MireilleOneechan I made my throwing bones, my mortar +pestle, wand, rune cards, candles (not often though) staff, wolf statue. How did you make your own mortar and pestle??

I would just find a suitable flat stone that doesn't chip easily! And another to grind. Then you'll have your top and bottom piece. Just choose what is wich and start grinding!

I um, sculpt... And paint... I'm kind of an artisan...
I've made insence burners that symbolize the union of the God and Goddess with the earth in their designs and glaze... My friends really like those. I've also made runes out of clay and a process called raku, which means unplanned happiness in Japanese.
I've also made my own wands before. When I travel I have a knack for finding the rock with the crystal in it (assuming I'm in a location condusive to such) and from that I'll cut and sculpt the crystal myself. Normally I just do runes but I have done designs before.
I also do jewelry out of wire, hemp, and anything else that strikes me. So sometimes I'll make a peice spesfically for a ritual I'll be doing, then wear it untill the task or whatever is compleited.
I'm actully going to learn glass blowing within a year, so I suppose you can check back on me then ^.^

If you've never seen glass blowing you might want to watch this . It's of the murano glass blowing company in venice one of the most famous glass blowing companies in the world. The man talking has a heavy italian accent so you might have to listen hard to get everything he's saying. But its good information and shows you the process ^.^ !

Kusukai Does anybody actually grow their own herbs? I do. I like to make my own essential oils as well. It makes me feel more at home when I am using them. The store-bought stuff is just too chemicalized. Omg, i love growing herbs! My mom has this really wonderful garden that she's spent so many years cultivating and three or four beds are for herbs. And I agree, the storebought ones in jars are usually pretty bad, and if you buy the plant, it usually looks so weak and small.
