Joey after hitting the Regalplex, rolled to the outside onto the ring apron to rest up.

With Cain up and Joey on the apron, Joey leaped up on the rope and leaped off attempting a springboard tornado DDT.

Joey now found himself on Cain's shoulders sitting up. Knowing what Cain had in mind because of the earlier attack from Cain and Thorne, Joey attempted to counter with an inverted hurricanrana.

The bell rand and "Get Adicted" played on the PA, but Joey had a score to settle and refused to let go of the hold. The ref tried pulling Joey off, and he finally let go. Joey stood up raising his arm in victory as he watched Cain lay on the mat holding his arm.
