almost hear clearly of what Avalon and his followers were saying, but not so much for the other voices of wisemen. Her ears twitched as she gripped her helmet into her arms tighter, hearing Zmarah almost giggle. Although she was not paying much attention, and was not sure why. Escora looked at Zmarah, seeing her nod and nodded back very weakly. She began to walk again, passing the guards, noticing their glares at her, tempted not to comment on it. She stopped behind Zmarah, for once not bumping into her, moving behind the human male who was behind her at first, trying to hide herself from great fear, as if her body was doing something her brain did not want. She heard the gasps clearly, letting out a heavy sigh and grinding her two visible fangs to her teeth, trying not to flip her lid. Hearing Avalon yell, she did not flinch, her snake-like eyes locked onto him like a heat seeking missile, having a hateful look in her eyes, although his sudden point had cause her head to jerk back very slightly. She looked over the humans shoulder, to Zmarah as she stood behind him ,paying close attention to whatever she had to say. She noticed her fall to her knees, as if bowing. This made Escora feel even more angered, her sharp fingernails somewhat squeezing into her helmet. Although, she released her claws once she noticed of what damage she could do to it, or even the attention it could draw to her if the helmet cracked and made a noise, in such a large room, it'd be at least some what loud. Looking to Zmarah once more, biting her lower lip, she dropped to her knees, bowing and putting one of her hands to her chest while the other hung to the side, holding her helmet, lowering her head and closing her eyes. A few seconds passed, hearing the words of permission to rise. Escora slowly rose back to standing up straight, both her arms to her side, holding her hat very weakly as if it was about to fall from her hand, although her grip at the moment, was good enough. She had a calm collected composure, and a mutual expression across her lips. She flinched, seeing Avalon, very quickly march to Zmarah. Zmarah steeping back, also causing Escora to move back as well so Zmarah would not bump into her, although Escora lightly bumped into the human male, looking back at him but once Avalon started yelling, her attention directed to him. She then heard Zmarah speak, a proposal? Thats right.. They were going to leave to Gaea. It had almost actually slipped her mind from all the distress going on. She listened intently to Zmarah speak, standing very securely and straight up. She looked around the room at the Wisemen and senator, looking at them all multiple times, not moving her head, but just her eyes, very slowly, but also listening to Zmarah. Somewhat moving back again, when Zmarah had stretched out her arms, bumping into the human male once again on accident, but quickly moving to his side to avoid THAT happening again. Her eyes directed to the upset Senator, seeing his anger raise again. She didn't get why he was becoming so upset, over one elf taking her and the humans with her. She could tell he was holding back his anger from physically harming Zmarah, or even the rest of them. She agreed though, she should be punished, and is ready to take the penalty if she must. Although, she figured the silver haired Elf woman would help her through this, despite this being very stressful. Her ears lowered, and her eyes softened. Escora was struck by what Zmarah had said. She didn't want to stay in JUST gaea. She loved to adventure the world, and didn't enjoy taking orders from people, but she thought it was best not to say anything, shaking her head slightly and continuing to stand straight, listening to every single word said. She moved both her hands to her ears, although still holding her hat, covering them both with the bottom part of her palm as the argument raged. Their yelling was harming her sensitive ears. Her eyes suddenly shut tight, hearing a loud, old voice echo through the court room. One of her eyes opened as she slowly moving her arms back to being folded, letting her helmet hand of one side from her hand. His words questing Zmarah, gave her a bit of confidence, seeing as it sounded as if this was going to end well. She flinched and looked to Zmarah as she said it, 'yes'. Escora felt so out of place. A crew of elves and humans. It was odd to her, but it has always been this way. She felt,, different, just because she was a mutant, but thats a good reason for everyone to hate her, apparently. Escoras eyes widened very slightly as she looked at the elder from what he said. Did he really just give them permission? She let out a light sigh of relief, placing her hand to her forehead, rubbing it very slightly, closing her eyes. She flinched. She HEARD it. She heard the man say 'The' before herself. What was it? What was she going to say. "Wha-"she said, opening her eyes and lunging forward slightly, dropping both arms to her sides, still holding her helmet. But, she pulled herself back. Biting her lower lip and shaking her head. "Nevermind.." She said lightly under her breath in an aggravated tone. She looked over to Zmarah as she spoke, very slowly, sliding her helmet. back onto her hand, somewhat shoving it down to fit her blue horns back under her helmet, hearing a 'click!' as it finally stayed on as if there were indents in her helmet specially to hold her horns, both of her arms folding once again. She saw Avalon begin to run towards the eldest, her eyes following him, hearing him get cut off, letting a lightly goggle under her breath as her right hand moved over her mouth. She blinked as all the wisemen slowly left their seats. She sort of flinched, looking at Zmarah as she looked at herself and the blonde male. She moved out of the way as Zmarah walked passed them, seeing the smile on her face. Her eyes had an optimistic look in them as she smiled, moving both her hands to the goggles on her neck and moving them back up to her head, over her helmet, adjusting them slightly, and nodding lightly. "Yeah, meee to~" she said in a sing-song tone as she began to follow Zmarah, grasping the human males wrist before she walked from him, pulling him along, laughing somewhat lightly and joyful, walking behind Zmarah, at a fast pace. She could feel a strange connection, with these two.

