Ciúin looked about to see if there were any free samples available. To his pleasant surprise they had several different types of candies on display on a table in the center of the shop. How he missed that and the sign that said "Help yourself" boggled him. He tilted his head and plodded over to the table. His voracious appetite voiced its opinion by causing his stomach to growl loudly. He wanted to try everything, but he kept his composure, asking Valerie, " What would you like to try?"

"Okay," Ciúin replied, plucking one of the candies and handing it to Valerie. "Ladies first," he smiled, then snagged one for himself, popping the whole thing in his mouth, which seemed to widen eerily as food entered it. His stomach seemed to purr at the offering, though still wanted more as a growl erupted again. "I am sorry. My stomach is always so hungry." An unmistakable sigh was uttered at this last sentence.

A brightly colored spawn looking thoroughly miffed flung the door open and tromped inside. "Ciúin,le's.go,now!" It was none other than his Wrath spawn sister, Bleez, here to pick him up and take him home.

Ciúin had a mixture of embarrassment and sadness on his face for a brief moment. "I am sorry, Valerie. That is my sister, I have to go now." Still holding Valerie's hand, Ciúin replied to Bleez, "I have to pay first."

"Fine,just.hurry!" Bleez huffed, impatiently tapped her foot on the ground.

The large Gluttony boy plodded slowly to the counter where he paid not just for his own candy, but Valerie's as well. He didn't even give her or her mother a chance to protest the action. "I hope we meet again," he spoke as a small smile spread across his face. He handed Valerie her bag of candy and then solemnly followed his sister out the door.
