Ronnel set the bundle of arrows down on the ledge nearby and stepped away from it. He would have to do this differently, the last one hadn't been effective enough. He had the vague feeling that he was going about this the wrong way, but with the lack of definition, there wasn't much choice.
He forced energy out of his body into the air between himself and the bundle of arrows, supersaturating it. When he had enough in the air for what he intended to to, he cut that and focused on the manipulation of that energy and the air it was in. The ranger created a series of mini-vacuums that led along a path from the arrows to himself, creating each one just as the arrows filled the one in before it.
It was slightly tiring, but he had the arrows safely in his hand.

Then later Kora came back with the Ranger and the Combustion bloodline book. "OK! Lets see." She said as she open up her book. "Here's one. Charged Arrow. You must charge up your energy to the tip of the arrow before firing to your target. Just a normal tip of the arrow is enough to pierce into a inch into iron. If the arrows wore B-S Rank, it can go right threw the metal... Try practicing it on the targets we have here. Start off with the wood and then move on to the iron... Practice your aim and the amount of energy to the arrow and you'll got it in no time." Kora said to her.

It saves a lot of space. :])) ((6 post)) Charged Arrow Rank: D Description: A very simple skill. The arrow you have drawn is normal or relatively normal to its kind. You create a sharper edge on the tip of the arrow using your energy and draw back on the bow. This will make any normal arrow cut an inch into iron. B-S rank arrows are going to go clean through steel with three inches of thickness. This attack costs D energy but has the power of a C rank for masters it becomes B ranked but costs C energy. One of Ronnel's eyebrows rose at the description, but he nodded and pulled out an arrow to try the technique on. He brought the arrow up to eye level and focused his gaze on it, wondering just how different it would be to fill it with energy instead of the air around him.

Slowly the ranger began pouring energy into the arrowhead, trying to reinforce the metal that created it. His first clue that something was wrong was when the metal began vibrating in place, even though his hand remained steady. The trainee tossed the arrow away, and watched in shock as it disintegrated on the floor.

"Well. That obviously wasn't the right manner to go about things." Ronnel frowned and pulled out another arrow. This time, his efforts at reinforcing the metal were much, much slower. He started at the back, filling it up with half as much energy as he had used on the first one, and proceeded along the length of the arrowhead in that manner.

The teen pulled his bow off of his back and fitted the nock to the string. He turned towards the range and sighted on a target down the field. With a smooth motion, he brought the bow up and pulled the string back. The arrow flew outwards, only to thud into the target he had shot at. Ronnel frowned and pulled out another arrow, and shot this one without charging it. The results were the same.
"Ok, I seem to be missing something there."

Ronnel pulled out a fourth arrow and studied it for a long time. He frowned slightly before his eyes widened in realization. The ranger put the arrow to the bowstring and began charging it in a manner similar to the ones that he reinforced before.

This time though, he strengthened the tip of the arrowhead until it was shining with stored energy. When he saw that, Ronnel finally lost the frown that had settled on his face as he pulled the string back. This time, when the arrow hit the target, it sank in halfway. He nodded in satisfaction.

I know you...  River and Tsume made their way throughout the city, her eyes bewildered as she saw for the first time in years. She was actually using a skill known as Sight...an ability in which she can see everything that Tsume sees by using the psychic connection and a bit of energy. Arriving at the Kusana Firing Range, River and Tsume walked inside. Her mind, her vision showed her this exact moment, and as she walked through the halls of the massive building, she became nervous, for though she had seen meeting the Queen, she did not see how she would react. Seeing the woman in white (Cause you were wearing white in your previous pic XP), River approached her and bowed. Tsume meanwhile ran behind River's leg and peeked his head around it. "Queen Kora Summers..." she said waiting to be adressed before speaking.

"Nicely work Ronnel." Kora addressed to him. "Now maybe we can work on your bow and arrow skills for it. One of them is called is Double Strafe. It-" Kora was about to explained it tell her name was called.
Kora turn over to the little girls voice. It was the same girl that Kora saw from the medical Center that toked bad wounds "Oh! Hello there girl. It's good to see you up and walking on your own." She said happily. But then Kora tilted her head a bet puzzled. "But wait... how did you know my name? And..." Kora spotted that the girls eyes white, a sign of blindness. "Your blind!... How did you even find me blind?" She said worried.

I know you... River tilted her head slightly as the Queen approached her. "My name is River!" she exclaimed with a bright smile. "And this is Tsume!" she added as she stepped to the right so that Tsume was revealed. "River, be careful...who knows what she's going to do!" Tsume spoke, though River would be the only one able to understand what he just barked. "Be nice Tsume," she scolded as she turned back to the Queen. "Mind told me. Mind told me to go and find Lady in White and mind told me that you are Kora Summer."

"M-Mind?" She said like she believe the girl is being crazy. But she wont go to inclusion righting away. A blind person, that is still able to move around. Saying that their mind guided them to the person. She then remember on of the bloodline she read before. "You must be a Seers.... am I correct?" She asked her.

I know you... River had a puzzling look on her face, having never heard the term seer before. Since the age of seven she was used as an experiment for the the goverment of Pronta. The scientists cut open her brain in order to not only replicate her seer abilities, but to try and make her into the ultimate ninja assassin. So River knew she was special, she just never knew what she was, and although she was a genius, she was mentally unstable and acted like a mere child the majority of the time. "A seer? Can River eat it?" she asked. "Wait what...food? Where?"

"Uh, no. You can't eat it. It's not food." She replied to her question. Kora could explain all the stuff about the seer to clear things up, but it doesn't seam like a time to wast the day light. "Anyways, what do you want with me, River? Is there something you wanted?" She asked to her.

I know you... River began waving her arms out frantically, using her hands as mannerism to further make her story even more intense. "River woke up in train with Arete Muse and went to Dark City. River went all over the place and then went to Dead Place and blam! Floor falls down. Then bad bad person inside and River fight bad person, and BOOM! Dead Place begin to fall down and Luna is stupid and says bad things to River, so River go other way and finds Woof Woof Tsume. Arete Muse tells River to wait at Loud Place and then Mind tell River to run away, bad things happen in Dark City and Mind always tell River, so River listened to Mind. Mind told River to find the woman in white, that woman in white will help River grow strong," River explained to her, meanwhile Tsume wagged his tail attentively as he listened to the story.

A girl for her age probably is normal making un-clear story. From what Kora could only tell that she had such a adventure. "U-Uh... Is that so? Uh, well. Were did you come from, miss River? Don't you have a home you needed to inform someone about what happen to you? I'm pretty sure someone would be very worried that you mite be missing." She seat out some things first. She's been find from the front gate of the City and brought in injured. pretty sure she belonged to someone else that watches her.

I know you... River's eyes widened, as she began thinking about who she belonged to, that she needed to inform them of what has happened. Fear overtook her, her entire body began shaking violently as if she was having a seizure. River fell unto her knees, clutching unto her hair and pulling on it as she looked down unto the ground, shaking. Tsume, looked horrified, until he too began to shake as well. The mind connection that the two have made was powerful, everything he thought, she thought, everything she thought, he thought. In turn, everything she felt, he felt. "River was running...runing from the ones that take you. They're the ones reaching and doing. They're the ones...everywhere, and the hands go everywhere... when you brush your teeth and, and nobody said anything...and then they come, take you away. Do as your told little River! Two by two. Hands of Blue. Two by two. Hands of Blue," she chanted as she clutched her hair tightly with both hands, continuously shaking.
