Faiza lightly shrugged, releasing all the joints in the wings so they could be refolded. They could have collasped neatly on her back by themselves, but she helped them along with her tail. "They move in every direction a normal wing can, but not nearly as fast. If I praticed my entire life I doubt I could ever master them enough to fly. Gliding is already a challenge, only I do no attempt to try very often." The first expirement with gliding had been.....interesting, to say the least. She didn't mind though. Even if her blood was of flying creatures, she'd grown up knowing land. In that area of her life, she was quite well-adjusted.

“Yes the design is good and used for moving but it looks too heavy. The bones in my wings are hollow, it means they are more likely to break easier but they are sturdy enough to obviously carry me. However yours do look like they would be good to use in battle.” Insert another familiar feeling and queue for head shake. “you could probably learn how to use the wings enough to get a pretty good and solid glide” Morin realized suddenly he was overly hot and the sun seemed to be right over head as they where both of a dark color the need for both water and perhaps some shade was necessary. “Should we continue the conversation after some food, water, and a little bit of shade?” Morin asked. He had to eventually go back to the tribe today as he had spotted a small herd of animals that could be used for food but most of Harami’s members where out collecting… things.

"I do not find the heat that bothersome, but it you would like to move somewhere cooler it would be rude of me to refuse." To be honest Faiza quite liked the warmth. She knew it would be important to find a source for food, water, and shelter later, but for now she felt she could go on for quite awhile. Her wings could provide some decent shade as well, and might have been part of the reason why she was so comfortable when Morin wasn't. Since her wings weren't an actual part of her the sun bearing down on them didn't affect her. It actually kept the worst of it off her back.

“Well it’s not like its entirely bothersome right now, but one thing about the desert is you never want to wait until you are completely hot and thirsty because damage is already done to your inner organs.” Morin pointed out and stood up. The ocean was actually the closest place for shelter and a cooler temperature but the water was salt and it was often a bit breezy there getting sand in your feathers. Morin could see the nightmare that would case. Normally he didn’t get rather hot that was because flying had some advantages. He tried to think of the next nearest place. “There is a small oasis about ten minutes away from here that should work for some of those.” Namely the shade, water, and cooler temperature.

Faiza nodded towards Morin. "Then I shall let you lead the way." She made a small face as she lifted one of her paws, looking at the small indent it had made and the sand still trickling from the loose fur. "I confess this is not my favorite place I have visited. I think I shall find somewhere less gritty where I travel next."

“ I would imagine so with your wings and everything” Morin pointed out beginning to lead the way. “It’s a bit too hot for my liking so I’m always on the outskirts of the land where its cooler. It’s probably a bad thing considering….” Morin trailed off. Telling Faiza bits and pieces was okay like his name and the hints on perhaps he had dealt with similar personal experiences but flat out telling some anything about him self. No, it was definitely not okay he should leave. He was getting too relaxed. Then there was the part where he didn’t want to. “the best place for food and shelter would be the ocean side cliffs but the ones near where we happen to be are a bit off limits” he finally picked up again still leading the way.

Faiza followed Morin with her long, slow strides. "I am sure it would be, oceans have that effect most times." Faiza herself wasn't too fond of oceans, being as she didn't like swimming and the thought of her being in deep water with those heavy wings on her back was a little frightening.
"I think plains would suit me better. No trees or sand, and enough grass to keep the dirt on the ground. I could always travel to convenient water or food sources, if they were within a short enough walking distance." Maybe a day's worth, but no more than that.

He listened to her explanation and nodded everyone once in a while. there was such a place near the borders of Harami yet Morin didnt know too much about it because the foxes that lived there werent very silent in their hatred towards his tribe. “yes but depending on where you are they don’t really offer too much water and salt water…” he shuddered for multiple reasons. The whole it tasted absolutely nasty and the other was once you where covered in the stuff. The memory of his first attempt at flying and Kaname’s laughter as he went spiraling into the ocean caused a slight twitch to appear on his face. Yes swimming from that moment was thought with a frown. The smell of palm tree’s entered his senses and he looked up seeing the oasis slowly come into view. As he walked in he sat down again near the water taking sips from it. Luckily Harami’s oasis was safer to drink from his home in kemet where you where constantly on the watch from crocodiles.

