So after I grew Blue took me to get tested and put into school. I gotta say for her strange teaching style Blue actually taught me lots of things. I say this because they placed me in 12th grade. I beat out Conan and Nergüi. She wasn't happy to hear that but I don't care. I don't even see the point of me going to school. I can just take that test to get the equivalent of a diploma. When I mentioned it to Blue she yelled at me. Said I gotta go to school to at least get the social interaction. Otherwise my 'apprenticeship' won't happen. I told her fine then but don't expect me to go to college.
I mean what's the point of going to school when I already am learning what I'm going to be doing for a living. I'm going to be a skilled tradesmen... I believe that's what its called.... and I don't need any more education. I don't see why Blue doesn't see this.
I will tell you what. I kinda miss being small still. Nergüi had left me alone after she grew but now that I grew she's all over me again. So annoying. Also I feel bad for Gallus. He kinda freaked when he saw me and there's the fact that I tower over the little chicken. I just don't know what to do about it.

So a few days ago we (as in me, Conan, and Nergüi) all ended up meeting with Elliotte, Gabe, and Gemini. Somehow Nergüi ended up roping Elliotte and Gabe into going shopping with her. Idiotic suckers. She keeps trying to get me to help but I'm way too smart to agree to such a thing.
I mean if you think about a typical teenage girl who has money you'll know that she'll like to shop just to spend that money. Now take Nergüi. She is a million times worse. I'm sure you've seen those movies that have the rich lady who is out shopping and has a man with her who is piled high with boxes and bags. That is Nergüi when she is shopping with a guy. She loads him up.
Seems that she also talked Gemini into going who in turned invited Conan. Ha ha. Ruin the deer's plans. Way to go Gemini. Although I don't know if Conan is going to be able to go. I can hear him begging and pleading with Blue to let him go even though he has a appointment of some sort. ...... Blue said fine but after the appointment. HA! .... then again Nergüi may still be shopping.... crap if Conan can't go right away..... yep there goes Nergüi whining that she needs a guy to help her and here's Blue saying to take me. I'm not even going to try and describe the noises Nergüi is making. -_- Oh how I hate you right now Blue.

Guess it's been a while since I last wrote. Blue has been nagging at me to write in here again. I'm not even going to go into the shopping trip right now. I'll do that another time. >_> And no point in writing about what happened to Nergüi as I wrote in her journal. She's still pissed about that.
But I will tell you about the day Blue came home with a new dew. After everyone got over the excitement of the new dew, Charis, Blue took me off to the side and told me about where she found Charis. She found her in the garden but in a different part. A part that no one had gotten to fixing yet.
This got my attention a little but when she mentioned the gazebos, arches, and benches that were in ruin. That really got my attention. It would be very interesting to work on fixing them up. I nodded my head said thanks adn went out to my tree house. I made up my mind to talk to Kyle.... you know the carpenter guy who's help out here.... tomorrow when I go out to help him work on a house. Get his advice about repairing those things in the garden.

So I talked to Kyle and he gave me advice on how to fix up that run down area in the garden. He also gave me some do-it-youself books on the kind of things I'd be fixing. I quickly read the books and then asked Blue for some money to buy the wood I would need. She gave me some but said I would have to either do more chores around the house or take on more hours in my part-time job/apprenticeship.
I decided to do both. I've got plenty of money now to work on fixing up the garden area by the lake..... only problem is now I don't have the time to go to the garden. This weekend I have off so I should be able to go and start working. I have gone before just to check things out. It really is in ruin. I think I'll start with the benches and then move to the arches and then the gazebos. Maybe I'll even add in some new things. One thing Blue hadn't seen but I did: there's a dock. It's in bad shape too but I could probably fix that up too.

