Just a small thing -

I'm a little confused on how exactly he would make friends. I know that you said once he befriends someone he's fiercely loyal to them, but how exactly does he go about making friends with them in the first place? From how you've described him, he's cruel, sarcastic, egotistical, has a problem with authority, and spends his time "plotting the downfall" of other people.

I know a lot of character development stems from actually interacting with people, and sometimes characters turn a bit different as you roleplay them, so if you don't have an answer right now, that's fine~ It just seems like he wouldn't really make a whole lot of friends, considering you've written him as somewhat that antagonizes everyone he meets.

I'm afraid you have a lot of work ahead of you Masshiro. D: I'll try to keep the points clear and offer as much help as I can!

Species: If he is a Hitodama... why are other hitodamas around him? Because then those would be like other people. Also in being a hitodama, he would not get fox ears/tails/ect. A hitodama is human soul, and if they had any animal features, it' would be more along the lines of a firefly or a beetle. If you drop the fox ears and tail, along with the 'impossible' colors for humans, (it makes no sense that a human soul would have both black eyes and white hair. Picking one of the other to signify death works, and you could get the other later like at y2~) But drop the fox stuff, and stick to the human base, you're golden!

And I am going to echo others with how negative his personality is.
He's cruel, sadistic, flippant with authority, lazy, avoidant- and this makes up the majority of her personality. You hardly touch on his virtues which from what I can glean, are loyal... and that is just about it. To make a balanced character that people will find engaging and want to RP with it's important to have around an equal part good for all the bad.
You mention in passing how he's go with the flow... and that might be a good virtue! Is he non confrontational? Is he okay with others taking charge? What about if he's put into a position where he can't escape? Will he accept things and not fight in order to avoid confrontation? (And pls don't say he'd flirt :C, because likely flirting in such a position would not work)
If he's loyal HOW does he become loyal and why? If first impressions matter, that is something that should be in his personality, just as what makes him consider something a slight and prompting him to 'plot' against them.
If he'd confident, aside from flirting, what else might he be confidant in? If making a friend is so rare, HOW does he makes friends?

You can give him some virtues, and the main reason I am pressing on this is because if you have a purely negative character people are just not going to want to RP with you. D:

His history will also have to be heavily revised. He would not have been a well known fox in the human world. Again, a Hitodama is a human soul, not one of an animal. Your history thus, will have to be changed to fit into TiH canon. Not to mention he could not have been a multitailed fox in the human world.

Because his species does not match up and so much relies on it, I would highly suggest either changing it, or, looking for a species that fits better. You CAN make up your own species, so long as they fit into TiH. If you do go this route, outline his species traits, and keep in mid history will still have ti fit with TiH.

I know it's a lot but you can do it!

I realize you're still under construction, but Kitsunebi isn't an acceptable subspecies D:
It's the canon FEAR attack of one of our resident Kitsunes. It might be good to talk with lilwolfpard or demon_pachabel and ask them about their kitsunes if you're set on making them a kitsune type.

It might be best to create your own species so you can make him a ghost and retain fox traits.
