Hibiki Kirisho - Squad Nine Captain - ================================================ The gods trembled The demons flocked”What?” Hibki exclaimed, utterly shocked by Kodo’s response and how casually he said it. It was understandable if he was accidentally killed during training, but the fact that his corpse was simply dumped into a river was outright rude ”Wait right there, Captain Kenpachi.” Hibiki spoke, his voice becoming much more serious than before ”I trust you are aware that what you did is a crime. Not only did you fail to inform the Gotei 13 of this, but your treatment of this boy’s corpse was uncalled for, especially given the fact he was your lieutenant.”
Hibiki stared at Kodo’s back, his mind ready to bind him with a Bakudo if so much as moved. True the Captain’s reiatsu would most likely paralyze him, but he sincerely doubted he could outmaneuver a Rikujokoro ”Captain Kenpachi, kindly explain yourself right now, or I’ll be forced to haul you in for desecration of a corpse, by force if necessary.” with that Hibiki steadied himself, eyeing Kodo as he waited for his response. He was still not in fighting condition, not after fighting against Zenos in the previous war. But he’d have to disregard that for now if worse comes to worse.

םєsɪʀє υɴʟєαsʜєם, ѡαʀ ɪs ɱʏ םєsтɪɴʏ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Kenpachi Kōdo ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 11th Division Captain "Tch..." Koudo stopped dead in his tracks, but not because he was scared of Hibiki or his threats. Now he was completely annoyed. It was one thing after another; first the brat, then it was that annoying ugly girl in the forest, now it was some girl wanting him to admit to what he did, which only served to land him in some trouble. "Pain in the a** woman..." Exhaling a sigh, he turned around while Airi retreated behind him, timidly taking his insult because she knew this was her fault. Or at least, that's what she deluded herself into thinking because she liked him too much to blame him for anything.
"Look kid, if you wanna arrest me, do it. But don't insult me by saying ya can match me in a force contest. Even with that power ya got inside, I'm still better than you. So." Sauntering forward, he thought about what was about to happen. It was a pain to be arrested, but if he resisted it would be even worse in the long run. He may have been a muscle-head, but he wasn't a complete fool. "What's it gonna be, champ? Three months?" As he approached Hibiki, he pulled a mocking grin, but put his wrists together like he was prepared to be handcuffed. Although he didn't look the type and despite the fact that he could easily do so, he wasn't going to run off.
[Meh, I don't mind. Short posts are necessary sometimes. If want, you can just take him away now.]

Hibiki Kirisho - Squad Nine Captain - ================================================ The gods trembled The demons flocked”Yes I’m quite aware of your capabilities, captain.” Hibiki replied, grinding his teeth behind his lips as he glared at Kodo ”The title of Kenpachi isn’t just given away after all. Though that doesn’t give you the right to act high and might either.” he was well aware of the difference in power between them. Even if his zanpakuto could certainly outmaneuver Kodo any day of the week, it wouldn’t mean anything if the man could just paralyze him with a glance. Scoffing at him as he continued to mock him, Hibiki swiped his hand in the air, utilizing Bakudo #1: Sai to restrain Kodo’s arms behind him.
”Honestly? I have no idea. I’m not on prison duty after all. I’m just doing my job as a captain.” with that Hibiki turned around and saw his squad member, having finally pulled himself together after getting stunned by his previous reiatsu burst. Scratching his chin, Hibiki debated with himself for a second, on one hand he had to turn Kodo in, on the other he had to go to his office and write down a list for what was stolen. He certainly couldn’t leave Kodo in the hands of an unseated officer, the man could kill him just by spitting at him, though then again he didn’t trust any of his squad members with the paperwork either.
”Right then, you. Take Captain Kenpachi to 2nd Division. Tell them he’s charged with desecrating the corpse of former 11th Division Lieutenant Shiruba Uingusu by dumping it in a river after a suspected sparring accident.” instructed Hibiki before grabbing the man by the shoulders and pushing him towards Kodo, much to the officer’s shock and horror ”I’m going back to the press to check up on the damage. Captain Kenpachi, I trust you’re man enough not to break free and kill this man, before running back towards your office, right? Alright? Alright then.” then without giving either of them a chance to reply Hibiki vanished with a Shunpo, heading straight towards the 9th Division as if nothing had happened.

םєsɪʀє υɴʟєαsʜєם, ѡαʀ ɪs ɱʏ םєsтɪɴʏ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Kenpachi Kōdo ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 11th Division Captain [Few blocks East of the Academy]
"It's not arrogance if it's true, kid." Kōdo cracked a smile at Hibiki's expense, finding his opinions amusing. He said nothing after the fact and quietly allowed himself to be bound and then left under the charge of shaking officer. A gleam passed over his eyes, the chance to torment this young man was too great to pass up. "This'll be fun." His remark, which was made menacingly, turned the shaking man into a boy, causing him to urinate his pants and drop to the ground. Koudo was disappointed, saddened even, that the officer had taken the fun out of it all by giving into his fear so quickly. "Ah, come on you freaking baby." Kōdo whipped his head in the other direction, then began to pad off towards the 2nd Division. The officer remained rooted to the ground, and sensing that Kōdo would get lost and possibly blamed for not arriving in a timely manner, Airi scurried to his side and promptly lead him in the right direction, away from the shaking man-child.
