I feel like no shampoo would make my hair so nasty. ;l

I have started using the Garnier Frutisse Pure clean shamppo and conditioner. I also use the Ganier Frutis 3-minute Undo. After just two days my hair feels healthier and looks better then it has in ages.

Also, just fyi, Sauve is one of the harshess shampoos and conditoners for dyed hairs. It slowly strips and fades it out. ;l

I am glad this is working out for you though! Also yoour hair probablty smells like heaven with the cocnut scents.

Well rock on then. That's pretty awesome.
ost people I know that have dyed their hair then used Sauve have hqad problems. One of the women I know told me to tlel them to stop using sauve because of that (she's a stylist.)

Though I suppose it could be because you are using the Sauve naturals instead of the normal sauve.

I've been training my hair by washing it less and less. I now wash my hair 2-3 times a week, on average.
I also put mayonnaise in my hair every week or two (Unless I forget), leave it in for 20 mins and wash it out again(It might need two shampoos to get the stickiness/vinegar smell out).
My hair has been wayyyy more healthy lately nomnomnom.

HAIR UPDATE

so pretty much no shampoo was too much of a change :S so i use shampoo from whole foods; it's organic and vegan so every ingredient is derived from a plant. i only shampoo a few days out of the week, but already i've noticed a huge difference. it makes my hair feel smoother, cleaner, and STRONGER! i've never felt my hair like this before-- i realized that when i used to run my fingers through my hair, i'd take special care when i'd reach the ends, but now it's so strong that i don't need to think about it.
i still use organix as my conditioner-- using the passionfruit guava, smells so niiice :) i also use all-natural soap; one made of olive oil for my body, and one that has more coconut oil for my face.
then when i get out of the shower i use organix coconut milk on the ends and UGH my hair is so strong and nice

when i was head banging at the concert last night i could smell the coconutty goodness xD and when i got home, my hair wasn't even that messy! normally when i come home from concerts my hair needs some recovery because it gets so knotted o___o not this time, though 4laugh

Wow I felt so happy reading this stuff. I recently got into a couple of things you guys spoke about. I don't use sulfates. I co-wash if my scalp isn't dirty because shampoo can be harsh.

I don't wash my hair more than once a week as I'm black and black hair tends to be dry already. Co-washing is the business though.

And I've been on numerous blogs and such and the CG method sounds to be great.
