Alright...I have my costume done, but no good camera! crying
However, I do have my Jack-o-Lantern concept I made in photoshop, and my splicer mask I made...Ill submit those and try and take a good pic of my whole outfit in the next two days or so.

Now. First I have my splicer mask. I made this about two months ago. The original (Ice one) I made as an art project at the Nature Center where I volunteer, located near my house. (We had to make animal themed masks so I though, what the hell, an made it) Sadly, that was a bit too small for my head, so i made a second one.
I added the blood on the 30th, sadly, it wouldn't come off.
I made them both with (Surprisingly) paper plates, Popsicle sticks, Felt, Elmer's glue, and permanent marker (Black for both and then gold/silver for the details.)

Next we have my whole costume. Ive been wanting to be a splicer for a while, and now that I had the mask, it was just a matter of getting the tail-coat. Unable to find ANY tailcoats at any Halloween stores (Save for the piece of crap they had at Party-City) we ended up getting a suit at the thrift store that was too long for me and had my dads girlfriend (Thank god for her help) turn it into a tail-coat. Finally, I added some blood and baby powder (made it look dusty and dirty) And Voila:
