"Well, Praveena...", Chris began with a smile, "Let's go check it out then"
He turned and began walking slowly, at least until she caught up to them.
"I'm Chris, and this is Scarlett, Mir, and Crystal", he said, pointing at them accordingly.

Scarlett then looks at Praveena and said "it's nice to meet you." she then smiles and was trying her best not to be so shy. Crystal; on the other hand stays in Scaarlett's backpack hiding. she wasn't one to take to new people quickly. she used to hide from Scarlett but that asll changed when they had some some alone time.

Alamkarer stopped so he was in line with the girl. He gripped the handle of his sword and called out at her 'join me and keep your dragon otherwise i will take both your lives'

She loved the way the nature felt. Reaching out, Tyalle grabbed the branch of the tree and pulled herself up on the branch before leaping up further into the tree. Coming to the top of the tree, she looked out over the rest of the forest, looking for something to do. On her shoulders, Zyphre shifted his weight, obviously waking up now. "Heya Zyphre. Have a nice nap?" She asked her buddy and companion. Zyphre shook himself and snorted out smoke. Tyalle smiled at her small black Fafnir dragon companion. He curled his tail around Tyalle's neck. "You need to get a grip. I had a fine nap. Now, where are we headed?" Zyphre asked her. Tyalle shrugged, she didn't really know. She raised her hand and ran it through her long red hair. She sighed, really wondering what to do about stuff for now. Another thing that bothered her was the black and white highlights in her hair. No matter how many times she'd tried to dye it, it wouldn't cover the black and white color, and most people think that the colors are fake.
Shaking her head, Tyalle jumped from the branch she was standing on and began falling towards the ground. Right before impact, Tyalle grabbed the branch and began swinging from tree to tree. Zyphre soon took off into the air and began flying through the air through the air, looking for something to do. After awhile, Zyphre noticed some people fighting, he narrowed his eyes and then turned around and flew back to where Tyalle was swinging. "Tye. There's a small group of people nearby. It might be interesting to way." Zyphre told her. Tyalle pulled herself up on the branch she was hanging from and thought about it for a moment. She then nodded. "Lead the way."
Zyphre was right about one thing, it really was interesting. Apparently there were some other dragon people here and they were getting into stuff. Which really bothered Tyalle. One of them is trying to take a dragon from another person? It made no sense, a dragon belongs to one person and one person alone. Which is what Tyalle believed. She leaned down from the branch she was sitting on so she could get a better look. But as she shifted her weight on the branch, a twig broke off and fell to the ground. Tyalle cursed as that happened. Zyphre swooped down and landed on Tyalle's shoulder before wrapping his tail around her neck. They both then stayed silent as they watched what was happening.

Alamkarer noticed the twig snap he told Sentaio telepathically there is someone over there.Bring them to me. Alamkarer continued his conversation as Sentaio slowed climbed into his shadow and disappeared.

She looked at Zyphre who nodded slowly and detached himself from her neck. He then began to climb the tree and launch himself into the tree next to the one he'd just been on. On that tree, he scurried down and made himself blend into the shadows at the base of the tree. He was about to stay there when he sensed something shift in the shadows around him. Zyphre narrowed his eyes before shooting back up into the tree and heading over to Tyalle. "I think his dragon can use shadow powers." He told her through mind speak. That made Tyalle raise an eyebrow. "Interesting." She murmured to him.
Then after waiting for a moment, Tyalle leaped further into the tree and began going up until she was in a place in the tree with no shadows. Then, after catching her breath, she launched herself out of the tree and began falling through the air. She smiled as she thought it was fun. Before long, she caught the branch of a tree near her and pulled herself up, making no sound as she did so. She smiled as Zyphre followed suit. They both then waited for the guy's dragon to make a move. Tyalle was waiting in anticipation of stuff to do, Zyphre was just waiting to see if he had to protect Tyalle.

Praveena smiled. "It's nice to meet you all. This is Nia." she said as Nia nodded and looked at them. "Hello." she said verbally as she looked at the forest. "So...should we head towards the town then?" Praveena asked.

"Don't see why we wouldn't now that we're here", Chris answered with a laugh.
He was looking forward to seeing people who didn't have mythological creatures following them around. Even though it had only been a little more than a day for him, it had felt like forever since he'd been walking around normally.
And neither he, nor to the best of his knowledge, Scarlett, Mir or Crystal had eaten much since they came to the forest, and Chris was looking to fix that, Praveena and Nia were of course welcome to join them as well.

Praveena smiled and looked up at Nia. Nia nodded and jumped back into Praveena's bag. She was looking forwards to walking among the humans again...although it would never be the same. She would have to be careful so that no one saw Nia.

((Up to whoever to what the place actually is again. I do have a story in mind, but it doesn't really matter where anything happens for it to work))
A few buildings slowly rose into view as the trees began thinning out, and the cool grass underfoot faded to pavement.
It appeared to be a residential area, with a gas station and convenience store visible a few houses down. Further buildings could be seen over the tops of the houses, but whether they were actually taller, or just built on higher ground he couldn't say.
A small group of children were splashing around in an inflatable pool on what could only be assumed to be their lawn, and next door a few teenagers were laughing, playing basketball in the driveway.
"Well, this is rather idyllic", Chris said plainly, while Mir eyed the other humans cautiously.
I somehow expected normal Humans would be more... Scary

Scareltt stays close to chris. she was a bit scared being arounf humnas other than Chris again. some of teh kids looked at her and wondered who she was and where she came from. she holds Chris's hand while Crystal stays in her backpack. Scarlett then hears a bird and looks up at a hawk who was circling above something. she hoped it wasn't Mir crystal or Nia.

Nia looked at the hawk. I don't like this place. Something isn't...right... she said to Praveena using telepathy. Praveena nodded and looked at the town. "It looks like we are in a small town somewhere in California..." she said as she looked around. She couldn't identify which town it was.

 Sentiao followed them as best he could through the shadows he slowly came out of the shadow in front of the girl and her dragon. He said to the girls dragon 'my master wants you and your master to join him. If not we will be forced to kill you' ((didn't know if dragons could understand each other or not))

California?, Mir asked rhetorically before ducking back into the backpack, You Humans have weird names for things...
Chris moved to the sidewalk and started walking further into the town, doing his best to look casual. More difficult than one might think when you're soaking wet with a dragon in your backpack.
"Praveena, you know anything else about this place?"

Praveena shivered and looked at him. "This is somewhere in the valley...and there are farmlands surrounding it. I don't know exactly what town this is but I have a pretty good idea where we are. The nearest big city it Los Angeles." she said as she looked around. Nia sighed. I don't want to stay here for long...
