He looked a little bewildered at that. The way she cowered! Ah well. What else could he expect, really. "Oh. Well. Good." He shook himself, vigorously, and sighed. He thought maybe he should apologize, but he wasn't sure how, and now he was really embarrassed and it made him uncomfortable. "...I should probably go," he said, rather abruptly, looking everywhere but at her. "It's getting late, and all."

Majime heaved a sigh and nodded. "All right, good bye." She says and gives her head a shake, as if she were disappointed. She wasn't really, since she knew the other pups were often insensitive. So she tried not to let it sting her too bad. She turned and trotted away, her distracted manner once again evident. "See you later." She calls over her shoulder and disappears into some tall grass. The odd pup was gone with that.

He lingered, just a moment, brow furrowed, with the insatiable feeling that he'd done something wrong, but he couldn't quite figure out what. Ah well. He shrugged to himself and turned to trot back to his family, putting the whole incident out of his mind as best he could.
