The Charizard got back to his feet as Puer approached him. There was a distance maintained between the two. More than striking distance. Both of them stood just out of range of the other's attacks, not that either of them were positive of that.

The Charizard took the first action. "We're leaving. Don't bother us and the fight is over." Puer gave a curt nod and backed off a few steps. The Charizard turned around with the surprisingly deft motion of flipping over onto his front and holding himself with one claw. His large legs took him forward before he jumped into the air and his wings took hold. The Butterfree was still clenched tightly to his chest with his empty hand.

Puer tore after the pair. "P... Puer, wait! What are you doing!?" William called out after him, but the Rhyhorn didn't stop.

It took him a moment to catch up, but he did. He called up to the Charizard. "Go to the guild! The guild of the sun, they have a hospital there! They'll take you in!" His shouting tore the air from his lungs, forcing him to a stop. He wasn't sure if the Charizard had heard his message at all. There was no reply, no inclination that he had even noticed.

Desmond, Thanatos. Chillin'. Bein' powerful, but not doing anything productive.

As Sereni watched as the Charizard suddenly backed down, more than a little startled by the change of events. However, she shortly after had much larger problems to deal with, that being a Milotic that was headed towards her, a look of spite in its eyes.

Milotic: 5 HP

It unleashed a powerful Twister at her, which caught her by surprise and sent the Lanturn flying through the air. She hit the ground hard and winced as the Milotic hit her with an Aqua Tail, less from the attack actually hurting her and more from the impact of the fall. She charged up a Spark attack, hitting the Milotic with it much to her opponent's chagrin, and flinched as the Milotic began to Wrap itself around her. In desperation she flailed about, trying to escape her captor's long tail, but to no avail, and she could scarcely breathe as the Wrap constricted her lungs.

Erinn backed up with astonishment as a Suicune appeared and took down the Ampharos that he'd nearly gotten too close to. In the chaos, Erinn slipped away looking around terrified only to find Sereni being strangled nearby. The Paras paled considerably at the size of the Milotic but headed towards it and, in a sudden burst of courage, stuck his pincer into its side with Giga Drain. The Milotic hissed and turned on him, causing the Paras to close his eyes, waiting for the inevitable impact, but it never came. Instead Sereni pounded into the side of the Milotic with Take Down, forcing it, unconscious, to the ground. "Thanks," she said to Erinn. The Paras simply nodded, too paranoid that something else would attack them for conversation.

Ethfael backed up as Lucy took over for Scarface on the Hippowdon, fairly certain that the Weavile could handle the situation. Looking around for something to attack, Ethfael spotted a Quagsire lurking off to the side and without further pause, headed for it.

Quagsire: 5 HP

The other Pokemon saw him coming but didn't seem to react other than turning to face him. When Ethfael arrived it stared blankly at him, as though expecting him to do something. Ethfael didn't need a second cue, and lunged forward, hitting the other Pokemon with a Slam. The Quagsire blinked, and then hurled a Mud Bomb into Ethfael's face offhandedly as if he was bored. Blinking furiously to clear his vision, Ethfael aimed an Icy Wind at the Quagsire who appeared slightly put off, but then seemed nonchalant immediately after due to its evident Amnesia. Ethfael grimaced, it was strange fighting something that didn't react, really strange.

Era gasped as the Meganium turned and reared at her; being hardly the size of one of the Meganium's paws she was fully aware how easily she could be crushed. Instead of charging her, the Meganium instead released a Razor Leaf attack at her of which she took the brunt before Sai's quick movements intercepted the end of the attack. She was bleeding from a few small cuts, but nothing too major. When Alice appeared nearby her, Era smiled slightly, "Yes, I'm alright, thank you," she informed the girl. The expression of happiness soon changed to one of dismay as the shadow of a large Bronzong fell over Alice and herself. "Look out!" she cried, shoving Alice out of the way as a Gyro Ball clearly intended for the Ralts hit her instead.

Bronzong: 5 HP

Era winced slightly, but wasn't about to give up the fight when it had just begun, electricity sparking at her cheeks. She hit the large metal Pokemon with a Thundershock, causing its bell to sound as it retorted with Extrasensory. Era was pushed back by the force and swallowed nervously at the force she had to contend with. Above all though, she hoped that Alice wouldn't be in harm's way; she would feel terrible if something happened to the girl because of her.

Milotic: 0
Quagsire: 3
Bronzong: 4

Celsus and the Garchomp rolled in dirt, each making constant and unsuccessful attempts at each others' blood. Celsus bit hard on his foe's fin; the Garchomp retaliated with a blade to the face. Celsus brought his tail around and struck the Garchomp on the front of the head; the Garchomp brought a claw around to strike the tail between scales.

Imiti, observing this, finally decided what he could do without getting killed. He descended to hover just above the two dragons, and when the Garchomp presented itself as a target he hit it with a stream of snow. Celsus immediately took this opportunity to disengage and blast the Garchomp with indigo fire.

Oliver parried and parried again as blade after blade slashed at him. The Gallade had longer reach; Oliver, with his short little knives, couldn't get close enough to attack. Incidentally, this was why he'd gotten Chuck to flank. Come to think of it, where was Chuck anyway?--ah.

Chuck, who had gotten some significant distance between himself and the Gallade, charged. The Gallade turned at the sound; Oliver slashed and scored a hit. Then he quickly distanced himself from the Gallade, who threw himself to the ground. Chuck, whose flying tackle thus missed completely, ended up smacking into a nearby Rhyhorn. It rather hurt, but a quick check revealed that all his parts were still relatively undamaged. He got up and turned around just to see the Gallade and Oliver once again dueling.

