Skill name: Fire fang Rank: ?? (I need help with this) Limits: Well, judging by the name, You have to have the fire element, and well, fangs similar to a dog's teeth.... Remi's Hell hound transformation does this, and hell hound NPCs it quite possible. Skill description: Well, what it does is that it increases temperature the hellhounds teeth, and when bitten, it will burst into flames, not hurting the user, but causing elemental damage to the opponent. Sample:
Remi, was told to demonstrate a new move that he learned, from his.... hell hound form? Remi stared confused, as he was in a blank room, and sighed. He sat down, gathered the dark energies, and with a *POOF!* Remi, was what looked like a puppy of a hell hound. He wagged his tail, and barked abit, as a bunch of automative training dummies entered the room, and he ran over quickly towards the dummies. (well, as fast as a dog could, anyways.) Remi's teeth heated up, as he chomped onto the wooden dummies.... As he done this, the spot that he bit burst into flames, and the dummy (since it was made of wood) caught on fire, and was engulfed by the flames, as he ran over back to his master and sat down acting all puppy-like.

Skill description: A clear, yellow-sh, rounded shield covers around the clerics body in a shape of a sphere/ dome. It's big enough to cover the clerics body and four other people if the clerics wish to protect someone by holding on to them. The Barrier sphere can hold up 12 B rank attacks, A rank well crack the shield, S rank well clean it threw. The cleric can have this barrier in any place. They can be on the ground(even laying down on the floor) and their shield looks like a dome, in the air it looks like a sphere. ---------------------------------------

Skill description: Possible one out of any few skills that a cleric can use to attack. The cleric will hold out one of their hands and sends out a white light energy that spread outwards for only 5 meters wide, and far as 6 meter. The light energy that hit's any enemy's will has same damage like they would got hit from a truck. With any enemy with un-holy energy on them(undead, necromancer, skeletons, ghost, ect) well cause more damage to them. ----------------------------------

Skill description: A improvement from Normal Heal, it can now heal the major organ including the brain and heart. But it can't bring them back to life wen they died. --------------------------------

Skill description: The Cleric shots out beams of energy out of the tips of it's fingers. It works just like a regular gun but the ammo is from the energy. It's not that deadly to any objects(giving only bruises) except for enemy's this dark energy/ body (well hurt like a real bullet).

Instead of breathing a breath of an element the user has, they instead shoot out a ball of energy that is made up of the element. The ball is about the size of a basketball, and can only launch one at this rank. Two at Expert rank, Three at Master Rank and Five at Sage Rank. If the draconian's element fire, they'll launch a scorching ball of fire, if the element is wind, they'll fire a concentrated ball of wind. If the element is earth, they'll launch a concentrated ball of green energy with stone and earth coating it. If the element is Water, they'll launch a ball on concentrated freezing water.
Skill Name: Energy Quake Rank: C Limit(s): Beserker | Any Element | Master Skill Description: Concentrating energy with the element of fire, the user brings the energy into his or her fist, condensing it for a post. As for that, Fire erupts fire, earth shatters, Wind rises from the ground and shreds, and ice simply spikes. It's why I said master.

