Umbreon, Vaporeon, or Flareon.
Flare, cuz I could withstand heat unimaginable.
Vapor, cuz I could swim underwater and not have to come up for air.
Umbreon, cuz I love Umbreon.

Flareon.
Completely useless when you look at its potentional, a bit fragile, outclassed... but cute and fluffy. I'm also massively fond of fire types.

Espeon over Umbreon over Glaceon...
However, a shiny Umbreon would make it even closer, but I'd still choose Espeon.