Charging then Discharging an uncontrollable blue electricity at the massive Gyarados that looked so big from a Vulpix's and an Eevee's eyes was Zorora. It was her common combo. She used that combo almost all the time she tries to attack with a Discharge. Unable to keep up with the super effective multiplied attack, the Gyarados fainted. Roxana didn't do a lot of things to the Gyarados because she knew her rainbow colored flames can't do anything good to it.
"We should go in deeper! Who knows, we might find the pendant and be the heroes of the day!" Zorora exclaimed, thinking childishly. Pfft, heroes of the day. The Vulpix put the Eevee's words to a thought. But then her eyes glanced at the rest of the Guild. They looked they might be in trouble. She know the mission was to get the pendant, but isn't it better if everybody in the guild knocked all of the groups and went in deeper together rather then to go inside alone? We'll get knocked right away one by one! "C'mon Roxana!" The Eevee called her out, causing her to shift her eyes back to the Eevee. "No," She answered briefly. "What? I didn't catch that." Zorora asked her to repeat her answer. "I said no. We have to stay and help the others." She said rather sternly. And with that, the Vulpix trotted to a nearby group of Pokemon that seems like needed help. "W-Wait for me!" The Eevee following behind her.
The Vulpix stood in front of a Glaceon known as Sai, along with a pink Ralts named Alice and a Pichu named Era. In front of the Vulpix was a Bronzong. A metal coated, floating Bronzong that looked like it was about to attack. Roxana opened her mouth, her teeth start to ablaze with her usual colorful flames. Without hesitating, she leaped at the Bronzong, biting down its..neck? Err body. Like most people expected, the move was super effective. She jumped down from the Bronzong. She looked at Sai, Alice, and Era, smiling innocently.
Zorora finally caught up with the Vulpix because her path was kinda blocked by the Pokemon that are fighting each other everywhere. "Is everybody okay?" She asked.

The Lucario turned at the foreign aura he sensed, just in time for a small green speck to hop up from the ground onto his face. The fighting-type was clearly surprised as the little bug began to frantically slash at his face with a tiny little sword, though it did little true damage.

This gave Amaterasu enough time to free herself from the weight of the bookshelf though. Panting hard, the Absol leaped up onto the Lucario, knocking both of them down to the ground. The small Kriketot was flung aside in the sudden motion, straight into a certain Leafeon's face.

"Whoa, when'd you get in here?" He asked in surprise, picking himself onto his feet and staring at Zori from the tip of her nose.

Amaterasu came away from the Lucario moments later, vines having sprout from the floor to wrap around the fighting type, holding him down against the floor. Fire burst from his fists in an attempt to burn away the plants but the water from a nearby aquarium suddenly streamed out of the glass to soak him through. Some of it froze. It wouldn't hold him for long but it would be enough.

Amaterasu was exhausted. She had spent too much of her strength fighting, and she was far from the height of her power to begin with. She glanced at Zori and saw one of her own. This one had her origins in the tribe. She must be here with the guild, looking for the pendant as well.

Leave child. The Pendants are not meant for mortal paws. If you wish to restore the balance, you need only do what the Original One has asked of you.

She wasn't sure if this Leafeon would understand her. Her links to the Tribe was unmistakable, but they were not strong...

"Hey furball! C'mon, he's getting away!" Issun hopped up and down from the tip of Zori's nose, and Ammy growled an affirmative. The Absol leaped over the Leafeon and into the outside corridor, her claws skidding against the smooth floor as she turned after Albertson.

"Hey, Ammy, wait for me!" Issun cried in alarm, as he was left behind with Zori.

Albertson was no longer wailing in fear, though he looked like he was about to break down crying.

"Sir, what is this Pendant they are looking for? Are we perhaps able to bargain with them?" The Luxray asked, more than aware of the fact his highly-trained band of security guards were getting their behinds handed to them. There were legendaries, highly trained exploration teams, and some Absol that was able to do impossible things. It was not looking good. From his earpiece he heard the report about Jess's injuries and was relieved to hear that she was very quickly taken to help. The others, not so much.

"Y-yes. The Amulet with the symbol of Earth. I paid a fortune for it. V-very powerful artifact. They must want it for themselves. We can't let th-them get it."

"Powerful Artifact? Could we perhaps use it to drive them away sir?"

Suicune skidded to a stop, looking around to try and determine the direction she should go in. The hallway she was in was lined with various relics, slabs of engraved stone, pottery, jewellery and the likes. A few of them emanated weak magical pulses but none of them were anything like the Pendants she has come into contact with so far.

More than a little frustrated and driven with a sense of urgency, Suicune continued down the hall, keeping her senses tuned to the presence of the powerful pendant.



Pluto watched as the guild took down the mercenaries. They were doing much better than he had dared hoped; many of these children were strong beyond their years. His attention turned to the light-blue Ghastly that approached from around Thanatos and considered her question.

"Be cautious around her. We do not know of her intentions, or if she has been corrupted by the Pendant, so she may be dangerous. We will try to gain her favour though, she has been friendly in her interactions with the guild before and may be convinced to join us if she is untainted by the Pendant."

Feel free to enter the Fortress now. Look around a bit for the pendant (I give you guys free reign over what the inside looks like) and feel free to run into Ammy/Suicune/Albertson/whatever.

((Luna, you're assuming I actually planned anything XD Feel free to have your characters do whatever they would do in the situation. This is a role-play after all~ I extend this to everyone else. Interfere however you want as long as it's nothing too ridiculous. Like blowing the castle up for something.))
