Looking good! One more thing -- since the magic is a barrage-style attack, it should have a set duration! I think 30 seconds at Basic and 35 at Super is fair? Also, what kind of damage can the hearts do?
Also I do have one quick question about his Eternal attack -- how much damage can it do in one hit, at full power? Is it enough to knock someone off their feet/into the air? Can it leave bruises? (It probably shouldn't be breaking bones unless it was like, "up to broken bones with player permission," or something, since then there's some flexibility!)
