"Oh a bath does sound nice..." She smiled happily at them then once again turned a little pink around the cheeks, "Um....thank you....I think...." She made a confused look. Xylara was not having a luck reading this guy at all. "I'll probably be down there when you come back with the food..." She turned and walked off down the hallway. Her legs were more steady now, and not once did she trip or fall flat on her face, which would have been mortifying all over again.

Marius crushed the urge to smirk at the confused emotions running across her face. It was a trademark of his family to be as confusing as all get out. "alright then I'll meet you back there with the fish he stated watching her walk off. She seemed to be able to, if very slowly. It was a good sign that she would recover. Now off to go get some protein. As he walked back to the earlier spot against the lake he noticed the crocodiles still seemed to be as lazy as ever which was good. Grabbing the cord of the net with his teeth he hauled up his little net with about four fish and began carrying back to the washing area.

Xylara smiled as she walked into the bathing room, then slipped into the nice warm water. "Mmmm...." She closed her eyes as a soft moan escaped her lips. Oh yeah, it was always nice to wash the grimy sand off. She dunked her head under the water, then reemerged shaking her fur out. Smiling she leaned against the edge of the small pool and merely just soaked there for a couple of minutes. She felt all her muscles relax, and all her problems seemed to melt away.

Marius walked back into the bathroom and saw that Xylara was still relaxing in the water. Feeling quite generous he set the fish to the side and laid down on the ground looking up at the ceiling. When she was done he would get up and point out the fish. Right now the ceiling was interesting him. It was a scene of atum's birth. Of how he create the nile and tried to bring peace and stability to the land with Osiris only to have his first attempt cruelly snatched away. Marius sighed and hoped this time it would work. He very much enjoyed the tribe and the people there. It was strange to those who knew him but hey let him be strange.

Xylara looked back as she felt the presence of someone else in the room. "Marius?" She looked at him intrigued. "What are you looking at?" She followed his gaze to the ceiling then marveled at it. "Mm....It's....beautiful..." She paused then looked back at him. "I didn't expect you to be back so soon...." She pulled herself out of the water and shook out her fur.

Marius chuckled a bit at that. "well I did say I was just going to collect the fish. I had figured you might have been hungry while I was carrying you here and getting the water and set up a net to catch fish. Not my preferred way of capturing the aquatic creatures but the safest for crocodile infested waters. Ah yes it is rather pretty. Its the story of my deity Amun. The one I said this temple's was. The mural is a bit faded and some of the newer temples are even more spectacular but..." Marius trailed off. It also had special meaning as here was where his parents had become mates.

"This place is special to you...." She looked at him, "I don't know how I know it....but i can sense that about you." Xylara watched his face as she walked over to a group of fish and grabbed one of them, and started to scarf it down hungrily. Then she laid on the ground and looked up at him as she eyed another fish hungrily. She didn't want to seem like a pig, but she was starving. "Are you going to eat Marius?"

"It... could be but you are right it is a silly reason but non the less I enjoy coming to this temple. Mostly because its dangerous to get to but the inside is quite magnificent and its fun to climb the giant statures carved into the mountain on the outside. "oh I will eat just want to make sure I'm done thinking about things lest I accidentally dont pay attention and choke on the fish. I went through the trouble of getting the fish I dont want it to fight back after its already dead" he teased raising an eyebrow at the speed xylara was eating. How long had she been in the desert?

"There are giant statueres that you can play on?" Her eyes got all wide as she smiled, "Mm....that sounds neat....." She continued to eat her fish until she had eaten at least four of them. Then she laid back on the ground with a full belly and laid on her side, "Mmm...." Xylara smiled in contentment and then tilted her head to the side. "Thank you for the food Mairus."

"Yep there about the size of this temple. No infact they're about twice the size of this temple" He stated. "we arent really supposed to play on them but its never stopped me and my little brother before." Marius laughed a bit remembering their dad and mom yelling at them to get down before kaname actually flew up to get them. "You're welcome, least I could do after dragging you all the way from the desert here. Sort of pointless if I save you and then you die of hunger" he teased.

"Yes that would have been a shame...." Xylara teased right back, in a much better mood now that she had eaten some food. She smiled at the attractive male, cocking her head to the side to get the whole picture. She realized that she had been doing that a lot lately. But he was rather striking, and she couldn't seem to stop herself. "So your mother and father are in Kemet with you? That must be nice...growing up with both of them."

"Mother, father, aunt.... yeah I guess it was pretty nice. I got to know both of them and spend time when ever I want. Having both parents be in a tribe is rather nice. of course everyone in Kemet was pretty much like family. They had aunt or uncle attached to their names. Oh it would have been a shame we wouldnt have had this witty banter" he played back. Oh it was just so easy to tease this vixen. However best not piss her off enough to attack him. Oh no that would be a disaster.

"You got a smart a** mouth...." She looked at him, shaking her head with a smile. She had to admit he was almost a male version of herself, though she had more of an attitude problem. "I'm glad the banter amused you.....Because I was thinking about giving you the silent treatment now for a change of pace..." She rolled up, then sat on the ground and stared at him mutely.

"yes I suppose I have a bit of one" he chuckled thinking about it. It was very common around kemet. Rynn had one, raz had one, jaci had one, Hollow had one. "awww how disappointing. However I think I'll live" he pointed out wondering what was with the new change. He was quite used to having it quite though two. Akori and his mom appeared rather shy at first. He wouldnt even go into.... he frown refusing to think about Apries. the though that he just left because he was too weak constantly irked him.

"mm...." She glared at him slightly as she continued to stare at him. She wasn't going to talk, at least for a little while. Atum knew why she was acting like such a kit, but she was and she wasn't going to stop now. Xylara walked over to him and stopped in front of him and just stared at him mutely, this cute little pouty expression on her face.
