Watching as she'd gone to sit down on the ledge, Koyuki looked into the tent and wondered if she should try and lead to getting in like she was supposed to. Yet...the geisha instincts pulled strong and she felt that it would be horribly rude of her, especially since this vixen didn't seem to be in a hurry to go anywhere. With the water bottle in paw she too walked to the ledge and sat down a few feet away; looking out to the vast sea ahead.
"You made wonderful timing then if you hoped to get here before the weekend." She commented, looking over with a soft smile. "I've never been here personally, but with questionable beach activity back north i'm sure this beach will be very crowded when the weekend hits!"

Finally moving down to some familiar territory, he looked over to the inland and say the orange tent and the red kimono of Koyuki. He didn't see the other until the blond hair caught his eye and then finally the rest was visible to him. Another person.
"I see you made it safely Koyuki" he called out as he approached the camp, giving the other a wary look.
Yes...when the weekend came, she would be hear and ready. "I guess good timing is essential." she murdered, and would have answered to the rest, but was soon cut off. Her head snapped to the new comer and her ponytail lashed at the air behind her

About to open her mouth to respond to the stranger, the shifting sand gave way that someone was approaching and upon looking over she was delighted that it was none other than Jerome. A bright smile stretched on her maw as she stood, looking over to him before giving a short wave. "Ah, there he is!" She breathed out a sigh, glad he made it back none the less from whatever that thing was.
Turning back to the vixen she nodded her head "It is for sure." Once more looking to Jerome she nodded her head, the news would just have to wait while she was still about. "For the most part yes, I'm glad you're alright as well. I do have to thank....er..." Crap, she never did grab the vixen's name! Turning back with a bit of a sheepish smile, she bowed her head. "I apologize that I never introduced myself....I'm Koyuki.."

He skirted around the vixen, swearing she had seen the femme Fatal before, and moved to Koyukie, plopping down beside her and finally removing his helmet and immediately fixing his hair. "Are you feeling any better?" he asked quickly before giving a suspicious look to the vixen.
While Koyuki introduced herself, he decided to be somewhat courteous and do the same. "Jerome."
Watching the tall mechanical beast stride past her she scowled, and held back an out of character growl. This wasn't her first encounter with a Spartan. Her attention however had to focus on the other for a brief moment as suddenly she was expected to follow an introduction. "Ah...Koyuki..and Jerome. I'm Samus..Aran" she said bitterly. Those words that moved past her lips were painful to her

Lifting her head slightly as Jerome rounded the femme, Koyuki followed suit to sit down once he'd taken his spot beside her and removed the helmet. It was then that she noted the suspicious look he gave the female...were they acquainted? None the less she focused her attention once he asked her how she was, and nodded her head.
Reaching out to place a paw on his leg, she turned her head fully to give him a clear "Later" look before breaking out in a smile to mask the uneasiness her body was currently causing her. "Much better, yes."
Hoping he would get the message to drop it till they were alone, she looked back over when a name escaped the female's lips. "Samus?" Noting the strange tone of voice, she flicked her tail onto her lap and decided to leave it be since it was more pained than anything to her ears. "Its a pleasure to meet you then."

Catching the look and that gesture from Koyuki, he decided it better to just leave any pressing questions for later as he figured she would want anyway, but the moment the name escaped past the vixen's lips he scowled a little.
"Samus Aran...The Intergalactic Bounty hunter..What could you possibly be doing here?" he frowned, not at all trusting what he was seeing or hearing. If she was here, then where was her suit...where was her armor? too many things that needed answering
"Agreed" she said to the vixen but soon saw the male, now dubbed Jerome, starting to hassle her with a question. It was only fair to give him an answer. "In all honesty, I'm here because of the recent attacks occurring on the East coast. They are connected to a creature that is possibly a danger I killed a few years ago...or so I thought." she explained with a small sigh in her voice.

"Bounty hunter?" Koyuki echoed, raising a brow as she felt a lot of the conversation was now over her head. However she knew it was for good reason since she'd never obviously been off the planet or well, knew anything about space until Jerome showed up in her life. Quieting down as the two spoke, she remembered momentarily of the monster in question on the eastern shore....but did she really face off with it before?
Feeling that pain return to her stomach, she fought not to let it show as she slid her hands together and set it on her lap but close against her abdomen to press against that pain. Goodness.....its just so soon... Koyuki thought as she looked down and spaced out for a moment, her heart clenching as she realized the twins might just get another set if she was feeling similar to her first pregnancy.
Looking up to catch a bit of the conversation, she tilted her head slightly. "Are you going to go kill the creature...?"

He raised an eyebrow at her intentions, as he still had so many questions to ask. "And this creature is called? And why aren't you at the East coast where it's at?" he poked further, trying to figure out the angle of this bounty hunter. However his peripherals caught Koyuki.
He tried not too look at her too much as she knew they would wait for the alleged hunter to leave, but he couldn't help flashing a look of concern to her.
Frustrated, she stood and crossed her arms again. "The creature is called Dark Samus..It's my dopleganger that has mutated to horrible lengths in order to combat me. I believe it is coming here soon to kill beach goers." she explained facing away from the couple, sensing that there was more going on than the geisha let on. She wasn't stupid, she knew the other fox was in pain.

