Daisuke tried to ugh... Steer his attention away from the singer of their band, just to look as if he was out of the way and wouldn't be any more... Trouble. He listened until Jack had finished his riff and then looked over the set that had clearly taken a beating itself and figured he should probably do some damage on the other team. He narrowed his eyebrows and sighed, grabbing one of the actual drums and tossing it at the other band, clearly a pout on his face as he mumbled a 'sorry' under his breath.

Malodore winced - this was really getting intense, but you couldn't stop the metal!!
... Or something?
Ears ringing, the plague doctor hefted its guitar once more, but the poor thing had evidently been abused enough. Before Malodore could even lift the thing over its head, there was a sharp crack! and the guitar's neck snapped, leaving Malodore with a useless twanging mess of string and wood.
"It's up to you two," it called to Kasumi and G - the poor swamp monster looked about ready to cry again. Bother.

Oh no! Malodore's guitar had cracked! Gargantuan was shaking his head unhappily, ear fins pressed flat against his skin as though to try and deny the loud sound that was coming from the skellyphone. He was tired, and this really wasn't fun anymore--especially if they couldn't fight back! With a grunt, the monster flinched away from Daisuke's last attack, and retaliated with his own.
Heaving the remains of his drums up and into the air, Gargantuan's arms trembled briefly before he hurled the entire thing at the trio. Maybe if they'd just stay down they could all be done!
The swamp beast would have to bring them all frogs later--maybe they'd still want to be his friend after all of it...

Lucien couldn't take it anymore as a drum from the other team flew by his head. He fell to the ground, body sore from the abuse of his own team members, knocking over his skellyphone on the way down. His eyes were slowly closing as he looked at Daisuke, a smirk on his face, thankful that Daisuke was not the cause of their loss. And then Lucien was out, curled up on top of his skellyphone.

Watching as Lucien went down with a frown the only thing he could do was stare over at G and narrow his eyebrows in what could of been classed as a hell load of a puppy dog look, eyes wide at the remains coming towards them. He really didn't know what to do and so just stayed still like everything was in slow motion finally being flattened with the instruments sending him flying in to the floor like a tangled mess. The room started to spin, then Daisuke found himself slipping away to lala land as his eyelids closed shut.

Ah, sweet solace.
It had been one hell of a time, and he couldn't help but go down laughing, a trill exploding from his mouth, his smile stretching into a creepy green as he went down, making sure that the guitar had been carefully held. He would hold on to this beautiful piece of music until his own sitar had been fixed. But for now, he felt his knees buckled, and welcomed the sweet comfort of sleep with open arms. This would make an interesting story for the paperghost.

"IT LOOKS LIKE GARGANTUAN METAL HAS DOMINATED THIS STAGE! Let's give them a hurrah, a congrats, and well, give Darker Skies a lot of first aid. Darker Skies, you put on a good show, but it looks like your band career is over, at least for now. GM, you put on a brave front, and you will be advancing to the semi-finals.