He walked along as if nothing had ever happened between them, Trying to look as nonchalant as possible. When he walked, he walked with a slight limp from the crash landing. As he had not said anything about his pain, it was slowly starting to hurt more and more. Silent nods and 'uhhuh's were made at everything that was said between them. He didn't feel like talking. As he limped, his and Escora's arms brushed but he paid no mind to it. He even enjoyed the company and the touch. Being a sky-sailor took a lot of energy and the ability to deal with loneliness. They neared the courthouse as they continued walking. An ominous feeling of something serious about to happen dawned as Escora bumped into Zmarah and he laughed out loud without noticing. His hand quickly shot up to his face and he became grave again. This was not the time to be foolish and lighthearted. He remembered his crew, and how they got there. He began shaking his head and realized all of this wouldn't have happened if they had not mined the diamonds. Sacred diamonds at that, and probably illegal. He had to find ways to make money though, and this was one of the easiest. He suddenly gasped as they entered the courthouse. The huge ornate doors, and the beautiful designs on the walls and furniture. It was all too much to take in. His heart raced as he thought about actually working or living here and what a marvel it must be every time they entered. He then noticed the nature of the people and began to think how unappreciative they were of what they had. Or they didn't seem very appreciative. He would bow to whatever deity and thank them a million times for all of this. They then approached the senators and he marveled at how wise they looked. He stopped as Zmarah walked forward and began ranting to them. They seemed to disapprove at her actions and yelled at every moment. The yelling continued back and forth until a standstill came to be. They finally gave in and Avalon cried out in dismay, but his cries were dismissed. They came to an agreement and Zmarah made a comment. He smiled and nodded at her, still feeling inappropriate to talk.

Once The Corridor of the Courtroom had settled into silence, Zmarah could not help but to cut it with her voice.
"With that said an' done, Toc should be done with yer ship, Talon." She said to the human, finally actually calling him by his name to him. That was definatley a first for her. She felt like this trip would be a lot of 'firsts' for her though.
She lead the line once more as they started to exit out of the Tower in which the Wise Ones had resided. They made their way through the halls once more, the paintings of Elves seeming to stare at them, as they exited out of the large doorway, where the Two guards stood on their job once more.
They nodded their heads to Zmarah and her crew, knowing their judgement by the Elders, and watched as they had made their way throughout the town.
During the walk Zmarah looked back at Escora. Something about her and the Elders pondered through her mind. She too was wondering why she was referred as The - blank, before being corrected and named as she is. Maybe he meant to say the mutant, but still. She was not sure.
Soon enough they had arrived at the Landing Docks and she watched as they seemed to have been doing a few finishing touches to the ships. There were the airship that belonged to the Humans, and then they had brought out one of the Traveling Airships that the Elves normally use for Political events, much like this one. The Airship was large, though not much bigger than the Humans, it was in a rich emerald color, the painting on it a teal with green lining around its base. the Sails abroad it were a golden color, shimmering in the sunlight as it would soar through the clouds.
Zmarah smiled; This was her favorite Airship. Bar none. And she knew she would not have gotten it if it werent for Toc. She had just guessed he begged them to bring out that ship above all others.
She turned her gaze from her beloved Airship to Escora, putting a hand on her hip.

"Will you be crewin in my ship, or with Talon and his mates?" She asked her, giving her a free choice in this one. Her mind went off once more to Escora and the Courtroom against all the Elders. She remembered how she said that Escora would be stuck on Gaea without ways to travel, but she, deep in the back of her mind, had other ideas instead. She just knew the Elders would agree to those terms. So, in a way, she may have lied to the Wise Ones..

