"I can't imagine you've done anything that terrible," Riki remarked, amused. Leo's dramatic words didn't faze him--you grew up with three Daevas, you got used to such things.
He let the other change the subject anyway. Blowing hair out his face, he easily weaved through the forest floor. His wings would be cumbersome to someone less experienced, but he'd been in the forest long enough to manage them now.
"Might as well scout together," he said. "I think Ecthelion wants this party more as a unifying things than just...well, I don't know. Just a party. Seems like we might as well do this together."

Leo just shrugged lightly. No, it wasn't that he'd done something terrible. It just felt like he'd been sneaking about. Well he'd brought it all upon himself, and regreted none of it; fretting was just a waste of time right now.
He halted at the base of a tree with several low branches. A quick run, a little scramble, and he could be up in no time. He paused though, looking at Jiriki. "Normally I scout in trees, for a better look at the ground and to avoid larger predators," he said. "If you would prefer to walk together, though, I would be willing to stay on the ground."
Leo's amethyst eyes were bright with curiousity. It was true, the clan wasn't as unified as they could be. He honestly knew little about the other members personally, as he was more familiar with their positions and the work they did for the clan. He was willing to bet the same could be said for him as well.
((*pokes Eva* Just to get things settled in my head, cause I'm half stuck between human reality and Avatar movie. Is the forest about the same as it was in the movie, minus the alien animals? Like trees are the same height, some of the plants fluoresce at night, rainforest-y?))

 The white and purple swirled vixen was on her way to the place called Hometree. It was in the center of the tribes lands and was guarded like no other. What was she doing in another tribes lands? She was taking up the position of Career there and looking for her mate a green male who was a scout.
She traveled threw the undergrowth of the forest with out much difficulty. She only stepped on the large roots from the trees and hoped from one to the other. Why was she playing hope? That was because she didn't know yet what plant was what and if it was poisoness or sacred to the tribe. So to avoid the mess of getting in trouble she would travel using the roots and if her mate was near by he would see her since he always traveled by the trees.
