What the, holy s**t.
The only thing Themis could do was stand, and watch, really. Something in his mind told him that if he moved, the bubble he'd just formed would crumble and they wouldn't be any closer to getting that thing dead.
(Un)fortunately, Sailor Themis had a mouth, and he was very able to use it. While he couldn't just create sound out of nothing at all, his own voice seemed to have the same amplifying effect as ********* he sang the first thing he could think about.
"I WANT YOUR LOVE, AND I WANT YOUR REVENGE, YOU AND ME COULD WRITE A BAD ROMANCE~"
It was horribly off-key, and would have probably made any self-respecting singer die on the spot. But it fulfilled its intended purpose.

The bones of its body rattled even louder, which only added to the now ridiculous level of noise surrounding it. Two beings singing and bones rattling in a room that echoed on its own, but amplified was just too much. Almost like it was a cartoon, the Youma rather suddenly seemed to fall apart. Its bones clattered to the tile floor into a pile, causing even more noise. Yet the bones did not remain still.
The manx stopped her singing, the rather purposefully wandered over to Themis' leg. She bumped her head against him, as if trying to prompt him to stop singing.
Things weren't over yet, but if the boy continued to use his power for too long, he'd be completely drained of energy. After giving him her signal to stop, she wandered back towards the bone pile.

That seemed to work - the horrible, ear-wrenching sound that was the singing of Sailor Themis stopped, but he still didn't move. He was looking very damn weird, pointing out to the ceiling of a restroom like it held his salvation.
"Is it dead ?" He whispered, and with the field, it came out normal. To be honest, he was starting to feel... not so good.

********* rather easily adjusted to the whispered tone, but she honestly couldn't hear Themis too well. Her ears were still stuck against her head. In a manner similar to that of the coat adorned senshi, she whispered as well.
"Put your arm down, Themis. I can take care of things from here." She lowered her head so it was right in front of the clacking jaws of the Youma as it wobbled and rattled in place.

And so he did, letting the area of effect dissipate, and at least, it felt like the pressure that had started to crash down on him lifted, for the most part. He felt like he'd ran a few laps across the block - in term of tiredness, that is.
And then the bones started to rattle again, but... the cat said she could take care of it, right ?
Honestly, he just didn't question things anymore. Crazy a** dream.

"Ah... much better!" That feeling of Themis' attack against her fur was a bit irritating, but now the sensation seemed to vanish.
"Sorry, Youma, but you aren't going to have any starseeds today!"
The skull-like head clacked its jaws a bit as if it disagreed with the animal's statement.
With a feline smile upon her maw, she then called out "Enjoy ********* Special Surprise!" The silvery star upon her forehead glowed for a moment of an intense hot white color. Then all of a sudden, a burst of energy shot out at the skull. Upon impact, the skull seemed to explode into dust. The rest of it seemed to disintegrate without the head in tact.
As if it wasn't a big deal, the feline turned back around and rubbed at her nose before letting out a tiny sneeze. "Ick, I think I got some in my nose!"

Themis was able to mostly shield the dust from his face by rising up his arm - coat and scarf did the rest. So, it was... this thing was dead. Finally.
His legs felt like jelly, both out of execution and emotion - just what... what was all this ? Sure, he was convinced it was all a dream, but a part of him still wanted to know.
He knelt down. "Here." He tried to dust off the cat's face with the end of his scarf. "Do you... have a name ?"

"Oh, thank you, Themis. You are quite kind!" She purred lightly as she nuzzled her face into the scarf. It was always weird having Youma dust of her nose, so as best as she could, she blew her nose into the cloth to try and get it out of her little nose. Unfortunately, her ears were still against her head. Well, at least for a little while longer.
After finishing with her nose, she then began to sit on her hind legs and attempted to fuss with the toilet paper headband on her head. Obviously she didn't have any thumbs (at least in this form), so it was quite tricky to try to get off, especially since it was on so tightly.
"Could you... errrr... could you assist me with this?"

Oh, of course - the toilet paper headguard. He'd all but forgotten about it, in spite of how ridiculous the damn thing looked. A couple rips took care of that problem, and Themis picked out stray pieces from her fur.
"So." He asked again. "Do you have a name ?"

Much like how a wet dog would, the feline shook her head the moment her ears were free. She let out a sigh.
"Oh... much better!" With another rattle and loud jingling of her collar, she then seemed to settle in for questions. She glanced up, green eyes once more locating the pale blue ones behind the lenses of the boy's glasses. "Oh, I have been quite rude, haven't I?" She laughed a bit in a light airy manner.
"My name is *********. Pleasure to meet you!" She leaned forward a bit, as if trying to curtsy. "I will ask your name later... when you return back to your usual form, Themis." Since they were on the subject, the feline wandered up to the boy's leg and bumped her head against his shin. "Speaking of such... you should change back so you can leave and get home."
She smiled before laughing again. "I mean, I don't think you'd want the employees at this fine establishment to add 2 and 2 together about who Sailor Themis is."

"Oh, right." He'd completely forgotten that he was... well. Transformed. "So how do I-"
Just as he spoke those words, suddenly the coat and scarf were gone, just like the headband on his head, and he was once more a normal 18 years old boy in a ratty jacket, wearing a work uniform underneath, henshin pen still in hand. "Oh. That's how." It was almost comical, really. The pen was stuffed into his jacket pocket, which was then zipped shut.
He petted the top of her head again, and slid her down in her jacket again. "Ill let you out once we're outside." He promised her and, finally, came out of the restroom.
However, he was tired, he was aching a bit, and he was hungry. This meant that they were not leaving this fine establishment so soon - instead, he wandered up to the counter, and ordered some nuggets. He'd beaten up a dream monster, he deserved some damn dream nuggets !
And then, paper bag in hand, he went outside and let ********* out. "Im Xavier, by the way."

********* was quite cooperative. She didn't squirm as she was stuffed back in his coat, and didn't even seem to mind as he took his time exiting the facility. However, her little velvety nose twitched as she managed to catch the faint smell of meat from her current hiding place.
That smells good... I want some...
Once more, when she was released, she popped out and landed quite firmly on her four paws. The poor boy was going to get assaulted with kitty eyes again. Big, round, kitty eyes that wanted what was in the bag. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Xavier."
Her eyes didn't waver from the current target which was Xavier. She wanted him to share.

"Yeah, yeah." It was too bad she was probably a figment of his imagination - she was an adorable little talking cat.
Who was now giving him kitty eyes again. It didn't seem too hard to understand why. Xavier sat down on the sidewalk (his legs thanked him for the fact) and took out the box of nuggets from within the bag. One golden piece of chicken was pulled out, and he dangled it just barely out of her reach - all she had to do was leap to get it, really, but it was an habit he'd gotten with his own cat and treats. It drove Tempo crazy.
He figured it was okay for talking cats to eat chicken nuggets.

She sat herself down next to him at the curb. Her eyes were easily lured to the appearance of the piece of meat. When it was held over her head, she sat up so her forelegs could begin to bat at the meat.
However, unlike most cats, ********* was able to ask "Can you please let me have a piece? I'm pretty hungry." In all honesty, the manx almost looked like she was about to topple backwards with how energetically she was attempting to get to that piece of meat.
"Please, pretty please with sugar and fishcakes on top?"

Okay, this was adorable. "Don't topple over !" He laughed, before setting the nugget in his hand and lowering it so ********* could eat out of it.
He wasn't just going to put it down on the pavement, that was just gross - and he figured magical talking cats thought the same thing.