[[ OOC;; Sorry its so long~ xD]]

Escora continued to walk up-to-pace, behind Zmarah, still having her hand wrapped around Talons wrist, pulling him along, not noticing his leg was in pain. Her free arm was up in a side ways triangle-like position, her hand positioned on the side of her helmet, trying to keep it balanced as she walked. She had tilted her head slightly as Zmarah spoke as they walked. She hoped the repairs would be finished, so they could go on with this, being that as it may, she nodded slightly as Zmarah spoke, still having an optimistic smile across her lips, despite her words being directed to the human Talon. She was a bit surprised she called his male by his real name, causing her ears to twitch slightly as she walked. It had gone silent for a bit, the group continuing to move. Suddenly emerging out of the tower, the beautiful sun gleaming down on them, Escora had a sigh of relief as the warm sun hit her skin, but also got in her eyes, she moved her arm over her eyes, seeing ahead of her but not above her, to keep the harsh sun out of her eyes. She looked to each of the guards as they passed, seeing them nod, but dare not catch eye contact with them. Her odd eyes shifted over her shoulder to Talon, noticing his limp. She frowned only for a moment before instantly slowing down for him, not rushing his pained leg. Her fingers slightly moved on his wrist gently as they walked, wondering if he'd notice her attempt to comfort him a bit. While Escoras eyes were unoticeably locked onto Talon, she did not notice Zmarahs eyes had shifted to her. Her eyes softened and shifted back to in front of her, seeing all the action and movement, they were at the docks, seeing the elves and others work intently on all kinds of different skycrafts. She watched as some small airships took off, and some docked. The many different sizes and designs of these airships fascinated her greatly. She had only been up close to an airship once, but was almost blown up by a grenade, but not she was going to ride on one, which made her even more excited. She ungripped Talons hand as she moved forward, passing Zmarah a bit before exhibiting all the beautiful ships, one by one with her eyes. She flinched as one caught her eyes more than the rest, a largeish Airship that was a beautiful emerald color, along with teal. It gleamed in the sun beautifully, her eyes locked on it sharply, her mouth slightly open in awe. She flinched and her ears raised, looking back and Zmarah and closing her mouth. Her ears than lowered from Zmarahs words. She was really hoping that they could all travel together on one ship. She frowned a bit, moving one arm over her other and rubbing it in nervousness. "Uhm.. I was really hoping we could all go on one ship.. I- I don't know.."

He walked directly behind Zmarah and nodded. He knew his ship would be done, the elves were extremely crafty. They sure knew what they were doing when it came to building. He missed the air, he wasn't made for land. The guards made him feel uneasy and he twitched slightly. He hated most forms of authority, becuase they think they are superior to everyone. He believed in equality for everyone, not just one set of people being the best. The warm hand was still around his arm and he was starting to enjoy it more and more. By the time they got to the ship, and Zmarah had started explaining, He was basically holding her hand unconscoiously. He knew it would not last for long, and he had loved the connection. He felt the eyes of others bore into his skin as the people of Fareryniel stared in horror. 'Why were they interlocked?' The people thought and saw his limping, thinking that it was simply for support and understood. He now felt better and was faking the limp so she wouldn't let go right away. He was sore, but not injured. It was a rough landing, but not really a crash. A crash would have killed alot of his crew; Most were completely fine if not shaken up. As he finally looked up at Zmarah, she had finished speaking finally and he looked around, noticing the vast amount of Airships and saw his amongst the masses. It was in the best shape it had ever been and was tempted to run over and kiss the shiny wood on it. The sails were perfect, the finish of the wood was extravagant, and the small paint details and wood carvings were matched to perfection, if not better. His eyes shined with a bit of a tear as he thought of how much better elves were at this sort of thing. He wondered where his crew was but shrugged it off for now. He was hoping Escora would ride with him, He enjoyed her exotic presence and light touch of skin. She was also friendly and he needed a woman on the ship. He heard her comment about riding on one ship. "No that would be utterly impossible, I cannot leave my ship here. You're welcome to ride with me though, We have an extra luxury cabin for a lady like yourself and a high mast where you could go up to and enjoy the breeze and fresh air and even the view. You could even help me drive." He smiled at the thought of someone kind enough to be empathetic with while in the air. He hadn't known of someone like this since his father. Maybe that was why he liked her so much....

