Noel comes from a family of thieves. Rather prestigious thieves that have stolen strolls from nearly every nation. Their goal was to learn as many things as they could from the villages around them and make a hopeful take over of each and every village using their own techniques, plus other techniques from other villages, against them. Unfortunately, villages caught word of this growing nuisance that at first became like a little thorn in their side, to a poisoned thorn in their side and needed to be dealt with immediately. As one could have guessed, the ANBU of some villages were sent out to destroy this irritable family of shinobi. The fight took a couple of days, seeing as most of their tactics were being used back against them, but eventually the St.Pierre's came to a fall and disappeared as nuisances in history.
Noel who watched the slaughtering of his family, took it into himself to bring back the might and power of the St.Pierre's. In which he pushed himself to learn the ways of the shinobi so that one day, a village would run under his might and thumb; and no one shall forget the almighty power of his rule. Or so he dreamed..

Growing up in the Village Hidden in the Mist, Doku was quick to learn the ways of the shinobi. She was born in to an middle class family in the center of Kirigakure. Not having to venture in to the markets often, she hadn't made herself aware of thieves. However, she was taught well how to defend herself if need be. Doku quickly advanced to becoming a genin, when she first met the thieves. They began to steal her equipment, until she released several mid-ranking technique. Being able to do so, stunned the market's people, and put them in awe at the small girl. She eventually was entered in to the Chunin Exams, and passed them with little trouble. Her written exam was where she lacked, but excelled in the fighting exams. After becoming a Jounin, she set out on many missions, as well as took a three year leave to learn to be a better shinobi, as well as being selected as a person who was in-line to becoming an ANBU. When she returned, the village was attacked by many unsuspecting foes, each armed with magnificent summons and deadly weaponry and skill. They ended up defeating the Mizukage, and decapitating him. Upon her arrival, she fended off at least one quarter of the village, and was awarded the title of Mizukage. Since then, she has rested in her office, not doing much.

Phantom voices behind us, and the warmth of my mother becoming my fortress. Water freezing on my cheeks as they bled pink, a hand to my head and she pulled me into her chest. Frantic, I could barely understand her through the erratic sobbing she made. Her makeup was ruined, Wasn't Mommy suppose to always look pretty? She had to please her customers, they wouldn't pay her if she wasn't. My Mommy needed this money, she said to me always ' One day, we both will run far from this place....back to a home of our own '. I liked these words, they were my favorite to hear just before I went back into the closet. My arms wrapped around my legs, it was hard to sleep when I heard the sounds of my mother in pain...the monster that was outside of these walls came everyday to harm her, I was too frighten to come out until after the monster left and my mother appeared to the closet door. ' O-okay...Mommy....I'll stop crying...' I answered, and I wanted her to do the same. Out here...we were running? Wasn't home close? Home was so close, I wanted us to go together. I thought back then, her tears were that of joy.