I know these might be a bit too much (screw it, they're probably going to be flat-out denied sweatdrop ), but I just wanted to see if this idea would work. I mean, there are S-rank attacks that have a tad bit to do with elements so I figured why not sweatdrop . Besides, I did use some science/logic to figure these skill out... kind of >_< . If they do get accepted, I'd like to keep them as my own personal skills sweatdrop .
Skill name: Ember Rank: D Limits: Must have a string instrument (Sirens cannot use their voices). Must be able to learn minstrel skills. Skill description: With enough friction, it is possible to create fire. By playing on the strings of a stringed instrument with enough force and combining the spark of fire with a sound wave, it is possible to magnify the flame and create a fire attack from an instrument. This ability, though, requires a sound attack (ex: War Song, Sound Wave) or some other means of transportation/magnification (ex: wind magic, more fire magic) if it is to create something even resembling a fireball. When used with fire magic, it adds more fuel to the attack and increases it by one rank. By itself, Ember will simply create a spark that will be able to light a fire but has little to no actual battle-use. For the most part, Ember is too small and the sound waves carry it away too quickly for it to damage the minstrel's hands. Sample: Feather dashed into a narrow alleyway, only to skid to a halt at a dead-end not long after she had dashed into it. Turning around, the girl could hear the footsteps of her pursuers, bounty hunters after the wings that she had just had to show blatantly in the market earlier that day. the girl thought as she remembered the incident that had forced her to reveal that she was a siren. However, she didn't dwell for too long on the thought, knowing that she had to act quickly if she wanted to get away without creating any casualties. As the sound of the footsteps continued to get louder, a sign that Tsubasa was running out of time, she quickly strummed twice on her instrument, using up energy to first create a spark and then to create a note that would carry the spark. The result: a large blast of fire that seemed to explode upon exiting the alleyway. Hopefully, Feather's move would deter her pursuers. If not, then she was basically screwed….
Skill name: Spark Rank: B Limits: Must have a string instrument (Sirens cannot use their voices). Must be able to learn minstrel skills. Must remain still or the effects will wear off immediately. Skill description: Static electricity is created by constant friction. By furiously playing the strings on a stringed instrument, the musician can surround himself/herself with static electricity for three posts with just one post of playing. For two posts after starting Spark, no skills can be used with the fingers (basic stuff like holding onto objects allowed, but stuff like playing more songs or using an archery skill are not allowed). The static electricity will painfully shock anyone that comes within a 5 meter radius of the bard. It is mainly meant more for trapping weapons (mainly metal) before they reach the bard, stopping other electrical attack from reaching the bard, and keeping people of adept rank and below (people that would experience severe pain when touching the barrier) away from the bard then for shocking anyone to unconsciousness. Anything within a 50 meter radius of the bard will have static electricity as well for up to five posts. While the only physical indication of this static electricity is the slight rising of hair, it can either lower the cost of electrical attacks by one rank or raise the power of electrical attacks by one rank. The outcome is decided by using a random number generator: 1-Lower the cost 2-Raise the strength Sample: A series of furious strums from Tsubasa caused the hair on everyone's neck to rise as static electricity filled the air. As she blew on her burning fingers to cool them down after practically burning them with friction, the girl watched as bullets were caught in the magnetism of her electric shield. An adept berserker tried to get in a hit, only to have a painful shock delivered to his system while Feather easily dodged the punch that was delayed by the electricity. As for the arcanist, well, Feather had to be slightly worried a bit later on but, for now, she was safe from any electric attacks (attacks that her own move had powered up) that the magician had to offer.
Skill name: Chill Rank: C Limits: Must have a wind instrument. Must be able to learn minstrel skills. Skill description: By drastically decreasing the temperature of the wind that is blown out of a wind instrument and tying that in with the larger-than-average lung capacity of minstrels, it is possible to significantly decrease the temperature of an entire area. The skill, Chill, does exactly this, with the addition of focusing the coldest air into the center. While left alone, this air will simply dissipate into the rest of the coldness. However, it can have devastating effects when tied in with sound attacks like Warning Song and Shockwave or any other attack that can move it to the desired target(s). In this form, the move that is powered up with Chill will have some sort of extremely dense (like a glacier), extremely cold (way below freezing) ice on it (ex: a solid wall of ice charging at the target for Warning Song). Even without using the ice attack component of Chill, the sudden decrease in temperature itself will lower all of the abilities, speed, etc. of everyone but the caster by one rank unless the others have some way to combat it. In some cases (ex: cold-blooded creatures), Chill could even cause sleep by the second post. Chill needs to be played for two turns and lasts for five turns. The ice blast can only be fired during the first two turns. Sample: Tsubasa could not believe what she had gotten herself into. She had found a random and interesting looking cave and had decided to go on an impromptu spelunking trip into it. She wasn't lost, no, she could hear the breeze that signified the exit, but the problem was getting there without being devoured by the huge spiders that were blocking her way. Between dodging their hairy legs and their poisonous jaws, the small girl just barely managed to get in enough time to play a song of the cold and chill of ice, which she first used to push the nearby spiders away by empowering her Shockwave skill with the ice of the skill she just used. Immediately the temperature dropped and the spiders immediately became more sluggish. From there, it wasn't too long before each and every spider dropped down to sleep because of the cold. Her path cleared, Feather quickly and carefully hopped over the spiders before breaking out into a full-out run for the exit.

