Shayna skipped down the street, Blood trailing slightly behind. From the corner of her eye she spotted a familiar brown hair colour and a pair of blueish wings. She turned her head and surley enough it was Taka. Shayna's face lit up and she slowly crept up behind the angel and covered Taka's eyes from behind. "Gues whoooooo!!" Shayna let out a slight giggle.
Blood walked a bit slow, admiring the things in store windows and bright neon signs. It wasn't every day that Blood got to window shop.

"I keep stuff in my music box," Taka felt the need to share with Eamane. "But I can't tell you what. Only bunnie here knows that, 'n I promised him I wouldn't tell anybody else." Maybe it was Eamane's small size, or perhaps it was her voice; but Taka was chattering happily away as though she'd known Eamane for years.
Sarielle, meanwhile, had grown even more embarassed, as she dealt with the uncomfortable impression that the woman thought Sari was trying to pick her up.
"Oh, no, I-" she halfway started to explain, then decided against it. It could only make things worse, so she resigned herself to leaving the woman to think whatever for the moment. "Not an angel? I apologize, but the wings intrigued me," she said, glancing down to Taka. This woman, at least, couldn't possibly think the child was strange.
Bug appendages randomly began to sprout from behind the purple-haired woman whom she had given directions to. Sarielle stared. (Think o_O lol)
"I...need to get something from the apothecary before it closes," she said then. "Ea, watch Taka for me, will you? Ladies, excuse me for just a moment." She left before her mouth completely hit the floor; she didn't want to be rude.
((And I'm out for the night. Work around me however. ^^ Blood, sorry ^^; It ties up Shayna, I know. razz ))

(( 4laugh shankuuu!))
Subo stopped berating herself when she heard a familiar voice. Turning around she saw a familiar floating green thing with four arms and a very familiar head of black hair. Mumbling to herself, she walked over to them
"Why. Are. You. Here?" she said through clenched teeth.
"Uhm..." the man with the black hair stared at her. "You..weren't back yet?"
"...Well, I haven't been gone long enough." she replied, and shooed them away before walking back to the group she had just left.

Eamane's smile was full of understanding "we wouldn't want to break trust with him right?" she winked at the bunny rabbit "besides a girls gotta have some secrets right Bunny?" Eamane glanced at Sari and nodded "of course"

"Oh..." Owle said. "It's alright. I..."
She trailed off as the woman's eyes bugged out, staring at the doughnut-seeking one behind her, no doubt. If this woman thought wings were unusual, doubtless she didn't even know what to make of spider legs. She'd probably just recently come to Gaia. Poor thing. She was in for a lot more shocks...
Owle watched as she made a hasty retreat, and settled down to wait for her to return. She wanted to talk to the woman more, especially since she seemed to be the intriguing child's caretaker. Owle had met other winged beings, but usually they were demons or angels...none she had met had had small, colored wings like hers, or the child's.
While waiting, Owle examined the strange acquaintances of the doughnut seeking one. The man she assumed was Faras...but she'd never seen anything like the greenish thing.
((I have to go, too. Night all!))

Subo blinked slightly at the odd look, before craing her head around to look at her back. Hope I didn't scare her away... she though.

"Shayna!" Taka flashed a million-dollar smile, as excitement echoed through her voice. She didn't need to see to know who stood behind her.
----
Sarielle grabbed herbs haphazardly inside the apothecary; how could she run off and leave Taka like that, even if it WAS with Eamane? Rude or not, she didn't like the Herald being in such strange company without her.
She didn't wait for change, but did take a moment to try and collect herself before she strode into the street once more, to be met by an extremely unusual collection of people! A man now stood by the purple-haired woman; and a four-armed greenish blob was there too. Shayna had her hands over Taka's eyes; that meant Blood also couldn't be far behind.
"Thanks Ea," she said at first, then turned to the others. "By the way, I'm Sarielle," she said by way of introduction. "You seem to be unfamiliar with the town, so if there's anything I can help you with let me know." Sarielle was determined to do her best to make amends for her hasty exit, but still didn't look at the purple-haired woman straight on. Bugs were one of the few of God's creatures that she abhorred.

Subo sighed as she saw the woman-Sarielle- avert her eyes whenever she glanced in her direction. Sigh. Oh well. She turned around, gave the man some money and some hasty directions to the donut shop and shooed them off again. Both left with a rather blissful look on their face as they imagined the mass amounts of donuts that would soon be theirs. "Oh, uhm...I'm Suboshi, but everyone calls me Subo..." she said, wiggling her fingers in a breif wave.

Elf was walking down the street, her nose stuck in a book. "Ack! I can't get it out! My nose!" She pulled harder and tried to get her nose out.
Even though there was nothing there, she acted as if there were little grubby hands holding her nose in. In reality, she was at a good part and simply could not tear herself away.
Elf was fairly short. Not too short, not too talk. She usually came up to most people's shouldere, there abouts. Her hair was always changing and was currently a dark red color. Her signature pilot helmet present as well. This day, she was barefoot.
"Mrph!" Elf grunted as she full-bodily ran into Subo, a hairly arm rubbing her face. With her nose still in the book, she swatted at the unexpected limb and tripped, falling heartily on her butt and the book landed further away.
"Owww..." she rubbed her sore bum and looked up at the group, surprised, "Erm... HI!"

Subo squaked slightly as somone ran into her, and them began swatting at her spidery arms. She turned around to see who it was, and couldn't see anyone. Uh... she though to herself, before realizing that the person had somehow fallen down and was now sitting on the ground. ".....Hi..?" she said hesitantly.

Elf stood up, wiping off her skirt and pants from any possible dirt. "Why are so many people standing in the middle of the...." she was about to say street when she realized they really weren't in the middle. Instead, she had swerved a bit in her reading instead of going around, which there was a better chance of her doing if she had just looked up.
"I'm EchoLimaFoxtrot, or Elf for short, I guess. People call me Echo as well. I respond to both," she blushed and hunted for her fallen book.

"Um...I'm Suboshi, or just Subo'll do too.." she said, picking up the book that had fallen near her feet and handing it to the somewhat embarrased woman.

Wow. Just when I thought things couldn't get any weirder, Sarielle thought, as a girl wearing a pilot's helmet and pretending her nose was literally stuck in a book rocketed into Suboshi.
"I'm Sarielle," she said again, assuming Elf hadn't heard.

Taking the book back, Elf smiled up at Subo and then to Sarielle, "Nice to meet 'cha!"
She looked down at the book and frowned, flipping through the pages. "Crud! I lost my place!"
With a final sigh, and curse under breath, Elf stashed the book into her jacket and looked around the group, noting faces and looks, "So, erm, what is everyone doing, standing around here?"
