Klaus gave a hearty laugh. "I didn't know I was getting rid of you! Well thank you for the toast! I'm going to need it!" Klaus said. He crawled out of bed and stretched. "Ah~!" He looked to Jett. Klaus stared at his wet hair and clean face. "Shower...Is there one near by?" He asked. "I think I'll take one before I get to class." He said gathering his clothing to wear. He blushed a light pink. Jett looked very handsome with his hair slicked back and wet. Klaus smacked his cheeks to get the thought out of his head.

"This way," Jett replied, his blue eyes shining as he grinned,"Today is the day I'll show you shifting. After you shower...before we go to class. We've got a few hours." He flicked several drops of water out of his hair and watched as they fell to the ground and soaked the carpet.

Klaus nodded. His cheeks flushed a bit brighter. He held his clothing and followed Jett to the showers. His mind played the image of Jett's eyes in his head over and over again. They kept reminding him of the ocean. Klaus often lost himself in Jett's eyes, kinda like getting lost in the deep blue sea.

"Here we are," he declared, for the first time his cheeks flushing pink,"The shower. So...um...get clean? I'll be out...there. Heh." He quickly turned and went back out to the kitchen to make himself toast. Klaus was acting funny... Hopefully it wasn't his fault.

Klaus gave a small laugh and entered the showers. He stripped himself of his pyjamas and stepped into the shower. He ran it steaming hot. He liked hot showers. It relaxed the tension in his neck and shoulders. He sighed as he cleaned his body. He really needed to get a grip onto himself. He can't go around and make goo-goo eyes at every good-looking guy he sees. Klaus bit his lip. If his mother really knew what he actually was....

Jett shifted into a crow and hopped out the open window. He loved the feeling of the wind on his feathers. Maybe someday he would just shift and leave society forever. It would be so much easier. Klaus flashed in his head and he nearly fell out of the sky in suprise. 'I'm not leaving forever RIGHT NOW Klaus' he muttered to himself 'Geesh'. He sat down in the in one of the pine trees by the window while he waited for Klaus to get out. He wasn't too worried. Klaus would be able to see him from the bedroom.

Klaus rubbed his eyes of the lukewarm water and shut off the shower head. Blindly he searched for a towel and wrapped it around his waist. He then rummaged around for his glasses which he found soon enough. He dried his hair and body, getting dressed in his new school clothing. Just black jeans and a blue plaid shirt with a white beater underneath. Klaus walked out of the bathroom and into the his and Jett's bedroom. He sat upon his bed and spotted a crow ooutside the window. "Ah!" He gasped. He walked over and opened the window. "Jett? Is that you? Or am I just crazy?" He asked with a small grin.

"You're pretty crazy," Jett replied, turning to look at him,"But you aren't hallucinating. You do it often?" The grin in his voice was apperent as he lightly teased Klaus. "Yeah its me," he added, pretty sure Klaus got that already considering there wasn't much other talking birds around but just to be safe,"You shower a whole lot faster than I expected. I was just getting the sun." He hopped back into the window, snapping his wings open to keep balance and walked up to the edge of the window sill. "How blind would you be if you were to say....lose your glasses?" He asked curiously, tilting his head to the side. He internally smacked himself after he said that. Why?! Then he chucked and realized his crow brain was taking over and telling him to steal the shiny on Klaus's face. Maybe this wasn't the best animal to be around his roommate. He hopped to the floor, shifting to human before he hit the ground.

Klaus pouted when Jett began to tease him. "Ha-ha funny." He stated, his words dipped in sarcasm. He pondered for a moment. He was too busy off in his own word to look at Jett shapeshift. He probably didn't want to look either. Klaus shrugged. "I'm pretty much blind without my glasses. I can only see my arms length." He said. "I don't have contacts so I depend on my glasses a lot." Klaus turned to Jett. "Why do you ask?"

"Oh," Jett stammered,"As I shift I take on the traits of whatever I became. I was a crow just a second ago...and the sun is hitting your glasses and well...they're sort of shiny." He blushed and turned around, wishing he was an animal that was incapable of blushing. "Sorry."

Klaus flashed a white grin. "Naw, It's cool! I had a lot of birds come after my glasses! I just it's only natural if you change into a bird." Klaus said, pondering the thought. Klaus tilted his head as Jett turned around. Had he said something to make Jett upset? Klaus became flustered. What should he do?! He hasn't really experiance any kinds of things like this! Klaus scurried over to Jett and hugged him. "I'm sorry. Did I upset you?" He asked. He didn't want to lose his first friend!

Jett smiled immediately when Klaus hugged him. "I'm fine," He replied truthfully,"Its just a rookies mistake to get caught up in your animal's minds. Its a little embarressing that I did so in front of you." He blew a strand of his blue hair off his cheek and turned to look over his shoulder at Klaus. "Did you eat breakfast?"

Klaus blushed a bit. "Yeah. I had that toast you gave me earlier. Thank you." He said. Klaus smiled at Jett. He felt happy for no reason. He released Jett from his hug and plopped back onto his bed. He took off his glasses and tossed them to Jett. "I'm just guessing you still want to see them since they're shiny~!" Klaus said with a wink.

"Funny," Jett muttered, sarcasm clear in his tone,"I love it when people do that." He glanced at the glasses before he handed them back to Klaus. Then he hopped back onto his own bed and leaned up against the wall. "You better watch those glasses," He teased,motioning towards them,"Or you might just 'lose' them."

Klaus flashed a grin. "Oh I wouldn't really care~! I have a spare pair of glasses just in case~!" He said taking out the same pair of glasses and placing them on his face. "All better~! " He laughed.
