"First - that the Kazekage saved my life." Karonashi had caught the enraged reaction from the Jounin when he spoke of the Kazekage. Then he sighed and shook his head.
"Never mind, that didn't matter to Anna-san, why on earth would it matter to you." He muttered under his breath then straightened up.
"And as for what it was that I need to tell you, it's easier to show you. And know that I'm doing this because it's best if you know more of the capabilities of those under your lead." And with that, Karonashi unwrapped the bandages on the hand that had been turned into raw meat clinging to bone when last Kakouton had seen it.
Now though, the hand was perfectly fine, as if it was never damaged in the first place. And as Kakouton watched, the skin on the back of Karo's hand bulged just above the wrist before a thin spike of a white substance erupted through the flesh, piercing a fly that had gotten to close to Karonashi's ramen.
Karo flicked the fly off the end of the spike and retracted the substance back into his body.
"From all of the searching I've done, I'm the first of this bloodline to be awakened in many decades. My full name is Karonashi Kaguya Roivas."

Karonashi blinked in shock as he took the hitai-ate from Kakouton. He stared at it for a long moment then nodded once and slipped it on around his throat, tying it in place there, just above his collar. The teen sat down into the seat and rested his chin on his palm as he pondered something. Finally he shrugged and looked up.
"Sensei, please keep this to yourself. It's better if I have something unexpected up my sleeve. If people underestimate my skills, I'll stand a better chance if that monster ever returns."

Karonashi smiled gratefully as he sat back down in his seat. He glanced at the older man and blinked.
"Sensei, are you planning on continuing the bell test for the others?" He was curious to know. If Kakouton was planning to, Karo wanted to get permission to start learning whatever he could - he did not want to get caught incapable of defending anyone ever again. He knew that he would need to start learning weapon styles, and begin training himself from the old scrolls he had found around the place where his bloodline had awakened, but he wouldn't be able to do that if he was required to help the others finish the test.

Karonashi nodded slowly as Kakouton spoke. He pushed his chair away from the table and stood up, fishing out the coins to pay for his meal. It took him a moment, because he emptied one pouch of coins, then another, and a third before he had enough. He grinned sheepishly as he glanced at Kaku, hoping that the man wouldn't realize what was odd about the bags.
"Alright then, should I head over to the training grounds and let the others know?"

Karonashi blinked down at the coins that he had apparently pulled out for no reason. He rubbed his face tiredly and pulled out his actual money pouch and scooped all of the coins into it, then sealed it tight and slid it away. He bowed to the ramen shop owner and headed out, aiming for the training grounds so that he could inform the others.

Mizax was strolling along the streets of Kumogakure, ushered in the direction of the ramen stand by the smell of the food. It had been awhile since she had been able to eat, since the slums, and nature she was familiar with were not present in this area. Here is was a giant village, buildings and people everywhere. She couldn't fit in despite enrolling the academy, and was having trouble due to sleeping wherever she could find a safe place. An aspiring shinobi who was homeless, it wasn't exactly the best position to be in.

As she neared the ramen stand, an almost nostalgic head of hair slipped into her view. She couldn't quite put her finger on it-- she stopped, gasping to herself. It couldn't be the man she had been with in the slums of her home village. He was exceedingly tall, but there was no mistaking that hair. It was so unique that she would be able to spot in a crowd of people from the top of a building. An almost giddy smile curled her lips as she sneaked over to him, launching herself into the air, locking her legs around his hips, and grabbing onto his chest.

"Hi!" She semi-shouted into his hear. She was really happy to see him.

xxxxThe girl gasped as his hands roughly grabbed her shoulders, tossing her over him with little effort due to her size. She was still confused when she hit the ground, all of the air escaping her lungs. Even with that, she didn't notice the kunai coming down on her to end her life, with a simple 'Hello.' Luckily though, the man seemed to calm himself and the weapon only nicked her neck, sliding into the dirt below her as she stared up at the man. Using what he had taught her before, she took advantage of his distracted-ness and swiped the bag of money, quickly hiding it among her person.
xxxxShe was able to catch her breath as the man seemingly contemplated his actions, withdrawing after a few seconds. Not a single notice went to the grasp he had on her clothes, as she usual didn't mind it due to her background. When he helped her back up from the ground, she quickly dusted her self off, seemingly pouting at the man.
xxxx"Well then, sorry Mr. Bigshot, last time I saw you, you were showing me how to steal from unsuspecting victims. You have a very flattering greeting Karo-kun." Mizax said.