I had finally gotten several days off from chores and my part-time job. So I went I bought the supplies I would need and took them to the garden. The first thing I did was repair or replace the benches I came across. That ate up most of my supplies as I had a couple of failures and had to redo them. After that I got the hang of doing the benches. I'll have to ask Kyle if he knows any guys that do wood working or even metal working so I can get advice from them and maybe even learn a few things. Then I could make really cool benches.
The next day of repairing the garden started the same: I went and got supplies and then fixed a few more benches. I had finally made it to the area I really want to work on. You see I started at the entrance and fixed the benches on the way to the lake. Now that I'm at the lake I worked on one of the arches. I had to completely replace one, the wood had rotted away completely. It took me two days working on that one arch and Kyle had to help me.
I finally decided that if it was going to take me this long I might as well start one of the gazebos. However I was running low on money having spent so much on the supplies. So it was time to work again. I worked for quite some time and only finished saving up enough money for the supplies for the gazebo close to the last months of school. Now with more money for the supplies I could start the gazebo.
I will say it took a while just to demolish the old one. I did it when I had extra time while I was saving up money and I also researched different styles of gazebos. I finally decided on a simple design for the first one. As it turned out it was quite hard. I messed up several times, putting planks in the wrong spots and doing other similar mistakes. It was a very trail and error process but I finally got it done! It's sturdy and looks decent. I primed the wood and did all I could to help the wood stand up against weathering. I'm quite proud with how it looks...... even if the surrounding area is a dump. The weeds around all the fixed stuff kinda kills the atmosphere.

So I was hanging out at the garden working on fixing up the dock. It wasn't going well at all. I may need to get help Kyle to help me or find someone to help. Anyways I was taking a break after another failure when I saw a shadow on the ground. I looked up and there was birdbrain flying around. I squinted to get a closer look and saw he was in a pizza uniform and carrying a delivery bag. The birdbrain was a pizza delivery guy?! That has to be the worst job in the world and I bet he thinks it's golden. I mean that job isn't going to get him anywhere and isn't a job to hold for the rest of your life. Man I just cannot take him seriously.
But it got me thinking about my own future. I am planning on either going into house construction or maybe start up my own wood and metal working business. That would be cool and definitely a good job to have. I'm not interested in having a career so those two options would be perfect for me. And with my apprenticeship with Kyle I'll know all I need to know for a job doing house construction. Maybe once I'm done with school I can work full time for Kyle. I'll have to talk to him tomorrow when I go to work. I certainly hope he'll take me on. It'll be so strange working with another crew and for a different company that will be competing with Kyle's.

Been a while. A lot has happened but with graduation coming up soon.... well I've been swamped. So much school work the teachers decided to place on us. I don't get it. Shouldn't we have it easy? Instead we're cramming and practically the living dead some days.
Remember how I had previously mentioned I needed to talk to Kyle. Well for one he's helped me fix up the dock, or helping me I should say. Its still a work in progress as we can only do it during Kyle's free time. Secondly he is willing to take me on after I graduate. That'll be awesome. To really work for the guy full time. I'll be able to afford moving out on my own. Blue is going to be upset about that but truthfully I probably won't go far. I don't like the city too much, far too busy and noisy there.
While I work for Kyle I'll save my money. I hope to one day open my own business a custom wood and metal working shop. I had talked to Kyle and Blue about it and both of them think it's a great idea. I mean I had recently sold some of my wood carvings (yeah I picked that up but considering all the other stuff I can do, no big surprise) and they sold for really good money. It was kind of surprising to see that people thought they were worth that much.

