"I don't think I've seen you eat so politely," Klyde chuckled leaning against the table. "You know you don't have to pretend for these stuck up people sitting around us. I just brought you here for the food not for them." Klyde smiled resting his elbows on the table. He was glad she liked the steak though.

Klyde's smile faded, he had apparently upset her. It only seemed to make the pool of guilt sitting at the bottom of his gut deepen. Was he really going to make her life hell in the end? He wanted to make her happy in the mean time....but was that to cruel to do? Maybe it was his own selfish way of feeling a little better about it, not that it helped. "Hey, don't think about them then." He reached over to touch her hand, fingers lightly touching her knuckles. "It's just us here, no one else. If anyone bothers you I'll be sure to take care of them." He smiled a bit. "These rich bastards be damned, I dare them to say a word about it."

"I'm glad you liked it," Klyde smiled waving down the waiter to get the check. Despite how uncomfortable he had been Klyde still left the guy a decent tip. It wasn't like the service was bad....he probably could have gotten over the top service if he had been into that sort of thing. "Ready for the club...or clubs?" Klyde smiled offering her a hand up.

Pleased that she was taking his arm Klyde started to lead them out. As soon as they got to the door the hostess tried to wave to get Klyde's attention.

"Mr. McBane," She chimed hoping he would come over. Then she could discretely give him her phone number. Surely he would prefer to spend a night with her instead.

Turning slightly Klyde only offered a simple wave before he headed toward the door. "I think the club on fourth street is a good place to start. Its a nice place, music isn't super loud, there's dancing, and the drinks don't taste bad." He was apparently not going to give Ms. Hostess the time of day.

The hostess adorned a face of disbelief as Klyde and his date went out the door. He had just completely ignored her!

"Eh, heh," Klyde smiled nervously. "Hard to say." It was an honest answer and he really didn't want to venture into numbers. He was sure it would only make Riyo mad. "It shouldn't be bad, if so we can leave. Just give the word." Klyde smiled to her.

It was only a short walk to the club, a rather nice looking place called the Fox and the Hound. Music came streaming from the inside out into the street. Light techno it seemed which was common in most clubs now a days. "Care to go in and check it out?" Klyde stopped at the door to give Riyo and opportunity to decide. Far be it did he know a mass of Klyde fans were lurking on just the other side.

"Alright," And in through the door they went. It didn't seem too crowded though there were already a number of people on the dance floor. The room was lined with rather nice looking leather booths with tables for drinks, the bar was particularly interesting since it appeared to be lite up, the majority of the bottles giving off an odd glow under the black lighting.

"Care to dance?" Klyde grinned pulling his arm free from her's to only wrap it around her waist and pull her close. At least the kind of dancing he had in mind was club appropriate.

With a smirk Klyde came in close, his hand pressing to Riyo's lower back. "Probably not the kind you're used to if you've never been to a club." He chuckled as he moved them both to the dance floor and resumed the same position except he pressed close enough that his hips could show her's what to do. "Just flow with the music." He tried to instruct. Klyde was actually a good dancer but he was focused a little less on dancing and a bit more on just being close.

Mitsu, in her boredom, had made her way to the cafeteria to get something to eat. Normally she would have just gone down into the commons room of the dorm but it wasn't always safe. As was the case today. She was just about to go through the door when the phone she had started to ring. Curious, since no one usually called her, Mitsu pulled out her phone and looked at the number. A smile started to cross her face as she hit the talk button and held the phone to her ear. "Hello?"

Klyde couldn't deny he was a little turned on right now. Having Riyo so close and in nothing but a slip of a dress. If he could he would take her to the back and show her an even better time, but he had to keep reminding himself to work up to that. He was about to comment on Riyo's statement but another voice chimed over the music.

"Klyde?" Riyo had apparently spoken too soon. "I hadn't heard from you I was wondering when I would see you again." This time it was a blonde with hair cut to shoulder length, freckles covering her face. She had a bit of a southern accent but it seemed to suit her well.

Coming to a stop, Klyde looked rather wide eyed as he turned his head. "A...ah, Amanda. It's good to see you again." He tried to smile though it was obviously fake.

"It's Veronica," The girl pouted reaching out to touch his arm. Apparently him being with another girl at present didn't seem to matter. "I missed you, why didn't you return my call?" Her eyes finally caught sight of Riyo, as if the girl pressed closed to Klyde could possible go unnoticed. "Who's this?" Her eyes looked suddenly cold as she stared daggers at Riyo.

"This is my girlfriend." Klyde told her without hesitation trying to step away from the touch. He didn't like to be forceful where eyes could see, especially Riyo's. There was no need for her to know how truly horrible he could be. "I didn't call because I wasn't interested." He continued. "I mean, I thought your name was Amanda."

"I can be an Amanda if you like," Veronica said with a pouty face. It seemed rather desperate and debasing.

Mitsu's smile widened more, a slight blush crossing her cheeks that Desmond couldn't see. "Hi Desmond." She listened to the phone intently only glancing back to the door momentarily. "Homework? Sure I can help. I'll just grab something to snack on a be right there....So Klyde and Riyo are gone for the night?" Riyo hadn't said anything about being gone for the night....in fact....Mitsu was certain she had said she would be back later that evening. That was strange.
