Rynn giggled. “Atum coming down just to dance with little old me. That’s funny.” Philae.. I’ll have to keep that in mind. Maybe the cats and crocs have moved off or perhaps now that there is enough foxes around in the tribe we could set up another outpost. “Well boys I don’t know about you but I’m gonna get something to drink and scrounge around the local plants to see if there is anything edible I’ll be right back. Play nice while I’m gone ok boys?” Rynn got up and gave bother Robin and Horus a look that asked them not to kill the other before taking a long sip from the edge of the oasis’s spring. Then she trotted off around the edge of the oasis to find something edible for Robin and Horus.

"Play nice huh? I didn't know that I didn't play nice. That crazy orange lil ball of fur."Robin mumbled to himself. Before looking over at Horus. "I had a thought just moments ago that maybe later on in the future I join up if we had kits? Me and Rynn."

"Its hardly like we are going to attack each other or some thing silly like that" Horus pointed out shaking his head. He then perked his head up again at the thought that was directed towards him. "ah well I would be glad to allow you into the tribe. I think Rynn would like it most certainly and it probably would be a bit easier" Horus stated.

Rynn worked hard to hold and not tear the large folded up leave holding some nuts and dates. There were several leaf bits sticking out of her hair. She seemed very pleased with herself and trotted like she was queen of the world. Her pendant bounced off the leaf packet and back off her chest. She set down the leaf packet to add to it. She would have been gone longer and actually did some hunting but part of her worried about leaving Robin alone with Horus. She knew that they wouldn’t hurt one another, but what if Horus didn’t like Robin. If Robin were forbidden from seeing her Rynn wasn’t sure she would be happy in Kemet. She wanted to be back and bring up the outpost idea quickly so that maybe Horus would see it as an option. Horus and Robin where close by and Rynn would be back soon enough.

"What positions do you have that are open in your tribe?" Robin asked curiously. If he liked the sound of the tribe he just might join. "Please dont mention this to Rynn. If i do join i want it to be a surprise."

Horus eyes lit up in slight mischief. As an elder to be he had calmed down from his slightly adventurous younger days but his love for small harmless pranks and mischief would still occasionally surface. "no need to worry I wont tell her at all. hmm positions that are open. Hmm positions that are open. Well pretty much any position is open. Hunter, shaman, scribe and gatherer are the most open however." Horus thought placing his different tribe members in their spots.

Rynn was headed back with her now quite full little leaf packet. She meandered back to the males. She set down the leaf packet and it unfolded and nuts and dates rolled out. “I would have gone hunting but I would prefer to wait until its cooler in the evening and more game comes out. So did I miss anything good?” Rynn hoped the two males got along well enough while she had been gone.

Robin gave the elder a look asking if they could finish their talk at a later date before giving Rynn his full attention. "Its fine dear. I'll go hunting later if you would like. Come sit down and eat some. You haven't missed anything really just us sitting here relaxing."He smiled at her.
((I like the idea of Robin being a Shamen lol))

Horus nodded towards Robin request for a talk later and looked over at Rynn again. It would be suspicious if he answered the question with robin so he let the clothed fox handle that. "Well you can go fishing if you want. The lake over there is safe and I know for a fact there are fish. I cant have any but the berries and stuff look good." Horus replied to her comment about hunting. He had gotten used to not having any fish in his diet again.
(its a bit different than the normal shamans though sine they have more duties)

Relief flowed through Rynn. The two males did appear more comfortable around one another and it seemed like there were getting along. She looked to the berry pile. It certainly wouldn’t be much of a meal for three adult foxes. She gave the water a serious and considering look. Things probably wouldn’t change between the two males if she left to go get some fish right? She gave Robin a quick lick before deciding. “I’ll get some fish and bring it back. I want to show you that I’ve gotten better at fishing.” Rynn smiled brightly. While she wasn’t the best fisher in the world at least she could catch one or two fish now. “Be right back boys.” Rynn trotted off planning on the best way to massacre the fish population.

Robin tilted his head as Horus said he couldn't eat fish. He didn't understand why and maybe he would ask why later. "Are you sure you can catch fish dear?" He asked her teasingly and dodged away when she took a swipe at him. "Go get fish dear." He turned toward Horus after Rynn was a good ways away. "What does a Hunter and Shamen do for this tribe?"

Horus just watched the interaction with a smile before Robin finally started talking again. "mmm well..." he began. "I guess I'll start with hunter. Its pretty much like the other hunters, where they go out and try to find different food for the tribe. However Kemet has some dangerous predators so its encouraged that our hunters are well versed in fighting because its their job to also protect against threats they find. Normally they hunt alone but for special occasions we take on antelope and other such prey and normally the hunters have to work together. For Shamans, they have the normal role of healing other foxes but they join in to help teach the kits, they tend to the dead which hopefully we wont have to worry about for a while, they also advise foxes on their problems and they help take care of the modeities when they are resting in their shrine."

Pain in the @ss is lucky he dodged. Rynn didn’t put any real power behind the attempted swat at Robin still her liked to play with him like that. Just because I couldn’t fish the first time we met. He is such a smart alec. He is cute though.. I guess I’ll let him live another day. Rynn had gotten to the water’s edge and stared down into it. Sure enough her tribal elder was right. There were quite a few large fish not far out. Rynn slid into the water to drive a few of the plumper fish toward the shore so she could grab them in the shallows easier. With a wary eye out for threats she began to hunt for fish.
(let me know how much time you guys need to chat.. Rynn isn’t exactly the best fisher even if she can catch one or two.)

Robin nodded his head listening. "I think trying to be a Shaman would be interesting and a challenge to me which I would enjoy. However I know I am a good hunter and I want to be able to help. Shaman there is the possibility that I can and Hunter there is a for sure that I can."He mussed to himself and Horus. He nodded his head with the final decision in his head. "Yes a hunter would work, if that is acceptable with you of course."

"Yes It would be. I will be looking forward to it then when you decide. I'll update Persephone then that you will most likely join some time in the future. She keeps all the records and information that comes through the tribe. Dont worry she'll be sure to keep it a secret as well" Horus stated. he knew she would as well considering she had a mischievous streak just like him. "and for big hunts more hunters is always welcome" he nodded.