So I have to tell you about this one day that happened a bit ago. Nergüi and Conan were off doing things (Conan at his job and who knows with Nergüi) so it was just Blue, Charis, and me at the house. Blue had promised to take Charis into town to get something however she ended up getting called into work. So it fell to me to watch Charis and take her into town.
Needless to say I wasn't happy and was quite willing to just forget the whole town trip. But Charis wasn't having that and even threaten to tell Blue that I didn't take her. Threatened me.... can you believe that little pup.... she's got balls alright. I sort of like that.
So finally Charis gets ready, I get ready and so we're ready to leave. We have to walk to town since I can't drive or fly cause someone could look up and see up her dress. Seriously?! God that kid just drives me nuts at times. So it takes forever to get to town and while there we end up going to the place we had to go to. Some tea shop that Blue ordered stuff from for Charis. We go in, get the stuff, pay for it, and there goes Charis looking at stuff. I tell her we only have enough money to pay for what Blue got her, nothing else. She pouts but gets over it.
As we're leaving I got called back to the counter. I tell Charis to wait just outside the door I'll be right there. I go to the counter and it seems they forgot something. I get it and head out. The scene that greeted my eyes when I walked out.... still makes me mad. There are plenty of people out on the street but yet no one can stop to help a little girl out? People make me sick.
While I was in the store some teenagers come up to Charis and steal her parasol (she never leaves home without it). She tries to get it back but they start playing keep away. Then one of the girls start dissing how polite Charis is and her outfit. Granted Charis wears some really girly and frilly stuff but come on she's a kid. Charis is nearly in tears trying her best to get them to give her her parasol back and to stop talking to her in such a rude manner. Yeah that's right she told them to stop speaking in such a rude tone and manner.
So one of the guys tosses the parasol in the air to another guy but I grab it. I simply glare at them as I hand it back to Charis. "Charis... are these punks bothering you?" I asked. I looked down at her and she knew I would make their lives a living hell in that moment. Seems the teens knew it too. The girl backed away and the guys were muttering about how they were only having a little fun. You know what Charis said? I still can't believe. "These people are not bothering me Kristopher. I had merely dropped my parasol after I tripped walking out of the store. These people merely stopped to help me." She freaking covered for them!
Anyways I took her home, gave her a cookie, drank her cup of tea (to make her feel better that stuff is gross), and said I had to go do something real quick. Needless to say I found those punks and taught them a lesson. They won't be bothering Charis ever again.

Oh man last Halloween was pretty cool. I must say I made a pretty good Mad Hatter. I ended up going with everyone else and we got a ton of candy. But no matter how good that night was the night before was even better.
Devil's Night. The coolest night of the year. I ended up going out and messing around. I tp'd a bunch of houses and even egged some too. But the best part was messing with the other pranksters. Ha! I tricked and fooled so many of them. I even scared one group so bad one of them peed themselves. Oh man... I laughed so hard at that one.
The bad thing was I was caught. The police ended up catching me after I scared another group of pranksters. They took me back to Blue and gave me a 'warning'. Seeing how it was my first offensive nothing else happened. Blue was furious. I was shocked to see that she let me go out on Halloween. But I am glad she did let me go as I wouldn't have gotten so much candy.

So finally finished off the dock with the help of Kyle. I started on the remaining wood structures but after that dock, they were a breeze. With that I can happily report the garden is finished. With the wood structures and such. The actual plants and garden part is well... needs work still. Blue held a little celebration picnic at the garden with me and the others. They were all impressed and congratulated me.
On another note..... I've graduated and with that joined Kyle's crew full time. It's great being a part of their team. Since I'm making more money due to more hours I've been looking into getting an apartment of my own. I heard that birdbrains moved out and is rooming with a bunch of guys. What a joke he is. At least he's not at that pizza place anymore.... not that his new job is any better.
I saw him the other day when I went to go see a movie. I saw him heading into the theater house that does the plays and such. Apparently he works there now helping them out. What a dork. I still can't take him seriously, don't think I ever will.