Skill description:This is a unique healing skill, in which when this healing is performed, the user 'absorbs' the damage taken, from the areas that was gotten hurt. for instance, if the target was hurt in the arm, the user heals them, then the cut appears of the user's arm. Next, the user can put the damage onto another person, that is, if they can hit them with an index finger or palm of their hand. it can appear of plants rocks, and the ground, but it would just become a hole. of course, if the damage there is higher than the user's rank to be able to heal, they cant do it. This, it the counter version of healing, So types like demons, Necromancers, and other unholy types, as well as certain bloodlines like Succubi, Feral and Dreadnoughts can use instead of the holy healing. Attempting to heal someone of the Holy class Will cause pain to them. Middle classes that are not to the light or darkness will not be affected by the healing, but only to the damage. Works on the user. Sample: Remi yawned, as he followed his Sama (master) around queitly, as he attempted to mimicking his master's movements, as they were jumped, and they used a healing technique on her, as his Master screamed in pain. "So.... She's a necromancer....." one of the jumpers grinned, as they grabbed Remi. Wonderful.... a cleric woman and a ninja woman.... Just, GREAT. "Let go of me! Sama! I'll help you! SAMA!" Remi panicked as the cleric kept on hitting his master with holy healing. He was crying and panicking, to the point he bit at the ninja woman's arm. As the woman screamed, and smacked him, she automatically felt sorry for what she done.... Well, Remi was an incubus, so what do you expect? Remi ran over to his master, crying, and full of tears. He growled at the other two women, who were staring at him in awe. Remi pressed his hand over his master's wounds, as they all slowly began to heal, as Remi was starting to gain them, as he was in pain. He slowly walked over to the woman, (who were at this point cuddling him) and he pressed their skin at the ame time, with both palms of his hands, and screams could be heard, as the cleric was in more pain than the shinobi, in which the damage on Remi was split between the two people. Remi ran back over to his master, as he tugged on her to get her moving, before the cleric had any chance to heal them.

B=Almost like being in a room that is 135 degrees Fahrenheit. A=Burns right through flesh on contact. S=Incinerates any thing in its way.
If it uses ammo how much:
Limits: Paladin
Skill description: [three post to do. Chant on the first two and then the skill can be used.] A tricky technique to use while alone. For an assured use, the user will have to be accompanied. The accomplice will hold off the enemy while the user stands completely still, Chanting. If the user is touched, he must start over. The technique takes 1/2 of the users OVERALL energy no matter what rank. [Meaning if the user has 1800 energy but used 950 of it, the technique may not be used.] But the tricky part is that the users friend may get caught within the light. The user will Rise into the air and will use their energy to make light shoot out of their armor. It shoots at a 90 degree angle with the user as the starting dot. Anything behind him will not be affected.
Sample: Jasper and Conner ran, but it was no use. They were being chased by several Lycans and Vampires. Finally they caught up to a dead end, and jasper looked at Conner and nodded. He began to Chant in an ancient language. Conner rushed forward and took out his two revolvers, he shot a vampire in the arm but it just healed and kept walking. As Jasper chanted, Conner continued to shoot at the them but he knew that it was futile. At that moment, Jasper rose to the air. "Holy Light: Ascend!" His arms were spread as a small light began to grow. All of the sudden, a huge light burst from Jasper and the Vampires who were caught in it were caught on fire. Jasper fell to the ground, panting. ---------------------------------

Limits: Wind element | Katana like blade
Skill description: By infusing the blade of a sword with wind element, a thin aura of wind forms around the blade. This increases the cutting power of the sword, allowing it to cut material denser then the metal of the blade (ex. if your sword is made of steel, it can cut through steel easily and cause damage to harder material). This can be maintained for up to five posts, ten posts when Adept. However, this skill has a side skill. By releasing the energy while in a slashing motion, the user can release thin blades of wind with the same cutting power as that of the rank of the user. At trainee and Novice rank, up to three blades can be created. At Adept, six blades. At Expert and Master, eight blades. And at sage rank up to twelve blades can be made. After the number of blades are met, the aura vanishes.
The cutting power of the wind blades as follows. At trainee rank it is capable of cutting through flesh and clothing, and leave deep scratches in weak metal thats more then two inches thick. At Novice, it can cut through bones and weak metal like iron and material like rocks. Leaves no damage on steel. At Adept the blades can now easily cut through bones and iron, being able to leave cuts in steel three inches deep. At Expert the blades can now cut through steel thats less then 6in thick and can leave deep scratches in harder material. At master these blades have potential to cut through buildings and material more dense then steel. Very few objects can stand in the path of these blades and not meet their end. Sage is unknown.

Skill description: A technique useful for when needing to carry a good number of weapons and objects, but need to travel light. By drawing a seal on the said object and then drawing the same seal on the body, the object can be sealed into the seal on the body. This way, you can carry alittle more then usual, and still travel light. To summon the weapon, simply touch the seal and the weapon will be called upon. However, once a sealed weapon is called on, the seal vanishes and would have to be reapplied. Up to five seals can be on the body at a time.