Faiza padded over to the edge of the water, five feet away from Morin. She dipped her head and drank from the surprisingly cool water. If only there wasn't so much sand surrounding the area, it would have been perfectly lovely. Something Morin had mentioned tugged at her mind though, and now that she had drank she lifted her head and fixed the male with a stare.
"Harami? Is that a tribe?" The last thing Faiza needed was to run afoul of another group of foxes.

Morin took in the stare with years of similar glances being direction towards him. He thought he could tell her a bit about his tribe.“yes but you don’t need to worry about running into them. They don’t like being found, if they want you to notice them you will. If they don’t then you won’t.” Morin stated in a matter of fact wondering when he had mentioned Harami. Some of his thoughts must have slipped out then. “They all dwell in caves and such things but you wouldn’t be able to find them like I mentioned earlier. Well that is unless Loki deems you worthy enough to be of some use to him. He’s a weird modeity that is for certain” Morin pointed out letting his paw flick some water up towards a deeper part of the oasis.

((Oops! Thought that was a talk not a thought >.< ))
Faiza shrugged. She wasn't much interested in tribes for themselves. She was a loner, preferring groups of only two or three at a time. She was mostly worried she'd run into them. Most tribes took unkindly to strangers on their lands.
"As long as they do not mind me crossing. I do not like tribal confrontations." She tilted her head. "I take it you're a member of this tribe as well, if you know where they den?"

Morin noticed she didn't want to seem to run into the tribe but she had asked about it meaning she hadn't yet heard of Harami. well He supposed that was all good and normal. Morin gave out a weird smile before continuing with his discussion. "Something like that. Its not really a tribe like normal its more of a order, each of us has their own job and they need to do it and its a given that we wont rat the others out but we dont flock around in groups or have tribe time. I check in if I've seen anything interesting and they check in when they need to deposit the loot. They might all sleep together for safety in numbers but since I only check in occasionally I wouldn't be an expert"

Faiza stared out over the expanse of desert. For a moment it seemed she hadn't even been listening, her red eyes somewhat vacant as if her mind were somewhere else. They flickered back into focus and moved to view Morin. "Sounds lonely, but I suppose if it works for others then that must be how they prefer things."
She couldn't really say anything without coming off as a hypocrite anyway. When one had spent their entire adulthood wandering alone with no plans to find a tribe and no other companions, the last thing they were allowed to comment on was the idea of lonliness. Not unless they wanted to invite some form of debate, anyway.
And it wasn't like Faiza had ever been lonely in her life. For once things had been silent and calm and peaceful. She saw foxes in large tribes and wondered how they did it. Maybe her goals in life would change some day, but for now Faiza preferred being on her own. If there had to be company no more than two other individuals was her limit.

Loneliness… it was the one word Morin secretly hated. Ever since he had been separated from his family it was a constant in his life. Foxes had shunned him for being littler than normal, weaker and shy not to mention he couldn’t fly. It had taken him nearly getting killed for him to hunt down Kaname just to relearn how to fly and now he was an expert at flying. No one could outmatch him except for that one blue lightning patterned phim. However being a good flier paled in the place of company… perhaps that’s why he sought it out in the weirdest of places. Kitsumi… well there was an old wound he wasn’t going to open up, Kito and Argintie had settled his need for companionship for a bit but then he had to leave they where already part of a tribe. Then he had found Harami and they didn’t appeal to his sense of company but more for his rather sadistic tendencies that had surfaced as a protection mechanism. “well its more it settles a need and has foxes with similar natures helping each other out… occasionally.”

"I see," Faiza said. Though she was under the impression that one usually joined tribes for companionship and protection, she supposed one could also join merely for similar ideals. Perhaps that was why Faiza had yet to join a group or tribe. She had no real need for companionship or protection. In her ideals she was still a bit....lost. As she looked at Morin she wondered if she would begin to miss the male after he left.
