Haze quietly followed after the group, even she had to admit that a concert was such a lovely event. She motioned for Retta to stand beside her as they listened. She wanted to watch her charge's reaction first hand.
Retta padded over to her guardian, wishing she could be closer to Reid. But there was a look in Haze's eyes that should not be questioned.

Reid grinned at Delphi and Lil' Ta, gesturing towards them to come closer if they couldn't see the actual keys well enough.
Chao snatched up Avery about halfway to the piano and carried her youngest the rest of the way before sitting down with a smile.
Reid blinked suddenly and looked over to the impromptu audience, "what should we play?"

Delphine crawled over closer to Reid, curious to see exactly how he made the pretty noises. Maybe she could learn how to do it too? Or did you need to be shiny like Reid? She sat back and twisted her legs around while she waited.
"Something happy?" Kay said unsure, "What sort of music do you like Retta?" she asked turning to look at the sheep mishap. Delphine hadn't really heard any music before she realised, something that she should remedy pretty soon.

"Whatever you feel most proficient in." Haze answered as she subtly placed a hand on Retta's shoulders to keep her where she was. She had learned in Silar that it was best to let these artists choose their own pieces, it gave the audience a better glimpse of what sort of performers they were watching.
Retta looked up at her guardian with curious eyes. Or rather they appeared curious (perhaps bordering on confused) to anyone other than Haze. From her guardian's viewpoint, it was evident there was an angry glint in the sheep Mishap's eyes. Certainly Retta didn't expect she'd have to resort to the bleat, but it was evident in her gaze that she wasn't above using it if Haze wouldn't let go soon.

"Something happy?" Reid repeated slowly and scratched at his chin, smiling a bit when Delphi crawled closer.
But... huh... what did he know that was happy? Or at least not sad....?
When Haze replied for Retta he cast a curious glance towards the Mishap and her guardian, a little sad that his friend wasn't coming closer.
When it seemed that no more suggestions would be forthcoming he looked up at the ceiling. A moment later he snapped two of his fingers and grinned, glowing brightly. He didn't have the music for it with him, but it really didn't matter much, he knew the melody and had played the piece enough to know it by heart anyway.
The firefly looked at the keys of his piano curiously and hummed part of a tune under his breath.
Avery hummed in content and swayed a bit to Reid's humming. "N'Ai's'n'eed~" he muttered to himself.
Chao ruffled the redhead's hair and rested her chin on the top of his head.
Taking a deep breath Reid pressed his fingers to the appropriate and began to play a lively, fairly happy and upbeat melody that seemed almost tropical in its sounds.
(( and... just incase anyone's curious, this is the song Reid's playing :3 ))

Kay stood and listened in silence a smile edging it's way across her face. He really was very very good. And Avery seemed to have talents of his own too. What sort of things could Delphine do she wondered?
Maybe it was time to start thinking more about her future development. Finding things - other than trying to eat things, she though ruefully, that her child was interested or showed talent in.
Delphine was sitting happily on the floor next to Reid completely wrapt with the sounds he was making, her tail or fins occasionally fluttering almost in time with the music.
