Soren got to his next class and smiled " Study hall... the only class were i cant get yelled at for reading." He muttered.

Tori plopped into her seat in her next class and pulled out her homeork for other classes, going through it silently.

The study hall teacher took sorens book and slamed a text book on his desk " I have you 3 classes from now and i know you probably didnt study for your test..." she muttered and pointed at the text book " Study and maybe i will give you a few min befor the bell rings to read."

Despite trying to focus on her work, Tori's mind kept drifting to memories she didn't want to go through. She repetedly forced herself to focus, but it was useless. Her mind dragged through memory lane, and she gripped her pencil so hard it almost snapped in her hand.

Soren started studying or just fliping threw the pages looking at the pictures.

With a quiet snap, the pencil broke in half, stabbing Tori with splinters as she forced her eyes open.

Soren heard the snap and looked over at Tori. " You ok?" He asked noticeing some blood from the splinters.

Her shoulders sagged, and she cursed under her breath before starting to pull out the bits of wood. "Yea... I'm fine." She muttered, barely loud enough to be heard.

Soren looked at her hand then dug around in his back pack and handed her a small medi kit.

She glanced at him, then went back to pulling out splinters. "Thanks." She got to one that had wedged in a good ways, and winced as she worked to pull it out.

She sighed quietly when the piece of wood came out, then pulled a few bandages out of the med kit to wrap her hand.

Soren fliped threw the pages of the book looking at the pictures and only reading bits and pieces.