So the other night Nergüi asked me to meet her at the garden up by the overlook. I said sure but I couldn't be there for long as I had things to do. Well today on my way there I ended up getting held up at the bank, no not a robbery. Just a really long line. So I ended up being late.
When I got there Nergüi was looking her best but it didn't impress me. I'm used to it and I don't like her like that. So I walked over and said, "Can we get this over with? I have things to do still." She didn't look happy about that but got up and smiled at me. She walked over to the overlook, getting close to the edge. She said the garden looked nice and that I did a good job. I mumbled about how this was turning into a waste of my time. I was about to leave when she rushed on saying that she didn't want to distract me while I was working but that she needed to tell me now. That she loved me and wanted to go out with me.
She went to kiss me but I held her back. I stared down at her with a frown. "You know I don't like you like that. I can barely stand being around you half of the time." I said. I turned to go but she grabbed my arm, her nails digging in. I stopped at looked at her before jerking my arm out of her grip. She began to yell at me. "What I said is what I said. I don't like you and I won't go out with you." I said before turning away again.
She grabbed at me once more while yelling for me to not turn away from her. I was really irritated at her now so I ended up just swinging my arm back slapping her away. I walked away but I didn't hear anything else from her. I figured she finally gave up. It was then the big splash hit my ears. I turn around and saw she wasn't there. I stood there in shock for several minutes.
I just couldn't wrap my head around it. I didn't think she was that close to the edge and that I hit her that hard. The crazy thing is... my mind wouldn't get off the fact that I needed to build a fence there so this wouldn't happen again. Finally I got my body into motion and ran to the edge and looked over. Already she was gone. I didn't understand where she went at first. Then it dawned on me. Nergüi sinks in water. I cursed myself and then dove in. I didn't see her when I was underwater but then again everything was dark and murky.
I had to go back up to get air and dove back down. A flash of light drew my attention. I knew that flash of light anywhere. It's the light that appears when someone grows. I swam towards it and saw her. I grabbed her and began to swim up. It was hard as she was now bigger and heavier. Also her antlers didn't help at all. I dragged her to the shore and preformed CPR. I'll never admit it but it was a good thing Conan insisted that we all learn.
She finally began to cough, she hadn't been breathing or had a heartbeat, and water came up. I rolled her over until she was done and then put her back on her back. It was then that I noticed how she had changed. She was darker, had a dark aura, and was like me it seemed. But she had real antlers, her hair was long, her clothes barely fit her. She was an adult now. Her eyes finally opened and I was so relived. But she glared at me and shoved me away. She then tried to get up and I tried to help her. But she shoved me away again. She then all but accused me of trying to kill her and was just downright.... dark and nasty. I had never seen her like that.
Already I had felt guilty about what had happened but seeing this change... made me feel worse. As I stood there she left. I don't know how or why but Nergüi changed and it seems like she's now a nightmare. Everyone is sure to notice and I know this is going to get out. What am I going to do? What am I going to tell Blue?

I still haven't told Blue what had happened to Nergüi. Apparently she hasn't said anything either although Blue keeps asking. I still don't know what to say. I can't go 'oh we had a fight and I pushed her off a cliff and she drowned. But hey I jumped in after her and found her when she grew. She was like that when I found her and revived her.'? No I can't say that. I know Conan will never forgive but I can live with that. But if Blue can't forgive me.... I'm sure I could live with it... but it's not something I want to deal with.
Great.... with this it seems I've finally grown a conscious... or soft and sentimental. This isn't how I want to be. I'm a Nightmare! I'm supposed to be a big, tough, scary guy who doesn't gives a rats a** about anyone! But here I am caring about what my Guardian thinks of me now. I don't know what this means for me as a Nightmare. I certainly don't want to change into one of those soft idiots that are the Dreams.
Another way I know I must be getting soft is Blue brought home a new dew. It's a female and Blue still hasn't named her. Which is odd. We all had names shortly after we were found. But it's been nearly a week and still no name... and also I think she'll be growing soon. Blue needs to figure out a name soon otherwise we'll be calling her 'hey you possessed kid!' all the time.
Yeah about that nickname.... I swear she's possessed or something. She even creeps me out which is how I know I'm getting soft. I mean a lot of stuff has broken since we got her and we Dreams/Nightmare have come close to getting hurt. Blue is constantly getting hit in the face. By the dew... the dew just suddenly comes out of no where or something happens to send it flying. Always right at Blue. But I did find something out about the dew: she likes action and fighting movies. I don't know how I'll like this kid when she grows but at least I know one thing: she's a Nightmare too. So I guess it could go either way for us.
