 ~ Jasper~ Jasper smiled as Chance leaned in for the kiss, receiving it calmly as Maxi had just returned. With a muttered "Thank you" he adjusted his rice to make room for his main course, which would come soon. As the stove-top was set aflame, his initial reaction was to set it out with a quick Mud Shot, but thankfully, he soon realized that Maxi had meant to set it on fire. Deciding it was better to not act like a total spazz and fire mud at the stove, he relaxed and resolved to enjoy the show that was about to commence.

  Chance---&--- MaxiMaxi started with Chance's veggies, pouring them onto the hot plate.
They made a hissing, sizzling noise as they hit the hot surface.
A very tender, lovely smell arose.
"Wow, it's so cool watching the stuff being cooked in front of us..." Chance purred, resting his head on Jasper's shoulder.
Maxi showed off his expertise with a knife, flipping it around his head and cutting the vegetables with ease.

~ Jasper~ Jasper nodded, watching the masterful Toxicroak in awe. He inhaled deeply, letting the aroma of cooking vegetables invade his senses. It was simply fantastic, the smell, and it filled him entirely, which caused his mouth to water. "Mhm, and it smells amazing too~" Okay, now he was really hungry. Although he was rather torn between watching Maxi's amazing skill with the knife, and asking for their food a bit faster. He resolved to just continue watching, figuring the second option would be rather rude.

Chance---&--- MaxiChance kept watching as Maxi pushed the veggies aside.
He then took out a various mixed of shellfish.
Clams, oysters, mussels, the works.
"Do not blink," The Toxicroak said with a smirk.
Tossing the shellfish up in the air, he swung the knife with lighting speed.
The shells landed in a tray on the cart, while the meat flopped onto the stove and sizzled.

~ Jasper~ Jasper continued to watch in awe as Maxi continued his amazing display of culinary mastery. The smell of his shellfish was almost as amazing as the vegetables. He definitely made the right choice for his order.

Chance---&--- MaxiMaxi smiled at the looks on his customers' faces as she took out Chance's beef and began cooking it as well.
The Gliscor's veggies were about done now, so he scooped them onto Chance's plate.
The Gliscor eagerly took a bite with his fork.
"Oh my ARCEUS! It's amazing! Here!~" He cried, sticking some more veggies on the fork and pointing it to Jasper so he could have a bite.

~ Jasper~ Excited to finally get to try a bit of the food that had such an amazing scent, Jasper eagerly accepted the offering. He chomped down on the fork, removing the small roasted vegetable with his teeth before thoughtfully chewing on it. The small bell pepper nearly exploded with flavorful juices as he chewed, the taste of the roasting flames and it's natural flavoring coating his mouth with their euphoric sensations. Sweet Arceus, was everything at this place means for an mouthgasm? As he savored the final bit of the vegetable, he decided he sure hoped so.

Chance---&--- MaxiMaxi then finished with the meats, placing each on the tray of their respective buyers.
"You need any'sing else, you ring ze' bell," He said, placing a small bell on the side of the table for them.
He then cleaned off the stove and left them there to eat.
Chance took the first bite of his beef.
The tender meat bled into his mouth, the salty, umami taste of it filling his tastebuds.
"I will never appreciate food the same way again..." He said in awe.

~ Jasper~ Jasper nodded to Maxi, expressing his understanding, before the Toxicroak left the two of them alone. The aroma from the shellfish on his plate wafted upwards, commanding Jasper's attention. Hungrily, he stabbed at a Scallop with his scythe, piercing it, and then brought it to his mouth. The soft shellfish nearly melted in his mouth, its perfect texture only being matched by its perfect taste. "Mmm, I agree~" The natural saltiness of the fish combined with the residual juices from the beef and vegetables to form the most amazing of flavors. Arceus, if the food tasted this good, he could only imagine how much it cost!

ChanceChance couldn't even believe food as good as this could even exist.
He'd been used to generic meals in his team room, most of them requiring Opal to simply heat up like a microwave.
This was gourmet, though.
And for the small price they charged here... Totally worth it~

~ Jasper~ Jasper grinned at his partner, plopping another piece of shellfish in his mouth. Once again, the flavors blended perfectly, creating a flavor that could only be described as umami. "Ha, you expected otherwise?~" He was teasing of course. Chance was right though, Jasper doubted he could've picked a better place if had wanted to.

ChanceThe Gliscor stabbed the last of his beef and devoured it, savoring the flavour of it.
Smiling at Jasper, he put his claw up on the Kabutops' thigh.
"Hehe, well, you definitely impressed this boy tonight~"
His tone was soft, and even a little bit seductive.

~ Jasper~ Jasper finished off the last of his shellfish, along with his rice, and chuckled slightly at Chance's actions. "Now, now, I may not be shy anymore, but that doesn't mean we should forget this is a public place~" He smiled and lightly stroked Chance's claw. Thankfully, Chance didn't have "skin" persay, and Jasper's hand-scythe didn't cause any mood-killing injuries.

"Well then, why don't we go to a not-so public place?~" He purred with a wink.

The Gliscor leaned forward, closing his eyes and softly touching his lips to Jasper's.

~ Jasper~ Jasper cocked an eyebrow and readily accepted the kiss. It was nice and all but he pulled away after a few seconds, "My my, Chance, aren't we feisty tonight?~" If this was going where he assumed, then Chance was definitely a brave one. Twice in one night? It'd be a miracle if he would be able to sit down comfortably any time soon.
