"Thank you~ I do the decorating myself." Asu grinned as she brought over a few plates of brownies for them to eat. "So. I know Rasiel is still MIA, are your parents as well?" Asu sat down as she spoke. Deskri resisted the urge to make a snappish response and instead settled on a death glare... How embarrassing!

Sitting down, she looked at the red headed woman, soon looking away after the question was asked. "Yeah, both of my parents, one of my brothers, my sister, as well as my grandparents. Silas and I are the only two left out of the family who are still here, for some reason.." As she spoke, it sounded like she still harbored some form of a grudge to the rest of her family for leaving her and her brother alone, but she was, overall, over all the crap that they put her through. "It wasn't so bad, seeing as Vic's -- my.. uhm.. boyfriend, family decided to take Silas and I in for thanksgiving and they let me stay over from time to time.. though they went away because of some job offer one of his parents had to take..."

Asu listened intently while munching on a brownie, brows becoming more and more furrowed. She reached across the table and gave Des's shoulder a small smack. "You should have said something, doofus. You poor thing, you should come over here if you're alone!" She shook her head and sighed heavily.
"What the hell?" Deskri rubbed at his shoulder, though it hadn't hurt. "Don't do it Moira, she's more trouble than she's worth most of the time." Deskri rolled his eyes.
"Oh shush! It'd be like having a daughter, someone that'll actually go shopping with me and not complain the whole time, or talk about girlie things, or annoy the hell out of you because you make it so easy." She giggled and looked to Moira. "I'm totally serious though."

Moira laughs softly, "Well, I wouldn't be against you adopting me, but I don't know if the Academy would allow that..but if you could.. I think you should adopt my brother first.. he needs more help than I do right now..." as she says the last part, she grabs a brownie and looks at it before eating it.

"Oh honey, I'm basically running the place right now with Br. Broken and Dr. Eternal gone. Nova and Avon help out too of course, but really, I seriously doubt they'd object to me adopting the two of you." She grinned widely.
"He's got a Bad Thing." Deskri commented.
"And that's supposed to deter me? I made it out alive despite yours wanting to kill me all the time." She reached across to nudge his shoulder again.
"Just letting you know..." He sighed and made a face at the nudge. "And he never tried to kill you, he just threatened because you insisted upon triggering him."

"Wait you're technically in control know..?" She asks, sitting up, eyes widening. "Does that mean you could help me find whatever it was that makes this.. 'thing' go away?" Moira asks again, hopeful.

"That depends on what it is?" Asu raised a brow curiously.
"It was one of Dr. Broken's weird concoctions... She gave some to Alice to make Rasiel's Bad Thing go away." Deskri replied.
"Ah, so it would be in the lab. Yes, I have the keys, so if we can find it, problem solved." She grinned.
"Not really, it killed Rasiel for awhile, remember?" Deskri frowned.

"Well, that idiot of a woman gave him it all at once, yes? What if it was given to him in small doses?" Moira asks, trying to figure out a way that she could help her brother without 'killing' him.

The two remained silent, thinking it over. "That should work, but we'll have to make sure before we do anything too drastic." Asu nodded, "hopefully there will be some instructions." She smiled a bit. "Where is your brother, anyway?"

"I believe he's still in the dorms, I don't think he's left it much considering I haven't heard much noise about him escaping and causing havoc..that and the mansion is pretty much empty.." She murmurs, taking another brownie, finding them rather delicious - now knowing why Deskri loved them so much.

"Well then, bring him over sometime, I'll have the papers ready." She smiled a bit and then frowned at Deskri. "How many of those have you eaten?" She raised a brow.
"Not enough." Deskri responded quietly as he grabbed one more brownie before Asu could snatch the plate and move it closer to herself and Moira.
"Yes, enough. You're going to get fat. Really fat." She grinned and shook her head. "He eats like that all the time. I swear I never see him eat any fruits or vegetables."

"You don't have to tell him that we're going to get rid of it, just tell him you met a nice lady that will adopt him if he wants." She shrugged a little. "They're addicting, but a little gorging every so often doesn't hurt..."

"Oh nonsense, you'll have three annoying older brothers and you're brother, plus one meddling mother. It's definitely not too late." Asu shook her head with a laugh.
"Hey, I don't think I'm as annoying as Hayden is. He's just ridiculous. And does Sono even count as a brother? He doesn't even live here anymore." Deskri huffed a bit and folded his arms across his chest.
"I suppose she'll have to judge for herself, and as for Sono, he does count! He's coming to visit, by the way." Asu nodded a bit and then glanced at the calendar. "In a couple of days, actually."
"Nice heads up there..."
