Vampire growled low in the back of his throat at Mallow, the fact was he did want blood but he would not take it in such an undignified way. Plus, something told him that she expected him to take it... and Vampire always strove to the opposite. "You do not need to tell me of the power of blood," he started, knocking her paw away with his own. "But no thanks... there is no honour in taking offered blood." And no challenge, but he decided it was best not to say that part.
He stayed on edge, read as always to pounce if needed. She had attacked twice now without due cause and he expected she would like try a third time. Of course if she did he would be ready.
Feeling slightly grumpy as a cloud of annoyance set in around him he took a few steps away from Mallow and sat down, rest his head on his front paws as he watched Mallow and Niamh.

Mallow wiped her paw on the ground. She gave a sigh. Just when things were feeling fun and exciting, they were going back to being perfectly boring. She looked over to see Nia was still here.
It gave Mallow more of a heart warming than she would have expected or wanted to know that Nia wasn't judging her for the violent behavior. Mallow just couldn't resist those urges sometimes. Though she was calming down, and it was hard to antagonize for fun if the toy or plaything in question wouldn't fight back or get mad or anything. Where was the fun in that?
Then, Mallow remembered that she was fighting with him to begin with over her ownership of this spot. She gave another sigh. Ugh! Well, maybe just for this one night. She'd just let him be. She really didn't have anything to worry about. After all, he was just gonna stay above ground, right? or was he actually planning on sleeping in the den?
Deep down, she started to feel like wanting to apologize to him and resolve it. However, Mallow still felt rather proud. As it was, she really didn't like having such a feeling as an inclination to want to apologize to anyone for anything. Still, that brief skirmish short as it was had won Mallow's respect and approval. She was liking him a good deal. Just as much as the other 4...
"Geez... you have a little fun with people.. and they get their tails all bent out of shape." She rolled her eyes after saying that.
She then walked to the water to wash her paws and mouth. She looked down to be sure she hadn't stained her beautiful white mask and cloak. Her most prized possession from a fight with a much bigger animal. With cool river water dripping a little on her, she saunted over to the tree. She paused at the entrance of her fox hole. "Well... if everyone is quite through with me..."

Niamh was happy they were done. She walked past Vampire and smiled kindly at him. She went to go follow Mallow back into the house. Honestly she didn't mind the fighting because no one got seriously hurt. Nia looked backed at Vampire, "Wanna come in? It's quite comfy." Holding her breath she hoped Mallow wouldn't yell at her for offering and Vampire would accept.

Vampire simply shrugged Mallows comment off, if he allowed her to annoy him beyond his current mood he knew he would attack her again and this time he would not hold back. Instead he focused his attention on Niamh as she walked passed him and then spoke.
His first reaction was to point blank refuse but something told him he really shouldn't -perhaps it was those eyes, or the way she asked. He didn't know.....
Flinching slightly he said, "Sure...." he gulped a little and stood up lazily in an effort to try and keep his cool despite the fact he was far beyond the point of return now.

Mallow hunkered down on a side of the hole. She had heard Nia's invitation. She froze a little when she heard it, but inwardly, she marveled that Nia would do it. She began to wonder if this goddess was trying to help her make a friend rather than have minions.
Her eyes looked at where they were entering from. Her eyes followed Nia. How was it that she was so fortunate that Niamh had chosen her? Mallow was growing more and more awkward with this new bouquet of ... feelings. For she was now starting to feel humbled. Humble, regret, wanting to apologize... If this all kept up, what was next? Well, it could be hard to guess the motives of any diety, so Mallow thought perhaps this reasoning would eventually play itself out.
Then, her eyes softened but remained pensive as she watched Vampire come in. She had been so adamant for him to not be here just what was a while ago. Now here he was. When the blue fox deliberated this idea as she looked down to rub her gauntlet, she secretly began to think more to herself that perhaps she should apologize. Twice. Twice it was now that she thought this. Still, she hardened her heart and put up a stubborn wall in her mind. What a softie that would make her, so she didn't say too much. She didn't do too much. She lurked there, observing every movement, experession, and gesture on both Nia's and Vampire's accounts.

Niamh walked into their home. She shook her head, This is Mallow's home. Not mine. No matter how much I would love to stay here. Nia looked at Mallow, hopefully she wasn't mad at her. She turned to Vampire, "You can lay...wherever I guess." She walked over to Mallow and lied down right next to her.

"Eh....." Vampire looked from Niamh to Mallow, trying his best to keep his face stoic and his eyes unreadable while his mind contemplated his options. In the end he looked to the door way and decided it would be safest to remain there - on guard perhaps.
Settling down he possitioned himself so that he could easily see the door way but at the same time see both of the females as they bedded down for the night. Deciding it was safe to tease Mallow some more, and perhaps it was also his way to break some of the awkwardness he was currently feeling, after all he had not intented for such actions to occur... but there was something about the goddess before him, something Vampire wanted to solve. Looking at Mallow he winked and then spoke with a low purr, "Apology accepted." He knew it was very unlikely she would ever want to apologise let alone actually do it but he simply wanted to see her reaction. "I will teach you your place still. Little Mallow." Ok he was an arse -he knew that.

Mallow looked at Niamh. She wanted to tell her something. She thought it might make her look bad in front of her new a*****e buddy, but she still felt like she needed to. She just wouldn't be able to settle herself otherwise.
"Nia... Thank you. You are very good to me. You accept me as I am. You don't judge me. I wonder what on earth I did to ever deserve someone nice like you. Maybe I didn't deserve it. Maybe you are just a very merciful lady."
Mallow's eyes had followed Vampire as he found a place. Her golden orbs in their black sockets were watching almost staring lazily as she was feeling rather tired now that she had spent all her energy and adrenaline fighting. Nothing like a good nap after a fun brawl.
When he said, "Apology accepted." She grew a secret smile. The type of smile that can only be noticed by those who were paying enough attention. Then, she turned her face so noone would see it. She stretched out and rolled onto her side. She started to push and stretch her arms and legs for what they were worth hiding her face. Then, hearing his latter statement, her claws came out scraping the floor.
Little, my a**... She thought to her own self. Still, she knew if she got fired up. Well, this spot was far too confined for her style of fighting. What a jerk.
"Why are you staying so far away. You can come lay closer. Sleeping in a pile is rather fun." She thought and then looked her eyes up so he could see them. "I promise..I won't bite...." She gave him a wink of her own. "Unless you want me to." Then, she gave him a smile as she licked her teeth and rolling around. She might be treacherous at times, but a liar she wasn't.
Her tail drifted around in a crecent moon shape. It semi circled around Nia's feet.

Niamh cuddled closer to Mallow, "Don't worry about it Mallow. Everyone needs someone special in their life. Even if they themselves don't think so." She looked over at Vampire, "You should come closer. Nothing is going to disturb us. Trust me." Nia started to clean herself, all her jewelry was glowing softly. She felt good, now she didn't have to hide herself and her powers.
