I'm a little worried about the clause saying it can be lvl 50 or 100.
You should probably just set it to 100 because some people might not understand that there are different mechanics involved for battling at lvl 50. For example, blissey using seismic toss isn't nearly as effective at lvl 50 as it is at lvl 100 because now the base power is dropped to half. Also EV investment has to be re-calculated. Some stats at lvl 50 are odd numbers thus throwing off the even investment of EVs and slightly changing your pokemon's ability to fulfill its role efficiently. This could be used to one person's advantage at the cost of another player.

Mhm, well it was added more so that members with Pokemon not quite at Lv. 100 would still have a chance to battle. Though I would prefer to keep it and trust the members here not to take advantage of each other, I'll ensure they don't and remove it.

Everto of Umbra
I think the best way is to have them Lv. 100 all around, but you and your opponent can always cut the level down to 50 if you need to.

★ Ah, I see... Thank you for clarifying that.
Unfortunately, not many of my pokemon are quite there yet. sweatdrop (Level 100, I mean.) ★

I don't think that you need to worry about not being at level 100 if you want to battle at level 100.
Since it is going to be wifi, you and your opponent have the option of battling at level 50 or 100.
If you both choose level 100, yours and the opponent's pokemon will automatically be leveled up to 100 for the battle then after, it will revert to it's original level.

★ Ohh. I didn't know that.
Though, I still have another problem... I have a really unstable source for wi-fi so I don't know if I could manage to even battle my opponent. -__- I guess I'll just have to wait until the next tournament or until I get my problem fixed... ★

OU means overused. overused pokemon includes salamence, blissy, garchomp, tyranitar and other pokemon that is mostly used in competitive battling.

Except that Salamence has recently been upgraded to uber status, which makes it unavailable to the OU tier.

I understand. I don't use Salamence anyway. My team consists of- Oops, if I told that, I'd be easier to beat.

I'd say we need at least 13 people.

Agreed, that's the least number of members we can have but more would mean better competition.
