Gregar828 LadyShirahime93 Greg. I love you... you know I do. I make sure to remind you every time we talk. But it infuriates me sometimes that you take everything WAY too seriously. Sometimes I just want to shake your shoulders and yell at you to loosen up a bit.
One of my favorite quotes "Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway."
You need to take this to heart.
I'm immune to everything else you do, like yelling at people. Like, if you were to yell at me, I'd probably start laughing at you. So I can't really give anymore input in what I dislike about you. But seriously, loosen up. (No pun intended) Taking stuff seriously is just who I am. I don't joke often, nor do I recognize another's joke too often.

Back when I first joined, you jumped on me multiple times for things that were completely meant as jokes, just cause you didn't catch that they were jokes. I can't remember what the jokes were though... After I explained they were meant to be jokes you backed right off though, and it wasn't really a rage jump on, more like a warning of some sort.

At any rate, here it is:
Aside from the profiles, and "GREGAR RAGE" and "OUGOUN." "END OF DISCUSSION, BECAUSE LORD GREGAR COMMANDS IT SO!"
Wait.. No, let me go back one~
Thing is, I have nothing against you. You're like...The guy who wants the best for POTS! Like everyone else, y'know? You can just be a dictator at times. I remember once where you were talking to Keishi(Kitty-Kitty-Chan/Nibi Host) about the Nibi's ability to do some Dead Soul Resurrection I think it was. The one that really got to me was,"I don't care what Lance says. I'm changing it." Or something along those lines. Personally, I just think you should just give some of the responsibility to Mistah and Luo. YOU NOT (A) DICTATOR. Lance is Guild Owner.
To me, and maybe some other members, YOU are the Guild Captain, dictating everything (that regular members can see at least). Another example is suddenly removing the Crew App forum when it was first put up! That was uncalled for. Then, in the POTS Chatroom, you made a threat of sorts (like you usually do). I don't remember what exactly it is that you said, but I'm sure you remember! I understand that Crew/VC can say things to stop members from talking about something OTHER ways instead of saying,"Or else" with your "intimidating" big, red, bold letters! Not cool man! You handle people differently than threatening with your almighty power!
I also lost what I was getting at... But, you get the point, hopefully.
-Handle things in a kinder way, with regular font.
-Lance is the Guild Captain, always remember before you "GREGAR PMS! YOUR PROFILE IS WRONG. RADA RADA RADA!"
-Give more responsibility to other CREW. Most are idle.
-YOU NOT DICTATOR(!!!!!!!!!!!!!).
-Look before you leap.
-Be nicer. Srsly.
... I think that's everything. I may post something else here later, if it wasn't already said.
After reading over this, I shifted on what I was saying many times. Didn't really complete all those thoughts. Eh, oh well.

You do realize that most of my decisions are directly from/have been talked over with Lance, right? He and I know each other IRL, so we talk about a lot of out ideas before submitting them.
Look before I leap? I never correct someone unless I've read over the system and am sure of the correction.
The Nibi's bonus was an Edo tensei that required no sacrifice. That's obviously broken (By the way, lance eventually agreed with me on that)
I do give out more responsibilities to crew. In fact, I'm one of the crew members with the least forums to worry about (despite mine being, possibly, the busiest).
I suppose I could use a nicer tone, though in my defense, half the time my big red letters are used to ensure that everyone sees an announcement in the chat forum that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Love, when you make someone CRY by using big red letters, that should have pointed out to you that something was wrong and that you should have been nicer. (*That person was ME, so I know what I'm talking about.)

I'm aware of that fact, though, sometimes you do act like a Dictator. Of course, thats from the point of view from ONLINE. God knows what goes on OFF-LINE, y'know?
And thats good! But, onto the nice thing, when you point it out, it's usually not in the nicest of ways, if you have not noticed.
The Nibi's bonus was pretty haxed, granted, I'm only talking about the way you said it.
Alright, you have me on that. Profiles do seem to fly by pretty quickly. You should have Hinote create another guide, like he did for the older profile. That'll make profile traffic easier for you. (Just an idea)
Granted, big red letters do get attention. Thing is, sometimes it just seems like you're using them to rule with an iron fist! Or to just get members to do things the way you want. Posting something saying "...not to post here, and any post after that will be deleted." If they post, they're SOL.
Yeah... Nicer is the way to go. Especially because you don't want to make little boys and girls cry anymore. That's almost as horrible as killing an ADORABLE little puppy. It ain't cool.

Gregar and (Insert Gregar's real name here) are two very, very different people, I assure you.
I have noticed, but thats based on perception. I suppose my sense of what is mean is a little meaner than most. I'll have to look at my posts from a member's point of view.