Zmarah Looked at Escora as she responded with her hopes of being altogether. As much as that would seem best, it would not work, just as Talon spoke and mentioned the exact same thing. She ignored him holding her hand, noticing only that he was limping, and only kept her hand like so he had some sort of support. As much as she despised humans, she would not turn down anyone in need. She was raised much more better morally than so.
She thought about what Talon said, figuring out that this human seemed to flirt with Escora. She rose her nose at the thought and was about to say something, when she heard her name being called from the distance. She turned her head to see her short friend come up to her and smiled, covered in dirt and grime.
"Ships'r ready!" Toc said as he took a breather. Zmarah smiled and nodded at him.

"Thanks Toc. Well be back whenever." She said, watching Toc's eyes turn over to her hands twined with the humans. His one eye raised at the sight. He then looked over to the Human and shook his head, walking off to get himself cleaned up.
Zmarah ignored his stare and then turned back to where the ships docked.

"Wellllp, I guess tha-"
"Zmarah!" Someone called out her name, but it was not Toc this time.
Zmarah looked over her shoulder to see a not-so-happy Senator walking his way, along with a guard and two of his followers.
Ugghh. She mumbled under her breath, not wanting to hear his complaining. Though she knew that he was the Senator to be traveling with them. Least that was the plan.

"Yes Senator?" She asked him as he approached close enough for conversation, wanting to get this over and done with. The Senator cleared his throat and then spoke to her.
"As you know the Elders have agreed to your terms of taking.. them.. To Gaea altogether in one Trip. However, Our Airship we will be taking will not be able to hold more passengers.." He then leaned in and whispered to Zmarahs ear, not wanting the human and Escora to hear.
"I do not trust the Humans, but we have no choice but to let Escora board their ship."
Zmarah held back her smile, so much convenience was happening all at once, and it was perfect.
But then Her hopes were let down when the Senator spoke again. "Because we do not trust the humans, You will have to board their ships with them, to ensure their actual destination."
Zmarah frowned. She did not expect to.. not board her beautiful golden ship.

"And why me?" She whispered in question, "Why not one of the other Guards?"
"You are the only one traveling that has experience with Humans. And, They seem to trust you more than anyone else."
Zmarah sighed, her shoulders dropped.

"Alright. Alright." She said, and then stood up straight and looked at Escora and Talon.
"Well, Escora, your wish is granted. You n' I will be joining Talon n' his crew." She said as she put one hand on her hip, faking a smile, and holding back a small tear for not being able to ride her own beautiful ship.
When we come home.. She thought to herself. When we come back home, my dear
She turned her head to the Human Captain and rose her hand out in the direction of where the ships were.

"Lead the way." She said, ordering, yet at the same time allowing him to lead.

"You loved me for something I'm not."
"For that, I cannot accept you anymore."

Escoras ears lowered as she frowned at the answers, turning and looking back at many of the glorious ships, trying to decide which one to board. She groaned a bit in aggravation. "Please, Talon, was it? Don't bug me about boarding your ship. I'll decide on my own part." .She was a bit picky at this point, folding her arms and shivering a bit as cold breeze had wiped by. As she opened her mouth to speak again, she heard Toc shout, causing her to quickly close her mouth and shook her head left to right, thinking it was best not to say it. She was still examining the ships, still discouraged about thinking on how to choose and which to choose. She Her ears then shot up and she turned her head, seeing the Senator walking this way, in surprise of hearing Zmarahs name called by him. She could see he was still very edgy, and as much as she'd love to piss him off, she kept to herself, lest she'd get in more trouble then she was already in. Her arms dropped to her side as she glared at him, but shook her head once again in aggravation. She had whipped back around as something had caught her ear, as if she had heard a very low-pitched noise. She ran off in the direction of it, stopping where Fáreryniel ends, nothing to catch you if you fall, just lots of beautiful fluffy clouds below. She leaned over cautiously putting her hands to her knees and looking downwards, still curious on the familiar noise she was hearing. It was like, a loud flapping noise, of skin wings. Although, it stopped after a few seconds, causing her nose to scrunch up in confusion. "Blah" she let out while getting up, stretching her arms out before they flopped back down to her side as she turned back, and she could tell that Zmarah did not look too happy as she called her name and said her wish was.. Granted? She sort of smiled but didn't want to show it, cause she could tell Zmarah was not the happiest about it. She turned and dashed, seeing Talons ship and taking a large leap onto the ship, landing on the railing of it, almost falling but regaining balance quickly, looking around at how nice it was.
