He's a lot worse... him and nerd are tough to get by... bt I'm fine with what I can do now smile . You said nerd is tough? Nerd of all people is the last of all people I'd think would be tough? And who are you saying is worse Gregar or Wood? Personally I think it's equal. Though Gregar does yell a lot more but Wood has a tendency to insult you in ways you didn't know you could get insulted. Actually I only said nerd cuz I whine to him all the time lol. Wood is just... brain racking. Greg is just... sephirothy. lol.

Hinote Tosatsu #1. Wood is nothing like Greg. Seriously. #2. Akura, I hate to say it, but on the chart Wood made up, I'd place you at illiterate. #3. Kumo, Yes, yes I did. And why am I not on the list of interview people? I'd be good at that. Illiterate.. maybe when I first got to POTS... Or when I'm bored... And they didn;t pick you cause they want to actually have crew members xD

Lol alright Hinote you can go before Wood.
That makes things look bad for people. If you get pass Hinote you have to make it pass Wood and then me. I think Tsubaka might go easy on people if they can make it that far. Though then again he has been getting a bit more assertive nowadays, perhaps he won't. However if people make it pass Hinote and Wood then I will know they'd have the skills. I'd be basing my interviews on a number of other things though you need more then just skills to be a crew member.

Real Life Situations
Two people are fighting in an OoC thread about a recent RP battle. RPer 1 is accusing the RPer 2 of God Modding while RPer 2 says that RPer 1 was Meta Gaming. You have read the posts yourself and you think it could go either way. Both RPers seem to be highly annoyed and their fight is getting heated. Some of the other members are starting to get involved in the dispute as well. You are the only crew member online and this problem needs to be resolved now. What do you do?
I'd tell them to get over it or take it to pms.
Bobby and Sally are two members of the guild that seem to have been friends for a long time. One day they seem to have a fight. Bobby called Sally a know it all b***h and Sally called Bobby an annoying little ******. You see this dispute quickly getting out of hand in the guild's chatroom and you know some members may be getting offended by what is being said. What do you do?
I'd tell them that they where great friends and if they don't stop they'd ruin that.
It's a pretty casual and relaxed day so far and you have been given the duty of double checking the customs that have been approved to make sure everything that has been accepted has been accepted properly. You see a custom jutsu that seems massively overpowered and you think it was only accepted because the crew member, Dante828, is friends with the person who submitted the application. You don't like Dante and you know that he is a total douche and bringing it up might cause a huge dispute. What do you do?
I pm a V.C. or the Captain about it.
Recommendations
Please provide us with 3 recommendations.
1) from a member of the guild that you have helped.
2) from a guild captain of another guild that you have been a member of.
3) from a member of the DON crew.
Note: If your application is accepted you will have to complete three interviews via PM. One from the guild captain, Tsubaka. One from the guild vice captain, Mistah. One from the other guild vice captain, Wood. The first interview will be with Wood, the second will be with Mistah and the last will be with Tsubaka. If you prove yourself to be a great asset to the guild crew then you will receive a promotion.

Hmm well actually four interviews is a bit much. I think I'll just have you do the crew evaluations. Unless Wood wants to give you his interview spot and do the evaluations. Or if you'd rather be the acceptor of the applications and then we just do the interviews of those who you accept.

What are these evaluations again? Oh wait, I think I remember now. Nevermind. I could check the applications, yeah. But... Well, not many would get past me. Suggestion: The scenario questions should change every so often, because the first two both have the same answer, and are simple to solve. As soon as one person answers correctly, everyone is going to just copy that answer.
