“lol, he often does that a lot. He wants to see good in everyone although he’s not some push over he knows that’s the case for everyone. If he feels you have a good enough heart and he can do something to help he’ll be the first one to help you.” Kaname laughed thinking about his friend. “pfft joining wasn’t exactly what I would call it” Kaname teased “More like conscripted, but I think I like the new kemet we definitely have a vast array of different personalities and..." Kaname looked at her and then over to the side. should he give it to her now....

She laughed gently as he mentioned Kemet, nodding softly. She didn't know what the old Kemet was like but she could only imagine. However, she tilted her head when he trailed off, curious as to what he would say. "And?" She questioned lightly. If he didn't want to say it she wouldn't force him, he trailed off for a reason. Though, she couldn't help but admit she was curious.

Kaname smiled. Himeko's laugh was very soothing to him. It was cute and friendly and caring all the qualities Kaname came to love in himeko. "well It has you. It is always best I think for two people to be in the same tribe. I think it makes them closer. However I know that this same closeness can happen to others not in the same tribe but the heart ache of not being able to see that one cherished one." Kaname finished.

Himeko felt her heart skip a beat, eyes raising to look at Kaname. She was...cherished? Sure, he had mentioned liking her before, but ever since she hadn't even kissed him! Why? She was...shy. Though, she cherished him. She didn't want to scare him away. Hearing those words made her blush, looking at the ground.
He felt the same way as her. He was happy they were in the same tribe. Together. Her smile returned. If he wasn't around she'd be sad... Much like how Hollow was like when she couldn't see Katsu. When Kaname was around her she felt happy. Her heart pounded and she felt safe, cared for, and she...she...she...
'I love him.'

"in fact there is another reason this spot is so special. Its also where my mom agreed to be mates with my father. In fact its tradition sort of now in our family to take our loved ones here and present them with this." Kaname stated reaching into the pouch often used to transport water and pulling out a small little container made of crystal and resin. Preserved in full bloom was a simple purple rose. For easy carry the container had two small holes at the top where a small cord dangled.

Himeko blinked as he pulled out a container, moving closer to spot the rose inside. Her cheeks blushed darker as she marveled at its beauty, her eyes flicking to glance at Kaname. Why was he showing her this? Was it possible...he was... no. No, it couldn't be. The female tossed this thought aside, however she glanced at the container again.
"It's so...pretty!"

“Yes, it’s a really really rare rose than only blooms once every few years. I found one blooming a few months back and remembered the gift my mother had received from my father and was luckily able to preserve it.” Kaname explained watching himeko as she glanced over at this gift. He nudged it over towards himeko with a paw. “if you wish its yours, only if you want though.”

Himeko's eyes widened, eyeing the flower before turning her eyes to Kaname. He was...giving this to her? But it was so beautiful! It'd be a waste to give to her. Though, she wanted it... it was beautiful and the fact that Kaname had chosen her... she...
"Are you sure you want to give it to me of all people?"

Kaname smiled and nodded before pushing it forward again till it was right in front of her. “I am quite sure you are the one I want to give this to. I spent a lot of time thinking about it and I want you to have it. You mean so much to me and I don’t think that I show it nearly enough “ he explained and stepped back waiting to see her reaction

Himeko blushed, lifting it with the chord by her tail. She shyly giggled, lifting it over her head and fastening it so it fit around her neck. Happily, she wagged her tail, looking up at Himeko and blushing darkly again. "T-Thank you..." She whispered, glancing at him again before poking the ground.
"I care about you a lot...too."

Kaname leaned forward and nuzzled her cheek. She was definitely glowing at the current moment and feared if she became any redder. It wasn’t her attention to cause her shyness. “You are very welcome. It looks very pretty on you which I thought. I tried to find an orange rose but they hadn’t bloomed yet” he pointed out and then turned to her after she had said she cared about him.
“I am very honored to hold such care. I shall try my best not to disappoint you then” he said lightly teasing but serious at the same time.

Himeko giggled softly as he nuzzled her, flipping her tail. "You could never disappoint me." This was true. Even if he cheated. She would blame herself for not being perfect. Her paw touched the container of the flower, smiling gently. "I like that its purple..It's very beautiful." She said before glancing up at him. She bit her bottom lip, ears flicking as she suddenly leaned forward and kissed his cheek, pulling away and turning a dark red as she pawed the ground.

(lol here is your linkage)“Well that’s good.” He teased letting out a fake sigh, although he just some how knew that if he did do something, not that he would ever do so, he had a feeling Himeko would blame herself. He would have to try his best to avoid such things. “Yes purple is a very nice color. Its my favorite next to black” he revealed before there was a soft pressure on his cheek as himeko kissed his cheek blushing probably as bad as she did. It was unfortunate his patterns were mostly prominent on his face so it showed up probably as well as it was showing up on himeko.

Himeko smiled softly, giggling. "You know, when I first met you I never would have thought we'd get along so well. You stole me from my sister, and you talked to me, you weren't scared of her." She smiled again, tail wagging softly. "I went home thinking about you a lot. Wondering if you were okay. If you would visit. If we'd ever see each other again. Then you came back, and my feelings grew even more." She was rambling, she knew, but Kaname had said sweet things to her, it was her turn.
"I like you a lot Kaname....Maybe I.....love you?"

Kaname sat there and patiently listened while she rambled a bit, but it was cute and it looked also like something she needed to say. Thinking back on when the two had first met, he normally would have left the two siblings alone, it was obvious that they were close. However Himeko had just seemed so depressed and outwardly screaming for him to do something. She had such a sweet and nice personality that he wanted to do something. It touched him and got through when he thought he would be alone and detached from everything. It was a nice and different change and now Kaname knew that there was no one else. However he would tell the black and orange vixen at a more appropriate time.
“I know how you feel, but something tells me we’ll have a while to figure out exactly how we feel towards each other. I want to try, there is really no one else out there quite like you Himeko” he told her.
