 Ororo had heard him before she had shut the door. She shook her head and had gone straight to the professor with the information she had gathered. "If he is from a different dimension," she was saying, "it could be possible there are others."

 "True, but he is a mutant, and if what he says is true, there may not be mutants where he comes from," Xavier said quietly. He noticed Alexis moments before he knew Ororo did. On top of that, his powers may be destructive if he cannot control them, so we should do what we can to help him learn about his new powers, he said telepathically, continuing what he had been about to say. Alexis cocked his head as he reached them. "You'd be surprised how close you are to being right... if certain events played out differently, it changes everything after," he said idly, as if he'd heard her, which he had.

She looked at him and smiled kindly. Would you like us to take a look at the very least? If there is a dimensional rift someone from here could go to his world and cause problems, she thought to the professor. "I see the clothes fit you well," she said.

Alexis shrugged slightly. "I may have been a nerd where people saw me, but that doesn't mean I didn't do anything," he said thoughtfully. He shifted slightly, his gaze drifting momentarily skyward "Do you mind leading perhaps Storm and Jean to where you woke up?" Xavier said gently. "Why not? It shouldn't be far... maybe a hundred fifty or two hundred yards away from where we're standing," Alexis said idly.

 Jean excused herself from the game and went to the professor. She looked at the boy then to Storm. "What's nearly two hundred yards from here?" she asked catching the last of it."Where he fell," Ororo said knowing Xavier was filling her in. "Allison has something for you to look at," she said to him. "I think it wise to make sure certain parties don't see it." She waited patiently for Alex to take point and show them where he fell.

Professor Xavier cocked an eyebrow, thoughtful as he nodded. He turned and moved away after filling in Jean on the details. Alexis Uraitsuki
Alexis tilted his head before he started walking. He paused, his eyes narrowing for a moment "We'd better hurry," he muttered. He couldn't put his finger on what was bothering him, but it didn't feel right to him. He barely felt the cramping and tightening as muscles flexed and bulged slightly as he slipped into a loping jog.

Ororo and Jean kept pace easily. She didn't understand his urgency but she humored the boy. She looked to the redhead who gave her a negative shake. Whatever he was thinking she couldn't hear it.

Alexis cocked his head as he noticed the 'path' he'd left behind from tumbling-sliding down the hill. He didn't seem to notice himself crouching slightly with the last few steps before he pushed off suddenly, clearing nearly halfway up the ten foot slope with one leap. He paused, blinking, then shook his head as he started pushing his way to the top of the slope.

Calling the winds, Ororo followed him as Jean did her little telekinetic hover. "He seems to be getting a little stronger," she commented to Jean who just nodded. They followed him.Jean came to rest on top of the slope. "I don't see anything up here," she said.

Alexis tensed, noticing a very slight shimmer reflecting off a few leaves roughly twenty to thirty feet away. "Look again," he muttered, not really surprised by a momentary brightening of whatever was glowing. His eyes narrowed when he saw a large shadow before a deep chuckle followed. "Creed," he muttered, his voice an almost exact impersonation of Logan's though he didn't realize it. He recognized Victor Creed's large shadow and wondered what the heck the semi-feral mutant was doing so close to the mansion.

Jean frowned as Ororo came to land beside them. She kept her eyes open for anything out of the ordinary. She didn't see anything odd. She frowned as he said the mutant's name. Her stature changed as she prepared for an attack instead of searching. She sent a mental call for the lounging mutants at the bottom for back up.Ororo saw the odd glow a second. She moved closer only to gasp at the laugh. The clouds above took on the angry greyish hue as she readied for the attack.

Alexis cocked his head fractionally, as he felt heat building in his gut and spreading rapidly through his body. He saw Sabretooth turn an instant before he slammed his palm to the ground, caught off guard for an instant as a roaring column of flame exploded from the ground just in front of the feral mutant, not realizing it had been him that was its source; the only thing that kept Sabretooth from being badly burned was his startled leap back with a momentary snarl. "Ya ain't from 'round here... come with me, kid... these idiots ain't gonna help ya," Sabretooth offered, noticing the kid's momentary look of surprise at the geyser of flame as it dissipated after a few seconds. Alexis snorted at Sabretooth's offer. "At least they've helped me more than you, pal, and trust me, I trust them more than I do at the moment," he said dryly, sounding faintly bored and amused at the same time. He paused for an instant as the flames dissipated before he heard a low female voice whisper in his mind. Infernus... impressive for your first try, the whisper came and went in the space of a second. His eyes widened when Sabretooth shrugged as if thinking before he charged with a snarling yell at him.

Ororo shot a lightning bolt at the offending mutant. She watched it hit. "Jean, get the others." She sent the winds as well for good measure.

Alexis felt his entire body tense as he saw Sabretooth struggling against the near hurricane force winds and barely managing to keep himself from tumbling backward. "I ain't done a damn thing to ya, and this is what I end up with," Sabretooth grumbled, trying to use the boy's pity at the fact he really hadn't done anything, at least in his mind. Alexis rolled his eyes before he saw cards fly at Sabretooth, realizing Gambit had shown up. The cards exploded in flashes of light, making the feral mutant retreat closer to the rift before it suddenly sealed itself over and vanished with a sound like ripping denim. "If you're gonna attack us, then expect us to defend our own, salaud," Gambit said in his Cajun accent, his staff already extended and ready as well as three more cards already charged and prepared to flick out at Sabretooth. He noticed Sabretooth glared at where the dimensional rift had been before growling and darting into the shadows away from them. He tilted his head as he noticed Jubilee arriving as well as Rogue. Alexis sighed. "I likely wouldn't have gone back through anyway.... knowing my luck with control... I'd probably end up blowing up the first car I saw by accident or something," he said softly, turning toward Gambit, Rogue, and Jubilee. He saw Jubilee flinch ever so slightly as if she knew exactly what that was like.

 Jubilee sighed. "So what did he want anyway?" she asked a little relieved that they didn't really have to fight the insane mutant. "And who are you?" She was looking at Alexis. "Nice shooting, Swamprat," she said. Rogue looked at the two then after the other mutant. "Probably looking for Logan again," she said in response to the girl's first question. "Or a butt whoopin one of the two."Ororo calmed the winds and looked at the boy. "Then, if it is closed, we should get back to the mansion before he decides to come back," she said. She still went toward where she had seen the discoloration to be sure.
