@ Zero: I'll have a thread set up for this once the colony's official, but it'll go something like this:
People will submit their cubs to be added onto a list, and then the owners can look at other cubs on the list, and you talk to other owners about what future pairing you'd like. c: So it's totally up to you guys, I won't ever make a pairing for someone. ^^ Then once everything is settled OCCly between owners, you'd just submit another form requesting the pairing to be made official. C: It'll probably be a lot clearer once I get this official and dedicate a thread to it. ^^
@ Club: At some point, probably. However, it's up to you if you want the JRP to be ICCly after he's already been accepted into the Colony or some other time. c: I'm toying with the idea of holding a ceremony rp if so many people join in a certain amount of time, kind of how the Ela festival works. c:

So. I'm thinking that I'm just gonna go ahead and submit without Nicephore. I think I'm able to? And I want to just go ahead and get it official so we can start stuff. c: Wish me luck. ^^
Edit: Kay, I totally spaced on the rp thing. xD; So I'll be collecting rps! 8D And I'll be doing some myself. ^^ Since ICCly, Azizi isn't quite returned yet, I only have Mangue and Alani to offer for rps. c:
