"Nope." he said, not really seeing what the big deal was. So it was cold? Then it wasn't really interesting. "The desert's hot. Really hot." Rajput said, "Stuff like that could never exist." Though at the night time it got pretty cold. It was quite a relief after such a hot day.
"So where are you going to take me?" he asked, quickly changing the subject. What was the big deal about this 'snow'?

Effectively distracted Pavi smiled brighter. "Just follow!" Giggling femininely, Pavi started back the way he'd entered their small nook in the trees. "You'll like it. Trust me."
He'd heard of the deserts and its heat, though he'd never be able to experience it directly. It didn't sound too bad, actually. He preferred warmer weather ironically.

Rajput followed after Pavitra, curious to see how much he would like it. He shivered slightly, feeling slightly cold from the shade of the trees. "So how far along is this?" he was glad that Pavitra had stopped bugging him about this snow business.

"Not far at all. If you had kept walking you probably would have stumbled upon it shortly." Prancing almost, Pavi jumped a fallen tree, smiling brilliantly. The trees had cut out almost all direct sun, but leaves glowed bright with the rays lighting them up now. It was quite pretty. Especially when the leaves didn't block all the beams, and they filtered through on the ground. Some even glistened brightly against the creek flowing close by. Ah, nature.
"Here it is!" The entered out into a large meadow. By large in area and also in height. The grass raised all the way up to Pavi's wings, swaying gently in the breeze. Here, the sun came through completely. There were no trees to block the warmth and golden light around them. Taking a deep breath Pavitra sighed happily, looking quickly to Rajput to see his expression.

Rajput followed after Pavitra, not with the enthusiasm the alicorn had. He merely stepped over the tree, stepping on the fallen leaves without a second look. The stallion just wanted to see what would make him so happy. At the sound of Pavitra's voice, he looked up, mint eyes scanning the place.
"...woah." a place like this existed? He walked past the other stallion, the grass surprisingly high. Barely bending his head, he tugged at a blade of grass, munching slowly, tasting it. "Delicious." he said, chewing in thought, savoring its taste. Wow. It was really good. And this much?
He turned around, eyes narrowed at Pavitra, "...are you trying to get me fat?"

Pavi hesitated for a moment, thinking Rajput honestly thought he was... but then noticed a glint in the stallions eyes and re-thought. Busting out laughing and the Stallion pranced deeper into the grass and yanking a mouth full of it up. "Ofcoursenaut." Munch. Munch. Munch. Gulp. "I just thought you'd like this better than the short blades."
He turned towards the sun and closed his eyes, soaking up the invisible heat. His fur, because of how white and unmarred it was, shone brilliantly back against the rays. He glowed and shined like snow caught at the wrong angle. Ahh. Such warmth.

Rajput squinted at Pavitra's glowing coat, blinded by how white the alicorn's hide was. "Definitely better." he said, tugging on more stalks of grass greedily, "Thanks."
Wow. It had been a while since he said that word. 'Thanks'. What an odd sounding word it was. Probably cause he barely used it. Oh. He could finally feel his stomach filling up. What a wonderful feeling.

Smiling still, Pavi watched Rajput out of one eye while he still faced the sun. He was going to let the stallion enjoy his dinner in peace. Besides. If Raj really wanted to travel with him, then there was going to be plenty of time for conversation.
With a deep breath, he took in all the scents around him and discovered... well he was in a very different mood than he had been before meeting this stallion.