Skill description: A stronger version of the regular claws, the user's arms and legs takes on the appearance of its true dragon form, making them half as strong as they would be in their full transformation mode. However, it has a unique perk to it. The claws on the arms and feet are shrouded with the user's respective element, giving it certain properties depending on element. This transformation can last up to five posts, continuing it will cost C rank energy per post
Fire = A strong burning effect Water = A freezing effect Wind = A sharper and more ranged effect Earth = More durable effect.
(side info: When half the strength, meaning plus 4 ranks due to the full transformation giving a total of +8. Also, obviously being the stronger version of claws it can do some serious damage to steel and such. Use common sense))
Sample: The Waktu leaped back avoiding the claw of the werewolf, drawing out his blade in time to catch the blade of the other shinobi. He was a werewolf too, and their strengths were even. Suddenly, wind swirled around the blade, creating a spinning wind aura like effect and it began cutting through the opposing sword. Before the lycan could leap back, thanks to the Waktu's long arm he was struck in the chest by the free arm. Using the opportunity of the airbourne prey, Raiden slashed twice in an X form at the airbourne lycan, sending off two lines of wind at him. Shruikan was facing off the other Lycan, when it saw it partner fall into pieces of being slashed by the wind. Roaring angrily it turned intending to go after Raiden when Shruikan distracted it with a roar. Using the distraction he tapped his arm, over two seals next to each other and in a small puff of smoke a smoke bomb and a flash bomb appeared in his hand. Throwing them at the werewolf's feet a loud explosion sound with a burst of light went off, following by the smoke bomb releasing smoke with a foul smell in it, throwing off both the Lycan's sense of smell, hearing, and sight. The Lycan moved in circles, trying to clear its head when it opened its eyes in time to see a black scaled dragon claw with fire around the nails slash across his face, killing him.

@kage: All Accepted but make Spark a B-ranked skill. Also don't make a habit of making skills that simulate elements outside of the user's main element.
@keishi: Your custom.....is very confusing. Who is this supposed to heal, exactly? I get that it can heal or hurt people, but can it only heal unholy beings and only hurt holy beings? Or is it a choice to the user? What are the ranks of healing that you mentioned the user needed to be to use the different degrees of this skill? And what rank is this skill anyways? Is it supposed to vary or were you just lazy and didn't know?
@hiro: Denied. This skill is really only useful at A and S rank, and while I know that you only made this skill because you plan on using your succubus to fly up as high as it can and blast everything in its way I surprisingly don't really care about it. What I do want to know though is how far does this skill reach and how wide is it? And does this skill reach underground?
@tenshi: Why man? Why oh why do you have to make so many damn custom skills!? gonk Alright, lets break this down....
Energy Quake: Denied, just straight up. I know urban tried to help you edit your way through it, but still not nearly enough.
Dragon Claws: Denied, you're just trying to make a stronger version of an already existing skill and I don't like the terms of the skill or the unoriginality.
Weapon Calling: Denied, the max number of weapons a person can carry is 4 (unless swordmaster). No skill or talent can change that. Take that away and all you really have is some hidden weapons in scrolls, which is fine I guess if you want the ninja feel of it but it does seem rather pointless since weight doesn't factor in very much in terms of the user's speed.
Blades of Wind: Denied, too much for too little rank and no sample.
It seems to me that your main problem with these customs is that you try to fit too much into a single skill. Its a really REALLY REALLY bad habit tenshi! scream That, and you tend to make skills that have a lot of power really low rank. I mean Blades of Wind sounded like a simple idea when I read the title. Using wind energy to shoot sword-like blades out of a katana, sure. But then you said that it increases the cutting power of the sword itself to the rank of the user and lasts for ten posts which means that by Sage rank this one little D-rank skill is going to let the user's blade cut through anything for what will probably be the entire fight because lets face it, fights usually don't last much longer than 10 posts if that. Then you were saying that instead of one blade it'll create multiple blades that increase with rank, only making this one D-RANK SKILL even MORE OP than it already is! Seriously dude, wtf were you thinking? *grabs and starts shaking around* WTF MAN!? scream Did you really think, for one second, that this would be accepted? If this was supposed to be some kind of joke then you could've at least tried to make it funny. Maybe something like, "Skill Name: Super-Special-Awesome. Skill Description: I win" or something like that! Damnit dude you didn't even make an rp sample for most of them!
But I digress....
For future applications I suggest you work on correcting these habits so that you'll have a better chance of having some of your ideas accepted next time. By the way here's some ointment. *hands shruikan some ointment*