Listening in probably wasn't the best of ideas she had, the idea of some rampant monster surely wasn't high on her list to see right about now. None the less, she did catch that look of concern which made he feel awful for not saying anything....but it just wasn't like her to openly announce things which were of private nature. Koyuki was sure that Samus had little to no interest on that aspect as it was clear she was here for the creature.
Coming...here? If the running hadn't flushed the colour from her face, the news of that murderous creature coming to these shores sure did the trick. Eyes widening in her own silent revelation, she knew they they needed to stay here - they had a mission to complete. Also, what of the foxes who would flock here come the weekend; surely they couldn't just leave and not be around to warn and send them back to the inland? Yet if this was going to be like her last pregnancy, she would be out of commission before she knew it...and then what? At least she had the care of the doctor at home and was safe in her own house....but here.....anything could happen.
It was that notion of torn responsibilities which had her head spinning once more; as it wasn't just about her again in all aspects....each with their own danger, own consequences. Looking like she was about to be physically Ill, the vixen turned abruptly and staggered onto her paws. "E-excuse me please... " She barely stammered out before taking off into the trees, not heading far as she knew she wasn't to exert herself and curling her body behind a tree and out of sight. Resting her head on the trunk of the tree, her paw found its way to cover her mouth; wondering what the heck she was going to do now.

Dark Samus? Doppelganger? ugh...more questions he thought to himself as he tried not to look to interested. While the idea of a feud had brought both hunter and hunted, the fact that said feud was going to take place on one of the most crowded beaches had him uneasy.
"So...how do you intend to stop this..." he paused as Koyuki suddenly excused herself and too off into the trees. He watched and soon stood, also excusing himself as he strode off after her.
He followed her to the forest, but only a few seconds behind, she had vanished from his sights. "Koyuki?" he called out, stopping for a moment and looking around
She whipped her head around once more to catch a glimpse of the Vixen standing ruggedly and quickly excusing herself, soon to follow by her mate. When the two had vanish, she smiled and sighed. Leaning back against a palm tree. "I thought those two would never leave....." she mumbled as her gaze drifted to the ocean

Slowly letting her paws drop to her abdomen, a saddened grin crossed her lips. Why can't I ever be ecstatic when I find out such wonderful news like most mothers..? They were not unwanted by any means, but surely a few more weeks without the trials and tribulations sure would have been nice. Her thoughts were short lived as she heard Jerome follow after her, her ears folding back as she wondered what he was going to say this time.....and well, prayed he wouldn't faint like last time since there was no way she'd be able to drag him back to the tent.
Walking out from behind the tree, the vixen still was a little wobbly on her feet as she stood a few paces away from him. "I'm here..." She spoke softly, not moving her paws from their place on her tummy as she gave a weak little smile. "I'm....sorry for acting how I did.....I really don't feel well."

He spotted Koyuki, who was now walking from behind the tree. She had trouble walking and her paws were over her stomach. "Did you eat something bad?" he asked, thinking it was possible as she only seemed sick in nausea. Very little did Jerome knew at this point.
"Well maybe I should get you home where you can rest. You don't need to be out here when you feel miserable." he explained with a concerned look on his face, unsure of whether he should go to her, or stay where he was

Shaking her head gently, the vixen's brows knitted together as she realized this was much easier to do last time....even if it was just blurted out since he wasn't understanding the doctor. As her ears further slid down the side of her head her tail curled slightly around her leg....but she knew she had to tell him; he was her mate after all...it would all be alright.
...Right?
"I haven't eaten anything....but i'm not sure if going home would be the wisest choice..." She wasn't sure if she'd even last a trip home in the state she was in, and soon found her gaze drifting to the side. "Listen....I really don't know what is better if I stay or go; there's a lot riding on both." Well....at least that she'd been thinking of for the past little bit.
"Jerome....I'm pretty sure i'm....er.......well..." Slowly turning her head to 'peek' at his expression, her body seemed to slump as she took a breath to just blurt it out....it really was something she was good at. "...Pregnant."

His gaze fixated on her and his look of concern started to vanish as she started to explain very confusing things. He blinked and raised any eyebrow to her rambling. "What are you talking about?" he questioned taking a few steps forward, but soon being hit by the incoming bombshell. His face snapped to utter, but silent shock. In fact, his entire body froze for a moment as he swore he lost consciousness for a moment or two. He wasn't sure if he was still standing or if he had fallen, but he was certainly very well aware of the dangers, but sudden joy.
For a moment he regained control of his body and tried to say something, but only uttered a few nonsense words before letting the brevity of the news hit him again

"J...Jerome?" Koyuki stammered, walking up to him as she waved a paw infront of his face out of concern seeing him almost stroke off like that. It concerned her that she didn't know what was going on in his head nor did he allow her any sort of direction from an expression or even words. It was just....nothing, well, okay, something akin to nonsensical shock but still.
None the less, she decided to continue. "What I was saying before....all this running must have done something wrong....i've been much too dizzy and light headed since running to the tent and of course coming here; and this pain isn't something i'm comfortable with..." A look of concern fluttered across her face as her paws once more found their way over her abdomen, wondering if she'd already done irreversible damage to the pregnancy or worst....the kits. "I don't know what's wrong....but I just know it isn't good."
