He had to look away, getting rather embarrassed by how the other boy was talking. It was a rather romantic imagery and one that was directly in Ladon's alley of fantasy. He guessed....being a prince wouldn't be so bad if he had such a nice and rather well-spoken knight around. His mind then flickered back in a distant warning of what Paris had said. About pretty words and the idea that he could in no way love the boy beside him and it was just liking. Liking or Loving, he knew he enjoyed this. That anyone would say these things to and because of him, and he turned back to look at Billy with renewed conviction that whatever Paris said, he and Billy had something special. Something that was all his.
"You should put your paintbrush down and try writing." He pointed out, before tapping the boy on the shoulder lightly. "How about you let me walk you home now?" He said, done with eating and feeling much better after their talk. If anything, he was more into Billy than before, and let small chunks of his trust slip into the boy's procession.

"Ah, but a picture is worth a thousand words, so they say." Billy said, offering Ladon a playfully sly look while gathering their trash, signaling that he was ready to go.
"I have issues with dragging you so near Hillworth." He stated simply, soberly, factually. And he did. Such an innocent youth outside the gates of Hillworth was like waving fresh meat above an alligator pit. And this meat was his. He wasn't going to have the other predators sniffing at it. Trying to take a bit out of it. It. Him. Ladon. Billy had to mentally correct himself. It's hard, after spending so long trying to objectify the boy, to break the habit. Still, it all remained the same - a growing possessiveness.
"I don't suppose I can argue."

Ladon smiled and shook his head. "Nope. I want to walk you home too sometimes. Even knights need looking after." He pointed out. "And if I'm the prince, then consider it an order from royalty." Seeing as they were going to go on this little imagery between them, he might as well play the part a bit - even if he was a little against being the prince. He hardly felt he was worthy enough to earn such a position, not to mention that princes were always the ones taking the backseat to order their knights around. Being a avid doing and worker, he wasn't much for sending others to do his bidding and that wasn't something he was about to do with Billy either.
After they dumped their trash and left the restaurant, he smiled. What had been dread coming here was all but dissolved, and he felt a hundred times better. Despite knowing more about both his boyfriend and his friend, he now had both of them back and felt confident he could keep both. It was more than he could have ever hoped for.
Gesturing, he turned and they made their way towards Hillworth just as the sun had came to rest. There were no stars to be seen under the cloudy sky, but he didn't mind at all.
